4-- really like the photo but it would have been better to use your B&W setting on the camera--can see tan in between the keys
1 --would have been better to focus on one or two leaves to get better detail
3 --had to pick another pic (looks like my desk..LOL)

This is hard...

1-I like the idea but I think the pic was taken way too close, it's kinda hard to tell exactly what I'm looking at...
4-I like this idea too but you can see some color in the pic and again I think it's way too close
3-I don't think I can find a proper reason for choosing this one but as missing said I have to choose another one...sorry...

01: Very pretty, but not enough contrast.
02: Very cool idea. There are a few places where the image is just not quite clear.
04: I really like this one. I think maybe getting a few more keys in the photo would make it better.
Overall:
08: I just love this. So gorgeous.
03: This one just feels so... real. Very 'natural'.
05: It's always nice to have a different point of view :lol:

same thing happens with that site i tried clearing out the cookies and temporary internet files, as well as using firefox and internet explorer. im going home tomorrow for easter so maybe if i try it on another computer it will work? this is very strange indeed

1 - The leaves blend into the background, not enough contrast.
2 - Interesting concept, but it's busy with all the lines going different ways.
3 - Again interesting concept, but there are too many focal points.

very beautiful work everyone, i do have to throw that in there.
(1) I see that it is leaves, that you are aiming for, but however I am still a little unclear as to what I am looking at.
(3) Good picture, however I am not really sure, as to which image you had in mind for the focal point.
(5) I do see somewhat of what your theme is. I am just not sure as to what you would like the actual focal point to be.

Well this is by far the toughest round to vote in...well, personally speaking anyway. All the photos look amazing and because the theme is B&W, the range of photo taking is rather vast. I would prefer not to vote, because I don't think there is one photo that truly stands out to be voted out, but unfortunately it's gotta be done.

02 - Like the idea, its very interesting, but my eyes keep getting drawn to the framing of the mirrors, making it difficult to fully appreciate the photo as a whole.
01 - Though its a serene looking photo, I personally would have narrowed the shot down to, and singled out several of the leaves to get better contrast. (bet it would make a nice fall photo)
04 - A super creative idea, and love the concept, but I do agree that there is a tan line and it is noticeable. Had it of been, perhaps taken on a different angle to hide the wooded part of the keys, or taken in the B&W setting, it would have been more effective.

For the ones saying that a photo is not IN black & white and voting for them will not be counted. Photos could be in colour as long as the subject was black and white and they clearly are. You can change your votes or they will not be counted.

Don't want to get into a fight BlueCurl but maybe you should be more specific in themes then. B&W is B&W that is the whole point of B&W. If you do not want to count my vote then don't and if that violates some rule then take me out (since I am still in the LPS), but I am not changing my vote.

03 - My desk... :lol: But on that I can't focus on just one item as well. It is a too messy and random cut out of a scene.
05 - Actually I like it, but I needed to pick a third. The only thing I can tell is that it seems a tiny bit blurry on the left side, though I guess it is just because of the LoRes of the pic.

04 - Love the concept and the doing! It is gorgeous and is a very simple and clever idea of covering the theme. Really like it!
08 - At random furniture stores, you pay 15 bucks for those shots in a frame!

05 - Great idea, but the tire is too dark and the tread pattern isn't visible. It would have been more dramatic with the tread pattern visible.
