I agree, I do think Ryan holds that against Eric. To be fair I can't blame him, it's not Ryan's fault and all Ryan wanted to do was become a CSI. Unfortunately he walked into an awkward situation.

I've been watching Miami since the beginning, but I don't know very much from the episodes. People often say that Season 2 was the best season

I did watch Miami from the start and I did enjoy it, but for me it really took off at the start of season 3. Mainly because of Ryan, I never really took to Speed (having said that, I cried my heart out when I watched 'Lost Son'), so when Ryan came on board - I was well happy.

Okay, so here in the UK 'Payback' airs tonight! *yay* Really looking forward to any Eric and Ryan scenes - I can tell you. :devil:

Same here, guys. I only caught snippets of a couple of episodes during Season 2. Honestly, I didn't even know what CSI: Miami was all about. But then I started really watching during S3, and like you, inge, I cried when Speed died (only b/c I get too involved in the show I'm watching), but I didn't become obsessed until Ryan showed up. He's the main reason CSI: Miami is my fav show right now.

Okay, Ali, I'm not sure if we've included this yet, and I don't know if y'all have seen the episode, but to add to your list, there's also this one episode where everyone was wearing orange shirts. It's called Free Fall, and Ryan was wearing a lighter orange button-down shirt with white jacket, while Eric was wearing a regular orange button-down shirt. I'd say they would have matched even more if Ryan took off his jacket. But that's the episode where even Calleigh and Erica were wearing orange as well.

I think they would argue over a lot. FOod, the way the house looks. I just think Ryan would be hard to live with since he has ocd. I use to be a clean freak and it drove my ex insane, so someoone with OCD would be a nightmare. Then I think it would cause them to argue more at work too. I think Eric would be the jealous type and protective. He'd be too worried about Ryan out in the field, knowing he's been hurt once already.

Awww, thanks Twiz! But uhm, no... unfortunately, I didn't cap them myself. I don't have a DVD burner, and I'm technologically illiterate as far as making caps. But my friend who seems to be uber fast at capping did, and I got these from her. I think she only caps the Hardy Boys moments anyway, so it's not a lot for her to cap, which is probably why she does it so fast.

I think they might bicker like normal couples do. Eric might have a bit more of a challenge since Ryan is OCD, but he should know that head on before taking on the relationship. I think that he might even be able to temper Ryan's OCD a bit, and they could compromise. But yes, I agree with you that Eric would be a little protective of Ryan and would probably be the jealous type b/c Ryan's so hotdamn pretty!

After the way he acted with him in nailed really made me think he would be protective of Ryan.
It would be so sweet. Ryan could be going out with H to bust some bad dudes and Delko would find out and sneak to the scene just to back Ryan up. Ryan would get upset because he thinks Delko thinks he's incompetant to do his job and Delko would have to drag him out of everyone's sight to calm him down and make up to him.....Maybe they would drive back together in the Hummer and pull off the a dirt road...oooo.
I Better go check those cookies now.

I think he wears a different sweater than in the first episode. it's not my beloved pukey green, it's a other kind of green. maybe there was a special offer. buy three different green sweaters to a special price.

He would try to calm him down and would say to him that he's a good CSI and a good police officer, but he has to be careful because they don't want to lose another member of the team (yeah, right...He don't want to lose the love of his life.). Eric would invite him over drinks and after the drinks he would say him the real matter of his actions.

Appeasement - I think some serious apologising would be needed. Ryan's quite proud - he wouldn't want to be made to feel incapable of looking after himself. The thing in Driven where he froze upset him badly. But I think Eric would have some good ideas for ways to get back on his good side. :devil:

In the normal run of things, I think they would bicker a lot. Living together would be difficult for them - they're such different characters, and Ryan's OCD would add to the mix, but opposites do attract. And I'd like to think the bickering would be affectionate.

ETA - Matching clothes pics. I did a trawl through Miami Style yesterday, and I've got pretty pics from Driven, Freefall, Double Jeopardy and Three-Way, as well as the leather jacket pic. It's coming together well, but I'm trying to find out how to get a coloured background on the program I'm using. I'll post it somewhere when it's done. Oh, it's fun playing with Hardy Boys pics...

Totally agree, I think Eric would be very protective over Ryan. As you mentioned Ryan's already been injured on the job (*shudder* God, everytime I think about that it sends a shiver down my spine, I can’t work out if it's just the thought being shot in the eye or whether because it happened to Ryan), and remember how Eric reacted to that and they were not even an item (yet :devil. Tension aside Eric would worry about him, and I agree, that may cause problems whilst they're working.

I tell you, I really needed to see them after watching 'Payback' last night - no Eric and Ryan scene what so ever! I was well gutted. Oh well, at least Ryan got a good amount of screen time, I'm not going to complain about that.

Starting at the end, of course you can. And thank you for your kind words. Let me know if it works as a wallpaper. I can't use it on my laptop because all my pupils would be goggling at it instead of listening to me (and of course Himself doesn't know), so I'd love it if other people used it.

Secondly, it's such a fantasy! Was it the Milk Tray ads? Do you think we could give them a list of addresses to come and deliver chocolates to? :devil:

And Payback. I've just watched Payback and... no Hardy Boys scenes at all. But you can just see the beginning of Natalia's trying to play them off against each other. Ryan's so sweet, though. He's completely oblivious to her flirting!
