Re: Forensic Science Trivia Game well, the AP, or Acid Phosphatase test is a presumptive test for semen. Are you looking for the reagent that is used? ALS is also a presumptive test that can be used to screen for semen. Acid Phosphatase is in abundance in semen (higher concentration)
