Shortly after the storm, Eric stood up with his wife in his arms. He could see she was sleeping with the tears still wet on her lids. Carrying her upstairs, he laid her on the bed.

"Eric"....her voice quivered.

"I'm right here Mac. It's okay."

Sliding in beside her he pulled her into him and wrapped her up tight.

"Mackenzie?"

"Mhmm"..she whispered with tears.

"How could you let me touch you? How were you able to let me love you. Especially on the nights I was rough. Never once did you flinch, or complain. Why?"

"I guess I blocked it out Eric. Like I use to do with Scott. When he would become rough, or would hurt I'd close my eyes and think of something special to help me get through it."

Eric's face was etched in pain. Just how many nights did Mackenzie pretend to like it. How much of her loving him back was real? Questions he knew he needed answered.

"Mackenzie? How many nights did you pretend? How many nights did you tell me you loved the way I loved you? How much of it was lies?"

"Oh Eric...God I'm so sorry. I never meant it in that way. At first yes. I did pretend. But then when I realized how gentle, and loving you were that all went away. Leaving behind nothing but your passion."

"Did I ever hurt you Mackenzie? Did I ever make you feel pain?"

"Only the first couple times Eric. Only when the memories of what happened surfaced. But I can honestly tell you that I've felt nothing but love from you. I'm only sorry I never told you from the begining what I and the girls had been through. That was my only lie Eric. The only thing I ever kept from you."

"I need to see my girls Mackenzie. I can't leave them for the night. I'm sorry. I have to be with them."

Getting up from the bed, Eric changed his clothes, and waited downstairs.

"You almost ready Mackenzie?"

"Yeah...I'm coming Eric."

She couldn't understand. He had done a complete turn. She understood his need to see the girls. But deep down, she realized she may have hurt him with her last confession.

Arriving at their parents home, Eric walked in and headed right upstairs.

"Hi daddy." She cried.

"Oh Mackenzie. What happened?"

"Everything was good daddy. We talked, I told him everything that had happened to us. He threw a chair, screamed a bit, and then he comforted me for almost two hours."

"Then what's the problem love? He looked broke."

"I think I may have hurt him real deep daddy. He asked me how many nights I lied to him about the way he loved me in bed. About how I handled the pain when he loved me.

"What did you say?"

"I told him just a couple times at the begining. I told him I'd close my eyes like I did with Scott and think of something special. But after that I felt nothing but passion from him. He then jumped from the bed, and told me he had to see his girls."

Mac could understand Eric's pain. There was nothing worse then your wife confessing that you hurt her in bed.

"I don't think I can do this again daddy. I think I may have just lost him. I didn't mean to make it sound like that. It's just I was confessing everything, but I never once thoug....."

"Shh...come on love. It's going to be okay. Give him some time with the girls. He'll come around. It's just a shock. You've both been through a hell of alot tonight. Come sit. Let's see what happens when he's done with his girls."

Walking into the den, she sat between her mom and dad, as they sandwich her between them. Holding her, rocking her, loving her.

poor Eric. :hugs him: Poor Mackenzie. loved the father/daughter moment there at the end with him just hugging her.

When Eric walked into Mackenzie's old room, he found his daughters all curled up in each others arms. Walking over to the bed, he slid down the wall, put his hand on his face, and rubbed his tears. God so much pain his girls must have been carrying.

Sobbing quietly he felt a little hand touch his.

"Daddy?? Why you crying daddy?"

Looking up he seen his little Peanut wiping at the tears on his hands.

"What's the matter daddy. You are so sad."

Opening his arms, she slid into them, and wrapped her around his neck.

"I'm sorry Peanut. I'm so sorry your daddy hurt you. I'm so sorry I wasn't there to protect you and your sisters. I'm so sor......"

Giant sobs could be heard coming from Eric's heart. Waking Shannon and Sharon.

"Daddy?? What's the matter daddy. Daddy??"

Opening his arms again, they all slid into them. Burying his neck within their little necks, crying over and over that he was sorry he couldn't protect them.

"Please forgive me my babies. Forgive me for not being there through your pain that your daddy gave you. Plea....."

Mackenzie, Mac and Stella could hear Eric's sobs coming from upstairs, they could hear the heart retching pain he was pouring onto the girls. Holding Mackenzie tighter, Mac and Stella sobbed with her. So much held back anger, so many lies and deciets. So many wounds to heal.

"Oh daddy. It's okay daddy. Don't feel bad. We know it's not your fault daddy. Stop crying daddy. We are fine. We will all be okay now. Mommy told you and that's good, please don't cry no more daddy. We know you will protect us forever."

Eric embraced his girls tighter. Leave it to Shannon to say that everything was going to be okay. She was so much like a Taylor. Strong, understanding, and logical in her thinking.

"Come on daddy. Come with us. We will help you protect us."

Pulling there daddy up as he cried, they climbed into the bed with him. As his little Peanut climbed onto his chest, laying her little head on his heart, Shannon laid in his arms, snuggled up right beside him. While Sharon was snuggled in between her daddy and Shannon.

"Shhh...it's okay daddy. Please stop crying, try and sleep daddy. We will keep you safe."

As the hours past Mac became worried. He could no longer hear any crying or noise.

"You think they're okay dad?"

"Let's go find out."

Walking upstairs Mackenzie gripped her dads hand tighter.

"It's okay love. Just breathe."

Looking into the room their hearts broke. Here was Eric with his eyelids still soaked in tears, and his girls all wrapped in his arms. Walking over Mackenzie pulled up the blanket over them. As she turned to leave, she felt someone pull on her hand. Turning around she seen Eric looking at her with fresh tears.

Pulling on her hand, he tugged her onto the bed. Pulling her in close, he whispered....

"This is where you belong Mackenzie. With us. In our arms, in my arms. I love you Mackenzie Delko. Forever."

Stella stood behind Mac and wrapped her arms around his waist. Leaning her head onto his shoulder, he quietly closed the door, giving the Delko family what they needed a safe haven to heal.

When the morning light shone through the window. The girls woke.

"Shh...quiet Shannon. Mommy and daddy are still sleeping. Let's go wake papa and nana."

Sliding from the bed quietly. The girls headed down to their nana's and papas room. Opening the door they ran over and jumped on the bed.

"Ouff!!!!"

"Morning papa. Morning nana. It's time to get up."

"Sara it's seven in the morning. Go back to bed love."

"Come on papa. We are hungry. Plus you said we could go to the beach this morning."

"I meant later in the morning. Where's mommy and daddy?"

"They're still sleeping. We didn't want to wake them."

Stella was giggling. For she could hear Mac muttering....

"Oh sure. Let them sleep. But wake up poor papa."

"Come on papa. We want blueberry pancakes. Pleeeeeease papa."

Sighing deep, Mac got out of bed and dressed.

"I'll check on the trip's Mac if you grab Michelle."

"Sure love. I'll see you downstairs."

Eric was watching Mackenzie sleep. She was on her tummy with her hands over her head. Removing the blanket he lifted her gown and looked at her scars again. Never had seen such a mess.

Carefully touching each one. Carefully tracing them, she didn't even wake. Caressing his hand further up her back, he rained little kisses across her nape. Waking up slowly, she was fully alert that she was on her tummy. Trying to turn herself over, Eric wouldn't let her.

"Please Eric."

"No Mackenzie. No more hiding them from me. You are beautiful. You are sensual and loving. A few scars don't change that. I love you for you soul, for your mind. Not for what you look like."

Her eyes were welding up with tears again. Never had she felt so cherished. So loved. Allowing Eric to caress her scars she could feel herself let go.

"Eriiiiiiiiiiiiiiic....."

He knew his touch was bringing her to life. He knew with each new stroke, each new whispered caress, she was coming apart in his love. Allowing her to turn in his arms, she climbed upon him as her hair fell forward, shielding them in their own little world.

Bringing her lips down towards her husbands mouth she tenderly teased him, getting him just a whisper away from her lips and backing up.

"Mac.....kiss me. I don't want to be teased."

She was enjoying herself. She loved watching her husband squirm in her arms. Leaning herself down again, he gripped her head and forced her gently down to kiss him.

Not releasing, their tongues dualed in passion, as their hands caressed, stroked and touched in spots that drove them both into endless pleasures. Feeling their souls begin to merge, he gripped her hips as she rocked and grinded against him. Bringing them both together, back in the passion that had been missing from their hearts.

Wow that chapter with Eric and the trips was great especially when the girls were making Eric feel safe and happy again. But that finally part with Mac/Eric was very very nice ;)

