She saw her first in the episode 'Money for Nothing' in season 2. In the episode 'Nothing to lose' (season 3) Horatio told her the truth because Maddison got ill (leukemia) and she needed Ray jr for a bone marrow donation. I hope it's correct because otherwise I wouldn't dare to visit the H/Y thread again.
