So, any comments now that you've had a chance to see it? Anyone?

I'm actually keen to watch this week moreso than I have been. Things seem to have been cranked up a notch, so I'm getting more into it.
 
You know it's weird, but I haven't really been doing any theorizing as to the killer on this one. Even more weird since that's sort of the purpose of the show! :lol:

Still, I really have no theories. I just hope it's not someone with a hidden backstory that they don't give any clues about... like someone who was wronged by someone way back and now they're doing all this. That would be lame.
 
Question: Is Shane still in jail? He just sorta disappeared. :lol: But, I guess he might still be in jail considering that he basically tried to kill JD. :lol:
 
Yeah, I think they said they were keeping him behind bars until after the wedding was over... so I guess they can let him out now since that won't be happening! :lol:
 
OK, although it may be an obvious plot device, after watching this week's episode I'm wondering if
"maybe Abby is Wakefield's daughter?"

Me too! Well then again, I have always thought Abby was suspicious but for now I'm lost as to who the killer could be. Hmm, maybe it's that woman who runs the "candlesomething" motel - maybe she's Wakefields sister?

Would it be just wierd if it was HENRY?! He just came to mind, & no I can't think of any motive really, but him being the killer would be a shock.

The more I watch, the more I start to fear that they'll leave the show ending with lots of "wtf's". :shifty: *damn them*
 
Honestly, Henry wouldn't shock me, I would personally find that too predictable as far as plot points go.

Now the woman who runs that motel being the killer... that would be a shock cause she seems so sweet and motherly. :lol: I wanna say her name is Maggie, but I'm not sure. :lol: That would be the least likely suspect, that's for sure. :lol: Only thing is, I'm not sure she'd have the strength to do some of the things the killer has done.

Maybe its the deputy... don't know his name, but he's always at scenes with the Sheriff.
 
OK, if I had to throw out a random killer suspect (and I do mean random- I have NO idea), then I will go with... Abbie's boyfriend.

I don't know why I picked him. I think he's pretty cute, actually. I guess because he seems the least likely? I'm going for opposites!
 
How sad, I started this thread and yet with messed up schedules I haven't seen any of the episodes. *laughs* I think I saw the first three and that's it. *makes note to watch episodes once summer break hits*

Anyway, (and I'm obviously not caring about spoilers here), there was a comment about the wedding not happening... did they call it off, or did one of them get killed?
 
Ok, just watched. And now yes I'll agree with BabaOReilly that maybe Abby is Wakefield's daughter. I can put together why he'd want to kill her Mom, if that's the case, but why all those other people? And my big question is why her Dad said "did you ever think maybe she deserved it? :wtf: :confused:

Random thoughts -
Poor big dude (Im so good with names) got axed! I wasn't expecting that for some reason.
I really hope Madison wasn't killed there at the end -- I don't want to see that.
I liked the little talk between Abby & Trish (Tricia?), that was sweet.
I don't think JD is the killer, he'd be too obvious.
Jimmie & Abby - I think I really like them now. :p
I'm wondering if the killer wants to kill Abby, or protect her. :shifty:

Does anyone have any theories on motives here?!! Color me lost & confuzzled!!
 
big dude= Malcolm. And no, I wasn't expecting that either. But now I'm kind of suspicious of the guy with the long hair (sorry I don't know his name, but I know he was on one of those shows from
the-N channel, The Best Years maybe? lol) cause he had a fight with Malcolm shortly before and then not long after Malcolm is killed. Coincidence? What is the blonde headed guy's name again (not the English one, he's named Cal)? :lol: I forget his name.

So now we know who burned dude is, but I still don't get why a former deputy would sic his dog on the Wellingtons.

I hope Abby got through to Trish.

So, 7 years ago Jimmy saved Abby's life. Wow. And he looked so cute with the longer hair. :lol: I loved that in present time she started to kiss him and he said "i'm covered in fish" and she kissed him anyway. Awww. :D

I don't think Abby is Wakefield's daughter. Charlie kept saying Sara (the mother) was really young when she came to the island. In the flashbacks, she didn't look that young to have had a kid at as young an age as Charlie talked like she was when she first came to the island. Abby's not that old, so I honestly don't think Wakefield is her biological father. I hope not. I like Charlie being her dad. :)

We need them to flesh out the history a bit more, and they've only just started to do that so...? I think that's why I don't have a real suspect yet. I don't have enough of the story to make an educated guess.
 
I agree they need to scoop out some more of what happened 7 years ago. I thought Charlie's reaction to the dead people hanging in the trees was rather odd - he just sorta stood there - had he already seen them? Still, I would have thought there'd be more emotion considering one of them was his wife.

That's an interesting thought. Maybe Charlie did it?! So many possibilities.:confused:
 
Yeah like Charlie killed all those people to a) cover up the fact that he killed his wife because she was going to tell Abby that Wakefield was her real father and b) blame Wakefield and make him look like a mass murderer. Seems a bit extreme, but... sometimes people are just crazy.

The only thing that doesn't fit for me though (with the above theory) is why he would be killing people again now then, unless the real Wakefield is back and is killing people to get revenge on the sheriff for the past. Ay yi yi. This could do your head in. And that's probably why I haven't attempted to figure it out before! :lol:
