Re: Danny/Lindsay #21: The future's in the bag!
*Liffy pops in while humming to yet more Brad Paisley songs*
Mo! Do you have Brad's third studio album? Mud on the Tires so rocks. If you have it, listen to 'Little Moments' again. It just screams D/L
Well I'll never forget the first time that I heard that pretty mouth say that dirty word
And I can't even remember now what she backed my truck into
But she covered her mouth and her face got red
And she just looked so darn cute
That I couldn't even act like I was mad
Yeah I live for little moments like that
~Brad Paisley: Little Moments~
I wonder what would happen if Linds accidentally backed Danny's Harley into something.
I'm sure that would be a very interesting conversation to peep in on.

Well, I kinda understand what you mean; the more their relationship is pushed on the foreground, the more likely it is that our dear returned writers would use that opportunity to create some drama. But on the other hand it will mean that we can expect lots of D/L scenes, with perhaps some angst before a totally fluffy happy ending.
That's exactly what I mean. Even though we definately will get more D/L if they're constantly on the forefront of the writers' mind, not only does that increase the chance for angst (face it, not everyone enjoys a relationship that works on screen), and unless I am completely sure that there will be a happy, fluffy ending, I'd rather go along the fluff road anyday.
they can add a scene where Lindsay and Stella are working together and Stella asks Lindsay how things are between her and Danny...and Lindsay could say that they decided to take things slow, have a few real dates, get to know each other even better outside work and that the death of Ruben made it even harder, but that they are still willing and trying to make it work
If the writers spin that well, the scene could really work. It should be something in passing, just some friendly talk. It would be funny if the two were 'gossipping' and Danny pops up from behind asking what they're whisperin' about.
I can just picture the innocent, yet red faces looking up at him. Haha.
we get to see a date, kiss or another pool scene
I want a bed scene. I mean...come on, can't they wake up in each other's arms in bed?
It would be so cute, and they can cuddle and kiss and then realise they're both late for work.
I wonder what movies would scare Lindsay, so that he can actually be her hero for once.
I wonder if Linds would drag Danny to see any chick flicks. That would be pretty interesting to watch too

You're all about the ass grabbing these days, aren't you? Must be the moonshine.
Leave my moonshine out of this! As for the ass-grabbing, he could grab something else but it would be less work appropriate if it was further north. hehe.
I'd love for Lindsay to grab Danny's ass in the lab actually. It'd be funny if she did that in front of Mac, and Danny started blushing. Then Linds would have this innocent look on her face.
Danny would also probably be stuttering when Mac's talking to him. He'd be beet red, and glancing at Lindsay who's probably working in the corner whistling to herself. Happy times!
As far as getting it from the store? Chocolate or cookies 'n cream---and she definitely likes the cone! There you go, Liff!
Oh? And is that the small squishy ones or the large,
hard, crispy ones? *blink*
I don't want to see them fighting over car payments or whether or not they will have kids yet, but I like the little things---they make life special.
I agree, it's always those small moments that makes you smile and stay with you forever.
I'd love to see them do laundry though...they'd probably make a sport out of that too.
Vex asked:
What one word do you think both Danny and Lindsay can say to describe each other?
I think, for Lindsay, Danny is a
rock. He's hard-headed, stubborn, but he's also supportive and reliable. A pretty smooth rock
For Danny, Linds is probably just the same to him. Rocks can be pret-ty surprising at times...