How come there aren't lots on the other one though

The other story is being dragged till Halloween. Which is why I've been throwing in little epi's instead of a full story.:)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As they laid quietly in each others arms, they heard little feet coming down the hall.
"You think they are up Sara?"
"I don't know Shannon. But papa said we had to wake them."
Opening the door, Sara, Shannon, and Sharon walked into the room. Nearing the bed, Shannon leaned over her mom with Sharon, while Peanut leaned over her daddy.
Bending lower, Mackenzie and Eric grabbed their girls tossing them onto the bed. Tickling them wildly, they laughed as they tried to squirm away.
"Stop daddy. Stooooooooooooooo....." Laughed Sara running out of breath.
"Mommy, papa said we had to get you up to go too the beach."
"He did. But we don't want to get up. We want to sleep."
"No mom. No more sleeping. Even our sisters are up. Papa said they are driving him crazy cause they keep crawling into trouble."
"They are? What did they do?"
"They pulled down nana's table cloth in the den and broke a vase. Serina pulled on Kong Jr's ear and he cried. So papa put the dogs outside."
"Alright. We'll get up. Tell papa we'll be right down."
"Okay mom. Hurry though. I don't want to miss playing on the beach. Especially if papa gets a call out."
Running back downstairs, Mackenzie climbed out of bed. But as she put her feet on the floor, Eric pulled her back down.
"Eriiiiiiiiiiiiiiiic!!!!!"
"Mmmm...sorry Mac. But I'm not ready to let you go."
"Come on Eric. You know what happened last time we didn't get up. Dad came up with the ice water. Now let me go." She laughed.
"Just five more minutes babe, please???" He whispered in her ear.
"Come on you two. Don't make me come up there."
Releasing Mackenzie from his arms, they both jumped from the bed.
With everyone ready for the beach. Eric grabbed the trip's, while Mackenzie walked with the girls. Finding a nice spot, they spread out their blanket and popped up the umbrella for shade.
While the girls swam with their dad and papa, Stella finally had time to find out what happened after they left the room last night.
"I know that look mom. There isn't much to tell."
"I know that smile Mackenzie. Something happened in that room, no spill it." She laughed.
"It wasn't last night mom. It was this morning. Eric said the most beautiful words to me. He made me feel so loved and cherished. I remember laying on my tummy, and he was feeling my scars. I tried to turn over and he wouldn't let me.
He said..."no more hiding them from me Mackenzie. You are beautiful, sensual and loving. A few scars don't change that. I love you for you soul, for your mind. Not for what you look like."
Stella teared up. That had to be the most beautiful words she had ever heard.
"He's so special Mackenzie. I hope you truely realize how lucky you are to have Eric in your life, and the girls."
"I do mom. More then anyone can ever know. I just wish I had met him sooner."
"You know what love. That doesn't matter. Point is you now have in your life and the girls forever. But no more lies. No matter what you have to share with Eric all your pain and thoughts."
"I know mom. I promise I will."
"Good. I love you Mackenzie. Now let's go get the boys."
Running towards the water with the kids pails in tow, they gathered up water and threw it ontop of Eric and Mac's head.
"Steeeeeeeeeeeeeeel....."
Laughing wildly, Mac passed Michelle to Mackenzie while he chased after his wife.
lolol love that last part :)
I think they should come to the beach without the kids sometime so they can all make passionate love in the surf *g*
poor doggie getting its ear pulled and crying. :lol:
Loved Mac yelling up the stairs that they better not make him come up there. :lol:
Dumping the water on the guys' head... funny! Hehe.
When Mac caught his wife, he tossed her down on the shore. As the water splashed around them, he felt the heat of her body melting his hand.
"Look at you sweetheart. You are so stunning beautiful in that bikini. It makes me want to love you right here, in front of everyone."
"Maaaaac......"
"I love it when you beg love."
Stella could feel her heart race from her husbands sensual words. Leaving her just as breathless. Caressing his hand up her hips, to her waist and across her tummy, he sensually crushed his lips to hers. Blocking out the sounds around them. Leaving behind their soft sighs of passion.
Eric and Mackenzie laughed.
"Hmm..and they talk about us. All of a sudden the water just got warmer." Laughed Eric.
"Warmer. I think it's going to boil. I guess I should stop those kids from going any further."
"Daddy? What is papa doing to nana? Why is he rubbing her like you rub mommy?"
Mackenzie eyed Eric. She was hoping for a opportunity to find her husband in a position to answer one of their daughers questions.
"Oh this should be good."
"What did you say Mac?"
"Nothing. I believe your daughter asked you a question."
"Umm...he's checking her for cuts."
"Cuts?? Why daddy. Did nana hurt herself?"
"No. Mackenzie a little help please."
"Sorry babe. You're on your own. I have to go break up those teenagers before they are arrested for exposure."
Walking away from Eric and the girls, Mackenzie went to break up the love fest before it got out of hand.
"Ehemmm....you two might want to break that up. You're causing a scene. I think you two have the attention of half the beach. Besides, aren't you two a little old for water games."
"Smarty pants. I swear you kids get saucier with age."
"Love you too daddy. Now stop fondling mom and behave. Even your granbabies are asking questions."
Helping his wife up, they all headed over to the blanket for some lunch.
*Ring,ring*
"Aww..not now dad. Just ignore it."
*Ring,ring*
"Not you too Eric. Come on you guys. You can't leave now?"
"Sorry love. We have to go. We'll help you back to the house with the kids. Then we all have to go."
"Hold it. You too mom?"
"Afraid so love. Triple homicide. It's going to take us all."
Once everyone was settled back at the house. Mac, Eric, and Stella left . Leaving Mackenzie with the troops.
