OMG is all I have to say about last nights episode. Man, I knew something was going to happen to Warrick, as soon as, they showed everyone walking out the door.

But oh with the way the show ended are we going to have to deal with sever guilt trip added to the mix of what makes Nick. And Nick don't go all celibate on us if you feel sorry for having a life and not going with Warrick. Remember there are a number of Ward Girls here that want to help you :)

Now Nick doesn't have anything to fell guilty about, he did ask Warrick to go for a beer and Warrick declined. That he wanted to leave to go home and shower. That doesn't mean Nick had to leave with him. Besides Warrick did encourage Nick to go after the red head. Ok, I know our Nicky and he'll probably feel guilty anyway.

However, anyway you look at it, Nicky had to stay behind. Someone has to find Warrick.

You really gotta love the belt buckle. I think it's going to be a *ring* thing. Might just become it's own porn. Belt buckle porn.

Now, don't get me wrong here, I LOVED all the openness of Nick last night, however I did not like the shirt he was wearing. Lets see, the toothpick, that shirt, hmmm wonder if they're trying to make him look young so him and the waitress will make more sense. Yes, I have a problem with the age difference, but I am willing to wait and see what happens with this relationship. Who knows, maybe it's all a tease and she won't end up his girlfriend. After all, tptb do like to mess with the fans sometimes. And maybe, just maybe, some of us don't want to share Nick. ;)

Raise your hand,

who really really really wanted Nick to punch Hodges for telling that lady about Warrick's phone call? What a way to stick up for your fellow employee, but that's Hodges for you.

I'm glad that Nick kept sticking up for Warrick. I wanted him to deck Greg too, but Greg was being Greg.

I thought it was funny how rough Nick was with Hodges when they were doing the experiment. I just imagine Nick thinking: turn around idiot and they with Hodges putting all his weight on Nick, Nick should've just dropped him. After all Hodges would have deserved it!!! :guffaw:

And Nick saying they'd buy a new casket and Grissom saying "we will?" Priceless, I tell ya.

I'm one for wanting Nick to sock Hodges right in the mouth. :scream:

I liked the fact that it was Archie and Nick that found out first just how involved in this Warrick was. I love the fact that he consistantly voiced that there was no way Warrick was guilty of killing the guy. And don't think that Nick really liked the fact that Greg was even thinking that Warrick might have done it just because the evidence pointed that way.

As for the girlfriend - who cares! Not me. He was flirting with the girl and she looked younger than him, so what. She was a red head and Warrick did encourage it.;)

I wasn't expecting Warrick to be shot in the end. I won't believe he's dead until next September. (I swear I read somewhere that they weren't ruling out guest appearances for Gary?)

I was thinking the same thing. I also thought Brass was kind of being a jerk in this episode, where Ecklie wasn't. Ok, the writers had way too much time off to have Brass be a jerk and Ecklie was kind of cool. What is this world coming too? :wtf: :guffaw:

Speedy don't forget that Brass has always had an issue with Warrick every since the Pilot. The whole episode was a flashback on Warrick's career low-lites.

I did like the way Nick stood his ground with defending Warrick's innocent. And the look he gave Greg. It certainly was one the Love would not call affectionate

Oh, I haven't forgotten about Brass and Warrick, that's for sure, but it seems the issues were gone. Apparently, not.

No, that was not an affectionate look, that's for sure.

Anyways, good for Nick for standing his ground knowing that his best friend was innocent. If that isn't true friendship/brotherhood I don't know what is.

Greg was being fair. If it had been anyone else apart from Warrick everyone else would have said the same thing. I admire Greg's honesty.

I also admire Nick for being loyal. I'm worried about how this is going to affect him. I always saw Nick and Warrick as brothers.

It's gonna make for a fabulous Season 9... assuming TPTB get it right. I think they will.

I think Nick is going to feel extremely guilty. This is some kind of pattern he has, he gets flirtin' with a chick and one of his friends winds up in trouble.

Maybe he needs to stop flirtin. As much I love Nick he's not always the smartest guy around-don't hit me guys-it's just that he's a little impulsive at times and it gets him into trouble.

He needs to start meeting woman off work and when his friends are not around. That way the only trouble he gets is if the girl winds up at work with a bun in the oven!!!

Boy that would be funny!!!

Nick is going to feel quilty about leaving Warrick went alone in the alley. My opinion, I don't think Nick and the girl is going to last, because he will probably be too busy to find Warrick's killer and he might get revenge against whoever killed him and I hope Grissom stop Nick before he do something stupid. Grissom lost Warrick and I don't think he need to lose another CSI.

Ok, girls you'll never guess!!!

No you really won't!!!!!

Mark you calendars for Sunday, June 22nd. Because SoapNet is going to show "Just a Walk in The Park" again!!!!!!!

I was doing a news search on George and saw it. Now let's hope it actually shows up on all the guides this time!!!!!!

"Just a Walk in the Park" airs June 22 and stars George Eads and Jane Krakowski. A woman mistakes a down-on-his-luck dog-walker for her wealthy neighbor.

, another chance to get it on TiVo and then hopefully I can get it on DVD.

myfuturecis why would we hit you when George himself has said he plays Nick to a be a little on the thickheaded side. Hey everyone knew about GSR before Nick found out in Living Doll. I sort of like that with Nick. Dumb, innocent and oh so sweet :) and we all know that George is no dummy.

Speedy maybe by the time June 23 comes around Uncle Sam's Post Office and Canada Post will actually deliver my package from Smokey in time so I can actually talk about the movie with you instead of just being overly jealous:guffaw:

Nick is not dumb by any means because to be a scientist takes a lot of smarts, and since I'm a liberal arts graduate I'd say the character is probably much smarter then I.

When I say he's not the brightest bulb around, it's more on a worldly level. Nick seems to be sort of caught up in being a bachelor and a player that he forgets that there is a world beyond that.

He's not enlightened so to speak.

Plus he's doesn't use a lot of good judgment. As Leslie Sobell wrote in Television Without Pity and I paraphrase her, "You'd think a guy whose been thrown out a window and had a gun put to his head twice would use a little more caution rather then trip tropping down dark alley unescorted by police."

Anyways, George himself said Nick's a bit thick-headed at time. George himself is actually very smart. What I find endearing about him is that he's self-deprecating. He said during his interview with Craig Ferguson that (paraphrased) he's lucky he even has a job in the industry given the amount of bad auditions he's had. I like that quality about him.

myfuturecsi I know Nick is not dumb. I'm referring to being dumb in the ways of his co-workers relationships not in his job.

Ah, the *Package* will come soon enough. I was going to watch it again (haven't since I taped it) and my stupid VCR decides to conk out. It still powers up, but it won't do nothing. I can't play it and it won't eject the tape. This is just sooooooooooo typical. I'm beginning to think there is something about this movie.

Anyways, in regards to Nick. It's really kind of upsetting me that it seems everyone is blaming Nick for what happened to Warrick, just because he is flirting with a waitress. Now, I'm not upset at anyone, just the whole thing. The only one to blame for what happened to Warrick is Warrick. Lets remember that Nick wanted to go for a beer with Warrick and Warrick said no, otherwise Nick would have left with him. Warrick is the one that encouraged Nick to go after the red head.

Now even if Nick did leave with Warrick he still could've been shot. Warrick's car was parked in an alley, by itself. There were no other cars around, so if Nick took his truck he still might not have seen the Under Sheriff.

It bugs me that all people seem to remember is Nick flirting with a waitress and didn't leave with Warrick like he should have.

Now can Nick be dumb at times? No. I don't think he is dumb per se, but more naive. However, that has changed over the years and I don't think he is so naive anymore.

I also don't think he is caught up being a bachelor and a player, because we haven't really seen that with him.

Of course he walked down the alley, there was a cop with him, just not beside him and the cops don't always stand by the CSIs when they are processing. The cop was the one not paying attention. Ok, Nicky wasn't exactly paying attention to his surroundings either. With a cop there that's suppose to be protecting him, he had a false sense of security.

Now do you I think Nick lacks good judgment at times? Sure! We all do, but like Jacquie said that's what makes him so dumb (naive), sweet, and innocent.

Sorry MyfutureCSI, I'm not attacking you (I hope you don't think so), just the whole thing. Oh by the way, I'm reading *Irreversible*, great story.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm still working on it. It's a hard task though.

OH but I do love Nick even his imperfections, it makes him human.

You know I just don't like this younger woman story at all. I would love to see someone like Kate Winslet play opposite George in a love story, not only because she's my absolute favourite actress but because her quality of acting would bring out the absolute best in George who is already a good actor, but I think the two of them would be amazing together.

This chick looks like someone Nick should be buying a Happy Meal for!!!
