I agree, Mac does like to protect his ladies. He knows Stella can handle herself, but there's no way he's gonna let her deal with the Greece situation alone.

I actually don't think Mac and Stella have ever conformed to the traditonal 'storybook' romance/ relationship thing, we've seen them save each other several times, and I believe Stella was the first one to do the saving-thing in 'Hush'. That was so HOT, the way she grabbed him and pushed him back against the container....:devil::drool::devil:

Yes, belong to the Sublime Antology of CSI NY that scene with Mac and Stella in his office. You not only could watch it but FEEL IT! That's why i love their scenes together. You can see two sublime characters, two superlative actors and two brillant perfomances! ALWAYS!

It's just such an amazing scene. I loved it. I'm very happy with the way the episodes since 516 have been going, not just for the Smacked but for Mac and Stella as individual characters too. I really cannot wait for 'Yahrzeit' to show here.

As i said some weeks ago, i believe Mac forced himself to be with P.. I mean, nobody was aiming at his head but her tears forced him to take a decition about being with her. If you remember, in Snow Day she almost had to beg him to go with her to London

But he goes after Stella to Greece even when she walks out on him, after they have a big fight! I wonder if Mac will be helping her pursue Kovolos? Haha, Kovolos will wish he stayed in the container with Rambo Stella and Marine Mac after him.

Mac and Stella have so much heat and chemistry together, even just as friends, more heat and chemistry than in either of their 'bedroom' scenes with P. and Frankie.

You knovv, I allvvays thought of Mac and P. as some sort of vvay for the vvriters to tell us that Mac is moving on, not as a considered relationship (Of course they vvere together.) I doubt they vvanted them to stay together for long.

As for Mac and Stella, vvhen they get them together, they vvont split them up again, that vvould ruin the shovv completely...

So, Saturday was my basketball teams banquet adn I got to talking with someone and they said that they had started to watch CSI:Ny. SO I said if she shipped anyone (she didnt know wwhat that meant and of course I told her so she said that she liked the main guy and his best friend.)

I just about died inside....Even people that started to just watch teh show can see the ridiculous chemistry that they have....!:drool::drool::drool:

Englebarn, the same person who directed Snow Day? Woo-hoo! My optimism has raised sharply when I've read this.

I've followed the series from the very beginning, although I was one year behind -season 5 will arrive to Spain in September or October- and I thought they were about to be together. My crazy theory was that Mac would learn to move on during season 1 helped by Stella, he'd realize his feelings for her, they'd be together for a couple of episodes and then, kaboom! She'd get tragically killed and he'd be emotionally broken beyond repair, always the cold scientist that's perfect to run the lab. If that had happened, it would have made me happy back then, but now I realize how much I would be missing.

NM42, that's definitely Stella's bumper sticker :guffaw: I'd love to see Mac face if she ever dares stick that on her SUV's bumper.

And you're right, you can't deny that chemistry exists. If you read the anti-Smacked reasons not to want them together, lack of chemistry is never there.

And I'm vvatching online. But heck, first csi:ny I ever savv vvas a fanvid on youtube about all access (vvith a jazz version of my heart vvill go on.) vvhere the description said: Stella in trouble because of her boyfriend. Mac vvorries for her. It vvas dragged together in the description so i thought it said, Stella in trouble because of her boyfriend Mac. Kind'a explained vvhy I thought he vvas her boyfriend.. I agree with everybody who was saying it before, greens and blues are great colours for Stella/Melina and Mac/Gary. Stella has green eyes, his are like a stormy blue ... it all works well. Green should be like ... our shipper colour. I'm gonna wear green when Helenika is on as a sign of my support for the ship :lol: Sorry if I'm crazy atm, it's the anaesthetic/pain medications :lol:

Just a tiny detail i noticed, for all you vvho haven't seen, the director for Our episode, is the same vvho directed snovv day, I say that counts for a great episode. That, plus Melina as a vvriter I say vve have a magnificent episode ahead of us, kiss or no kiss. Count me in on the vvearing green club.

I know! Actually, I found out that a girl I know from drama club watches CSI:NY, but not the new ones, repeats. Anyway, she said she liked D/L and I said I did too, cause I do, and then I said I also like Mac and Stella. She said that she saw them as more friends But it was still cool 'cause my best friend doesn't watch any of the CSI's. But she watches other cool shows, so it's all good. One of my friends actually likes the same ships I do. It's pretty neat Oh yeah, from the first episode I saw, I was SMACked. But yet, the second or third episode I see is the one where Peyton gets the body stolen from her (total LOL moment) and Mac HOLDS HER HAND, and I thought nothing of it. But I thought Mac and Stella were together in that episode.:lol:

Well, every day since we mentioned the horoscope thing and every day I get a newspaper (which is like EVERY DAY:lol I check my horoscope and the Taurus horoscope. I got like a Cheshire Cat smile when I read today's. However, it does have a bit of a sad note (for us anyway).

