Nick forced his eyes open, turning his head to look at her. "Where..?" he asked. Nick's mind was already threatening to shut off.

Catherine smiled at him, "Why don't you come stay with me, hmm?"

 

[ShuriyuCSI]

"Hn? At your place?" Nick questioned. "Sorry.. I shouldn't have closed my eyes.. I feel like I'm going to fall asleep right here and now."

 

[CathStokes]

Catherine looked at him, "Why don't you let me drive you back to place, so you can sleep?"

Nick smiled lightly to her. "I think Grissom wants this case done first," he replied. "My double shift ain't over yet," he smiled ruefully.

Catherine nodded, "Are you sure Nick, I'll talk to Grissom for you?"

"Let me see how long I can go before I pass out first," Nick chuckled before pulling himself up and opening the car door. Truth be told, it had been a long double. Looking to Catherine again, he smiled. "But thank you.."

Catherine smiled and rubbed his shoulder, "Okay Nicky" and kissed him.

Nick gently kissed her back, smiling to her for a few moments before forcing himself to walk to the trunk and gather the evidence they collected at the house.

Catherine got out of the vehicle, and helped Nick with the evidence, and walked into the lab.

Nick followed Catherine through the halls untill they found an empty examination room. "Well.. What first? Stool?" he asked.

Catherine stopped and looked at Nick, "Of course"

 

[ShuriyuCSI]

Nick grabbed the stool and set it on the table, taking the plastic covering from it and then slipping on a pair of latex gloves.

 

[BurnedToast]

"See you later." Sara said from the door, offering the man a short wave and small smile before she departed.

Catherine also slipped on a pair of gloves and glared at the stool.
