Ya know though I have this distinct feeling that Stella wouldn't really come second, I heard this nice saying once that I think fits them...Claire was the love/wife of his youth, and Stella is the love of his future...I think that is what it would/will be between them! :D

A q. Is there a SMack song thread somewhere around here? Cuz I reckon I've found a couple of songs...

Another SMackendish thought motivated by a comment from another SMack lover in class "Have they slept together?"

Actually the clogs in my brain dusted themselves off and started thinking (a first) To be honest I think Stella and Mac might have actually. My theory is both were lonely and just found themselves needing each other and they did the deed. But Mac then wasn't ready for another relationship and they just never talked about it. Thats just my theory. And I think I just thought of another fanfic plot © Marti aka magic-munchies

Mmmmm, you think they have slept together...I gotta say I don't think they have...I'd venture they've both thought about it, especially lately ;) but haven't actually done it...yet! :devil: :D

Yeah I always here songs and I try to remember them so when I finally get my a into g and make a music video I have some idea of what song to use :)

I agree this quote is perfect for M/S as well. I don't like fluff between them either (even in fanfics), that just doesn't ring true for me.

With all that they've been through, all that they have gone through, they've *gotta* share a bond already that they just don't share with someone else. And that for me, is already proof undeniable that they will get together in the end.

Although I do agree I don't see them being all googly-eyes, lovey-dovey with eachother...at least not all that often, maybe a little bit every now and then! ;) Heehee! :lol:

Anyway, remember in s.3 I think the eppie was Raising Shane but I'm probably wrong, When Peyton had her hand on Mac's cheek and Stella came around the corner and yeah...

Well my point is What if Danny had come around the corner? imao I reckon Mac might have handled things differently. Yeah...

Yeah, yeah, yeah!!! Me second that!!! Totally! Danny or Hawkes or whoever else wouldn't have let Mac jumping the way like he did. I am pretty sure that was in a time when Stella didn't know about him and Peyton. I was always wondering why TPTB never gave us the scene where she found out. I REALLY would have loved to see her reaction. And how and under what circumstances and to what point Mac told her.

Yeah me too! For some random reason i can actually see Mac taking her off her guns and stuff before he told her :devil: But if they did show that scene I imagine Stella would have got a bit pissy that he didn't tell her. and a bit hurt

Mmmmm, yeah Marti (can I call you that?) I agree he probably would have definitely reacted differently had it been anyone other than Stella...I'm very curious to at what point and how Mac told her...some part of me pictures it being not so pretty and fairly angsty actually (apparently Smacked brings out an inner angsty in me, Lynny you'd be proud!). Something like Stella finds out from someone other than Mac that they are dating and confronts him on it, and he gets sheepish and embarrassed and tries to tell her he didn't want to hurt her and she says something like "Well how do you think I felt hearing from someone other than you?" And with the barest sheen of tears in her eyes she walked out...(he made it up to her later somehow I'm sure...but I don't know how it couldn't be a little angsty and hurtful whatever happened, ya know! *shrugs* ) But no matter...our ship is LOVE! :D

Yeah, Maybe someone saw them together at the Opera, something similar and asked Stella if it was true (because she knows most about Mac), then she confronted Mac....
 
That is SO very true!! It's like there's not even any work involved when it comes to making these two work...they just have so much history and shared....everything together that it is as natural as breathing between them...and that is what I LOVE!

Lol, Cate yeah I totally agree on that, the only time Mac loosens up is with Stella and yeah she touches him all the time and even kisses him and he is totally okay with it! I think they wouldn't be all lovey dovey since that's not really either of their styles...at least not at work...at home they'd make up for all the affection missed at work!

Peyton was never completly right. I always got the feeling that Peyton didn't like coming third (1st Clare, 2nd Stella) but I never thought Stella would mind coming second as she knew how much Clare meant to Mac.

I think so too. Because Stella saw the special relationship between Mac and Claire so she understood how much Claire meant to Mac and has accepted that she came first to him.

I don't think they have slept together. We know how long it took for Mac to recover from the loss of Claire. And Stella would NEVER take advantage of his vulnerability.

But hey, we can wish... :lol: :devil:

I got the impression that Peyton was talking about Mac when she was saying that he's preoccupied or something to that effect. Not because she's thinking that Mac and Stella are having a go at it behind her back -- it's just that... like mentioned earlier, she doesn't expect to be just second (or third) so anybody. Especially if that anybody is "just a friend".

If it were Danny, whooooo! It would be the same impulse but it would be funnier! :lol:

But you know what, if Stella saw it and Mac tried to reason... the classic, "It's not what it looks like" excuse, it would hurt Peyton more than the action already had.
 
I agree that Stella knew how much Claire meant to Mac, heck I think Claire was probably a close friend of Stella's too...but I honestly don't think that Stella will come second to Claire, at least not anymore. I think Mac will always love Claire, but I think that more and more of his heart is being filled with Stella...and yeah I know that's way too fluffy for some of y'all...deal with it! :lol: :lol:

I do very much want a kiss between these two...where and when I don't so much care, as long as we get one that is what I want!! :devil:
