About Mac's actions in All Access, yes, he should have hugged Stella and maybe offered her a room. But personally I think Mac's behaviour in that episode was like Stella's behaviour in early s1. Back then I thought she was cold like you did Pleni, except when Mac was around. But then I saw Til Death Do We Part, and I understood why she was that way, and I liked her understanding attitude with the kid. Then I saw her with the baby in On the Job, and I decided she wasn't cold, just tough and kind of reticent with her emotions. Back in s1, Mac only really bonded with Stella, his relationships with everyone else were very professional. Well, he had conflicts with Danny, and was like a father to him, and Aiden was his favourite, but he never opened up to anyone except Stella. Even from the very first episode she was bringing him out of his shell, in their first scene she reminded him to say 'good morning' to her :adore:
I think with Mac in All Access, the writers decided it wasn't 'time' to have Mac offer Stella a room, they decided it would be more in character for him to go all out solving the case for her. Back in s2, Mac really wasn't good at showing his emotions, so his behaviour in All Access kinda made sense. That said, he hugged Danny in RSRD, they really could have written a hug in for him and Stella in All Access - just like they could have made the revelation about Stella's childhood earlier in s1. Oh, and when in Stealing Home Mac made that comment to one of the women who was a suspect that maybe killing her husband was easier the second time around (she had shot a previous BF) and he said it right in front of Stella I wanted to whack him upside the head!
But at least he made up for that in The Ride In when he finally was the one to initiate the hug....interestingly, this first time we saw him initiate contact with her was when he was with P.!
I really like how over the seasons, both Mac and Stella have been brought out of their emotional shells, and also how they have grown even closer over the seasons.

I had a funny dream last night, of course Mac and Stella Mac and Danny was at a crime scene when a guy came out of nowhere and managed to give something to Mac, thruth serum lol Mac got checked out by the doctors and they said he was okey, and when he meet Stella in the lab, he because of the thurth serum, told her, the feelings he have for her, and other things sliped, like dreams he had had about her, and since he and Stella was standing in the middle of the lab when he started to telling the thruth about his feelings and that, the only way for Stella to shut him up was to kiss him

how beautiful dream! I only remember one i had a long time ago: I walked into a house (it was mine) and thge tv was on. There was a documentary on my screen. It was about CSI Lab. Stella was talking about why her "boys" were special. I remember she talked about Danny, Don (certainly i don't remember what she said about them)
But Mac was the last one she talked about. She said he was like the night to her because she could rest on him when she was tired and he gave her strengh to keep following the next day:thumbsup:

She seemed to know other people quite well as Donnie or Aiden and even Sheldon but her firm connection to the ground was Mac. It was like she was all worried about his well being and nothing else. Only when he finally opened up to the world, she opened up more and more to other people too!

I so agree with you NM42, their chemistry is what makes the show sometimes. When things are dreary and bleak they walk into the camera and the show brightens up a bit more. Even my mom can see it and she hardly watches the show. She knows something is going to happen. I made her watch "Greater Good" the other day and she nearly giggled at the cuteness of the baby scene. And my mom doesn't even watch CSI:NY that much and even she could see the chemistry.

Guh I so can't wait for wednesday now like seriously I'm dreaming of it!

Yea I know. even when I think that the case is going to be a filler one, everytime Mac or Stella gets some face time, I just...smile, and get all giddy hoping that an SM scene pops up.

I know! Actually, I found out that a girl I know from drama club watches CSI:NY, but not the new ones, repeats. Anyway, she said she liked D/L and I said I did too, cause I do, and then I said I also like Mac and Stella. She said that she saw them as more friends But it was still cool 'cause my best friend doesn't watch any of the CSI's. But she watches other cool shows, so it's all good. One of my friends actually likes the same ships I do. It's pretty neat Oh yeah, from the first episode I saw, I was SMACked. But yet, the second or third episode I see is the one where Peyton gets the body stolen from her (total LOL moment) and Mac HOLDS HER HAND, and I thought nothing of it. But I thought Mac and Stella were together in that episode.:lol:

what had happened was that I was looking for a USMC shirt that I had seen and have been wanting to get. Then some bumper stickers popped up and here was that one, which I said I had to totally post because it was freaking awesome! and totally spot on...(and I dont know why im using totally alot...probably because it's tuesday...) But anyways, my brother said that he was going to paint roll shirts today for his band so now I'ma ask him if he could make me a GREEN SMACKED FAN one!!!! how amazing would that be?!?!!?

Stella vvas pretty cold in season 1, agreed. Actually I don't think anything could really get through to her. except Aiden, she seemed to understand her. I started vvatching CSI:NY because I savv Melina on Providence and vvent searching for stuff vvith her on youtube. So I've been a Stella fan all along...

I don't think Stella was cold during season 1, but the show was different back then. Darker. This show was the first show I saw Melina on. Then I discovered Providence and I've been a Melina fan ever since.

But I'm vvith you on the Frankie part, I liked the idea of Stella being vvith a guy, because it just shovved that she had feelings too.
VVhen I think of Macs reaction I felt like dragging him back to his home, put him through the things Stella vvent through and then ask if he didn't think she at least deserved a hug, I mean, best friends, come on! My best friend (Male) hugs me even if some guy threvv a snovv ball after me. (Agreed I'm sort of a chicken, and he's like really really protective but honestly her boyfriend tried to kill her, give the vvoman some comfort!)

Well, CTV made Veritas sound so much more SMACked than it was. They said something about "one woman fighting to save him" meaning Mac. It was pretty epic, but the episode wasn't SMACked at all.

oh yes, when Virus was smashed by some Unknown Smacked fan????:guffaw:I think despite Mac was already with Virus for the second time, he was closer to Stella than ever because almost inmediately after he decided to give a chance to Virus, Stella had that problem with the glass and she thought she was infected. Mac was totally pending on her that time

I still find it funny that even though he was dating P AND Stella knew, she kissed him on the cheek. Plus, he let her. That's one of those "You know you love them when..." moments. :shifty:

I think this is the first time that TPTB CAN'T screw us up. Melina's a fan. It's all good.

Hi Family

I'm doing a CSI:NY marathon today before my two all time favorite shows come on to get me in the SMACked spirit again. I already am wearing my green shirt, tomorrow for the big day I'll be wearing my green pants, a nice light blue shirt and possibly my green sandals. I can't decided though so yeah might change soon.

So here's what I'm hoping happens but may not: Stella slams her badge down, walks out of the lab not looking at anyone and flies off to Greece. Mac sits there in shock for a few minutes before going back to work. He finishes off the day then feels extremely guilty and flies off after her. In Greece we get a small fight then she hugs him out of gratitude, you know she wants his help. There, they'll both have a great time, find the people responsible for starting everything, kick up butt then go shopping. Every girl needs to shop to clear their mind and they do need to buy gifts for the gang right? Then a nice romantic dinner feelings will be known, we'll get a small kiss (on the cheek perhaps) then the ending.

Of course, might not happen but since Melina did write it you so know we'll get some of that. I'm not reading anymore spoilers now I need to have a clear head for tomorrow.
