Figured as much. I mean, what would be the point of her just taking a stroll into the Casino or something. GRRRR.. I just hope TPTB know what they're doing. I don't know how I'm going to react if Sara dies, or leaves.... Maybe I'll throw my TV out the window. Man, oh man, oh man, I sure hope this is a good episode, I hope WE GET A KISS AT THE END. We better get a kiss at the end after what TPTB is going to have put us all through.

I just remembered. :( (About the party) When CSI airs it's 2 in the morning for me, and maybe that's a bit late when you have an exam the next day, but the day after I'm all for it! Plus it will be a Friday! Sooo much better!

And if they do, Billy Petersen demands a kiss, so we'll get a kiss by that time.

Oh my, a party? That sounds fun. We can have butterfly napkins, because we have lots of those at my house for some reason. My house is a party house, so if you manage to figure out where I live, we can have a GSR party here, complete with veggie burgers and ... We can eat Warrick. ;) :devil: Muahaha.

She actually stated everyone will be back for S/8.. WHOOPEE.. I couldn't believe they'd let her go, after building this up for 7 years. and then poof.. gone.. also on the "Sara disapears" maybe it's a ruse :eek: he's hiding her out.. or she's visiting her mother (whom we've never seen} or plannng their wedding.. many scenerios.. possible

What do you want to happen to Sara and Grissom by the end of the season? Like.. Marriage, Babie, a Kiss.. etc. etc.
 
That sounded VERY VERY VERY positive to me. Now, she didn't say, "WE'LL all be back" but I think she does still have to maintain suspense for the finale. That said, she still seems very passionate and jazzed about the show, and note that she said we'll get some answers about Grissom and Sara. If Season 7 was all she was going to do, I think they would likely want to fill us in on the particulars before a half of the ship dies. lol.

Thank's gsrLOVE and what do I want to happen...all of the above.. of course.. they, well the dooms-days folks say "Grissom's changed" I say "for the better" he's more mellow, and calm , caring and sweet, love will do that..

I think his sarcasm has softend, although, I thought he was a bit short with Greggie last week, so on this up-coming ep. maybe he'll be back to being Gregs mentor.. and help him, with his problems!! is Sara in this one?
 
Dude...I know. I freaking almost CRIED when I read that. So...I'm clinging on to that little hope and my pink bunny(I'm looking on the bright side okay?)Everything is going to be OKAY....I can't WAIT to see Grissom go "batshit-fucking-crazy" (As mystery at YTDaW said) over Sara. AWESOME.

Alright...this has been swirling through my mind since EE aired....is anyone disturbed by the fact that Sara wore PINK? Sara FREAKING Sidle wore PINK. It disturbed me so much I was scared...Or am I just a little crazy? Maybe love does that to you? ::shrugs::
 
so sara has definately changed and grown as a person, but honestly i think grissom has changed the most. hes gone from the cool boss we saw in season 1 & 2 to the withdrawn loner we saw most the time after that, to the gung ho love maniac we now see as forest-beard-goat-shaving-banshee-man-grissom. its awesome that they grew together, and that they overcame so much to be together. its great ::sigh:: that made no sense. time for a box and multiple excited screams.. EEEEEK!!!
wow. took me two days to digest what y'all said. we all saw this coming, yet im so over joyed and incredibly excited i can barely contain myself. i honestly dont think they would kill sara off. why delve into a new direction for the show, that has obviously peaked interest for not only us, but others as well, just to kill it after one season. sure we all know how much grissom loves his sara, but TPTB haven't really shown in depth togetherness. ok cool, he bought her a veggie burger, wrote her a letter he didnt send, sent her a cacoon, wiped a tear from her eye. all well and good but how can they answer all our questions in the last 5 episodes just to kill her off? NO SENSE! makes no sense at all. so i think theyll be revealed, err, but that gris will save her, big kisses will follow, and possibly have ecklie standing there eyeing them and that will be our cliffhanger. if anything next season premier we'll find out sara has been moved to days? perhaps? and she'll keep her once in a while poke her head in his office stint she had a while back. ok im done with my theories!

ETA: SSR8-- i thought it was more of a 'peach' than pink. and yes it was disturbing :)
 
I am new to this site (as you can clearly see by lowly rank!). I have, however, been an avid GSR shipper for years. Not being the sort to exercise much self-control, I have spoiled myself for the finale, and am now in constant palpitations! I need somewhere to talk about all this, and you lot seem a great bunch to talk about it with!

So, now that you know who I am, I would like to get into the good stuff.

I am freaking out about the prospect of Sara going missing and Grissom getting all sexily desperate! I might just need to keep my smelling salts nearby when I watch the finale, because the GSR reveal and the missing Sara and the agonized Grissom might be more than I can take!

Finally, I would like to add, for the record, that Grissom is delicious both with and without the beard, that I need to see some kissing before I hear about any Geekbabies, and that Lady Heather is the bane of my existence.

Please forgive any newbie-isms! I swear I'll get more adept as time passes.

Welcome LadyDisdain! Great name, btw. We used to have a welcome basket, but that got lost somewhere in the midst of the constant squeeing over the canon-ing of GSR. :)

As for the finale, I am sad to say that I will be watching this from work, and therefore unable to scream, squeel, and generally run about as I please. *sigh*

I just want to know what on earth takes our dear Sara to San Francisco in the first place. They're in the middle of one the most engaging serial killer cases in years, and she's been on every case right alongside Grissom, yet she's taking a trip to California? I mean, I'm sure there'll be a good reason for it, but right now, I'm at a loss. As for Sara getting tasered? Heck, yeah. It happened to Bones in "Bones" this season, but I don't care. It happening to Sara is so much more intense and exciting! She needs to get attacked some to make up for the rewrites of "Committed!" Bring on the finale!

Let's play "What if." I mean, I'm wishy-washy on a GSR marriage. But, if there WAS a proposal, how would he do it?

Honestly, I think he'd forgo the traditional dropping to one knee and professing his undying love whilst a violin plays in the background. I could really see him doing it in a very casual way... Some have speculated that the coccoon includes a ring. If so, that could be fun, as long as he doesn't drop to one knee. If it happens, I think it should be casual, with him making sure she knows what he's asking, and her smiling as she gazes at that ring of his Grandmother's he was once so fond of. I would love something like that.

I mean, my fiance plotted out the MOST romantic proposal ever involving a 4 hour scavenger hunt with 5 of my closest friends in two countries, three states and three cities within our state... Oh yeah, it was intense... all ending in the theater where we met where he had a frickin' LIGHT PLOT. But, I can't see Grissom doing that. He seems more "no frill" to me. What do you guys think?
 
I am impressed by the depth of spoiler knowledge on this board!

Sara is going to San Francisco? I knew she was going to disappear mysteriously, but that seems a strange place to disappear to. Unless she's contacting that phantom brother of hers, for reasons that boggle the imagination. And she gets tased while in San Francisco? This is just getting stranger and stranger to me. I guess I assumed she was going to be snatched by the MCSK. Of course, she still may well be, but it seems odd that the action should have moved so far north. Anyway, as long as I still get the GSR reveal, and as long as Sara's travails inspire some sexy Grissom angst, I'll be a happy camper.
