It's Called Cancer - LV/NY RP II

Re: It's Called Cancer

Flack gently kissed her back, smiling a little. His other hand moved over her's, capturing hers between the two of his.

Re: It's Called Cancer

Stella turned to him. "If we did, I might end up pregnant with quintuplets." she told him with a laugh. "And like it or not, we have to go back to work someday..."
-----------
Jess smiled at his little game. She then placed her hand over theirs, making hers the one on top. "There's a little baby growing in there." she said as she pulled away. "Our little baby."

Re: It's Called Cancer

"Now that would be scary...sweet but scary" he said with a giggle. "Yeah, I know...I never thought I'd actually enjoy missing work so much, I can say that."

Re: It's Called Cancer

Flack couldn't help the ear-to-ear smile coming to his face. "I almost can't believe it.." he said to her. Flack leaned over and kissed her gently, smiling even more. "Our little baby.."

Re: It's Called Cancer

Stella nodded. "Yeah, that would be.....painful" she said, annunciating that last word. "I don't think I could ever do that. I know I'm strong, but I'm not THAT strong." she said with a laugh. That made her wonder if she was pregnant. She guessed she would find out the next day.

Re: It's Called Cancer

Mac had wound up picturing the reaction to the news that Flack wasn't the only father to be...if it did happen it would be nice.

"Since we're talking about these things, we should make it complete." he said, turning to gaze into her eyes. "Stella, will you marry me?" he said.

(two in a row LOL...fun)

Re: It's Called Cancer

(lol)
Stella's jaw dropped, and her eyes went wide. She then placed a hand on his cheek and smiled. "Yes." she said as she nodded. "Of course I'll marry you."

Re: It's Called Cancer

Mac hugged her. "Nothing would make me happier than to spend the rest of my life with you" he said.

Re: It's Called Cancer

(Sorry Lauren)
Jess smiled and nodded. "Do you want it to be a boy or a girl?" she asked. "I want a little girl."
-------
Stella hugged him back, tears of joy flooding her eyes as she hugged him. "Me neither Mac, I love you."

Re: It's Called Cancer

"Truth be told, I'd like a little girl as well," Flack replied. "A boy in New York with my job? Bound to be a little bit of touble," he chuckled. Of course, it was tougher when he was growing up with his father. High, high expectations.

Re: It's Called Cancer

Jess shook her head. "Not a little bit of trouble, a LOT a bit of trouble." she said with a laugh as she washed off her body and then got ready to get out. "So what do you need to pick up from your friend's house today?" she asked, totally clueless.

Re: It's Called Cancer

"And I love you" he replied, hardly able to believe this was happening. "I'm just so happy that I found someone to love again...I was afraid I'd spend the rest of my life alone. Now I know I won't."

Re: It's Called Cancer

"Yeah, you're probably right," he laughed. Flack quickly ran some water through his hair, soaping it down before rinsing again. He turned off the water and looked to her. "I need to fill out some papers for a tenor saxophone I'm getting sent here from Washington," he told her. He was partially telling the truth, but he wasn't about to tell the second part. "Shouldn't take me all too long," he said, climbing out of the shower and drying off.

Re: It's Called Cancer

Stella shook her head. "No you won't, you'll always have me." she told him.
--------
"A saxophone huh? You play the sax?" she asked him, not knowing that little bit of information. She then shrugged and nodded. "Okay." she told him as she headed to the bedroom.

Re: It's Called Cancer

"One of my talents I never thought I'd do again," Flack replied, following her to the bedroom. "I've been looking for a good one, and my friend's buddy had a nearly brand new one and got me a deal." Flack rummaged around for something clean and comfortable to put on. "I can play for you if you want.."