I so agree with you NM42, their chemistry is what makes the show sometimes. When things are dreary and bleak they walk into the camera and the show brightens up a bit more. Even my mom can see it and she hardly watches the show. She knows something is going to happen. I made her watch "Greater Good" the other day and she nearly giggled at the cuteness of the baby scene. And my mom doesn't even watch CSI:NY that much and even she could see the chemistry.

Guh I so can't wait for wednesday now like seriously I'm dreaming of it!

I had my reasons to be that cruel to Stella. She -or, rather, the person who wrote her- deserved it. I hated her, she was colder than a robot, always harder than steel, never warming up unless Mac was around. I spent the whole time thinking she was worthless and that the show would be better off her. Then during season 2, I started to forgive her and understand her thanks to Frankie. I'm weird, I know, but I liked them together and I was greatly disappointed when he turned out to be a psycho and Mac seemed not to give a damn about Stella. That's where my Fiesta side was born. I would have choked Mac so gladly for failing her like that. I reckon she'd have probably said "thanks, but no thanks", but... a hotel room?! Come on, man! You're virtually all she's got and you don't offer her a room in your place? Sleep on the couch if you have to, but don't let her go, you moron! :scream:

Stella vvas pretty cold in season 1, agreed. Actually I don't think anything could really get through to her. except Aiden, she seemed to understand her. I started vvatching CSI:NY because I savv Melina on Providence and vvent searching for stuff vvith her on youtube. So I've been a Stella fan all along...

But I'm vvith you on the Frankie part, I liked the idea of Stella being vvith a guy, because it just shovved that she had feelings too.
VVhen I think of Macs reaction I felt like dragging him back to his home, put him through the things Stella vvent through and then ask if he didn't think she at least deserved a hug, I mean, best friends, come on! My best friend (Male) hugs me even if some guy threvv a snovv ball after me. (Agreed I'm sort of a chicken, and he's like really really protective but honestly her boyfriend tried to kill her, give the vvoman some comfort!)

I confess i am torn because i do want them to be together but at the same time i feel if they start something i expect catfight (because their arguements are just too HOT) but i don't expect a severe split up. I never thought she was cold. Tough yes, but certainly not cold. And yes, Sidney was the opossite to Stella probably because their different backgrounds. In spite of her lack-of-luck Sidney had a family behind meanwhile Stella had to survive alone as an orphan. I have checked the official details and we will see Little Stella in 5.24. I'm very happy because we will have the chance to meet her during those years

i support the idea! and yes, Green is the Smacked colour but also the blue. When they are working together side by side is blue, but when they are sharing a personal moment is green. Check 5.13 and 3.24:drool:

I love that episode not only Stella saved Mac. The last scene when Mac thanked her for saving him and she patted him on the shoulder and said "That's what partners do.", I have the feeling that he wanted say something, he wanted more than just a partner at work but a partner in his life. :adore:

When he said he was going to handle it despite his heavy workload because he knew how much it meant to her personally, and she simply said 'Mac....' I mean, wow, there was so much emotion in that one word - she was so touched, and so guilty, she almost told him at that point, but couldn't...I think because she couldn't stand to hurt him.

:bolian: :bolian:You analysed their emotions just thorough and perfect. Stella lied because she wants to protect Mac. The less he knews, the less he would get blame for if her plan didn't work. She would shoulders all the consequences. Mac could tell from her face that she's hiding something from him. He didn't push because he has faith in her and he wants her to tell him willingly. He told her he'll take the case personally proves he would get her back and make sure she wouldn't do something reckless that might hurt her.

After seeing those pics, so do I. Mac looks so damn hot holding the baby, and he and Stella look so cute together, especially in the one with her hand on his. My focus was more on them with the baby than D/L with the baby!

I'm interested in why they showed Mac and Stella held and played with the baby instead of the new parents. :lol: Good sign to us Smacked fans. :adore:

I was watching the promo and I started giggling because when Mac and Stella fight, it is kind of cute. I don't take it seriously to the extent that they will make up, thus 5.24!

But it wouldn't be their first kiss so who kiss??????
