I Have An "LV" Episode/Character Question *NO Spoilers* P2

I hope this is in the right thread but this question has been bugging me for years. Has anyone noticed the ring that Nick is always wearing? What is that about? I thought maybe it's something personal to George or maybe it's a class ring? I've looked everywhere and I can't find any info about it. If you know anything about it please tell me. :)

The ring is definitely something that George wears. As for the class ring, it's not, as it doesn't look like a class ring. Some say its an Aggie ring, but, again, it doesn't look any aggie ring.

Don't really know where he got it, haven't found anything either. :D

Okay, so I just finsihed watching "Irradiator" (I think thats the title) and you know at the end, the bump Ray took to the head? What happens to him, I heard he ends up in a Coma? No idea if that's true... I can't wait one more week to find out, it's killing me ;D

Best bet might be to check out the episode discussion thread for Field Mice (next ep) and the general spoiler thread for the season. I'll PM you the answer to your question about the coma, though. Don't want to run the risk of spoiling anyone in the UK who hasn't already spoiled themselves.

Does anyone know what's the name of Sara's mother? I think it was revealed during an episode in the fifth season but I'm not sure. Thanks in advance. :)
 
This is another random question but does anyone remember if Sam Braun's casino has been built yet? Or would it be Cath's casino since he's dead now? I sort of remember Catherine and her mother throwing a poker chip in a excavation site and talking about Sam Braun's death...I think that was in the season 9 finale. If I have any facts wrong, by all means correct them. I'm so confused.:confused:
 
The episode you mentioned is I think The Case Of The Cross-Dressing Carp from season 8 and the scene was in the site of Rampart casino which belonged to Sam Braun,but I don't think that a new casino has been building for Catherine.

I think the name of the new casino was the Eclipse

and, in the Leaving Las Vegas episode, Cath told Nick that she had no part in Sam's casinos.
"all of Sam's money is tied up in a hole in the ground...on a very nice of strip real estate....but I got no dog in that fight"
 
Okay, this is another question that I'm sure no one will ever get but I'll give it a try. If you watch some of the episodes really closely you'll notice sometimes that there is this Crime Scene Leader Board that I believe it is right before Grissom's office. Does anyone know what that is about or if it was explained in an episode? If you know anything about this I would be so amazed.:hugegrin:
