CSI: DuCaine

*Melts into a puddle from the deliciously fluffy read* Great stuff, just wonderful, that scene melted my heart. Oh so sweet. *Sigh* :)It was worth the wait.

And can I request that steamy Valentine's Day read too?

Hello!! I'll PM that scene to all of you in a day or two. Just in time for Valentine's!! :)

Since I'm in a romantic mood, here's some more Horatio and Calleigh loving!! :D Think of it as a little taster of that Valentine's Day scene!! ;) :D

There was this Diet Coke ad on T.V a few years ago, (5, I think), and for the last few days, I've been thinking of it with H and Cal in it!! :D You'll know why in a second. I don't own the name, logo or products of the Coca-Cola company. I love Diet Coke, but sadly, I just drink it!! Here's the dialogue of the ad as I remember it. A lot of 'French' stuff... ;)

Opening shot:
(Calleigh is sitting at a table,
writing in a note book.

She is at a school, giving people
directions for the night-classes.

Front shot of Calleigh looking down and
writing as a man walks up to her.)

CALLEIGH: What class are you here for?

(Camera cuts to front shot of man.
It's Horatio.

He sips his Diet Coke.)

HORATIO: Uhh, French.

(Calleigh looks up and sees him.

He puts down the can on her table.

Background music starts.)

CALLEIGH: French literature? French cookery?

(She pulls on his shirt collar, tugging him
down towards her, leaning up to him.)

... French polishing? Or...

(She kisses him passionately.

Camera moves around them and above
them as they kiss.

Horatio moves closer, leaning his hands
on the table as Calleigh knocks the can
off the table.)

Hey Sister, Go Sister, Soul Sister, Flow Sister
Hey Sister, Go Sister, Soul Sister, Flow Sister

(Calleigh pulls back, still holding
Horatio's shirt collar.

Horatio stares at her intently.)

CALLEIGH: ... French kissing.

(They share a long look.)

Cut to:
(Calleigh sitting at the table again.

Turns out, that kiss didn't just happen!!)

CALLEIGH: What class are you here for?

(Horatio walks up again.)

HORATIO: Uhh, French.

CALLEIGH: Room 10.

(Horatio smiles, walking to a
room behind her.

Calleigh turns in her chair,
looking after him.)

CALLEIGH: A plus tard.
*Translation:
'See you later.'*

(Horatio looks back at her, smiling.

Calleigh turns back in her chair,
drumming her fingers on the table and smiling.)

CALLEIGH: *squee*

Voulez-vous coucher avec moi, ce soir?

What'cha think? I loved that ad, for obvious reasons!! ;) Could you imagine the reaction! Diet Coke sales would go through the roof!! I'll bet Calleigh would love to teach Horatio THAT!! ;) :D

Hehe great read. :D Smokin'. Forget Diet Coke sales going through the roof, CSI: Miami would probably double the amount of viewers.

Hello all! Here is my Valentine's Day treat. I've alaways loved this song, which is especially fitting for Horatio and his romantic side! :) This song is copyright of Daniel Bedingfield, no infringement intended. These lyrics truely inspired me!

I'll be PMing you all the 'other' one in a matter of minutes, so enjoy this one for a moment or two. I really hope you enjoy this one, as much as I loved writing it. Man, I was blushing so much at the end of it all!! :D They're hot, hot, hot!! :D :)

Fade in:
(Shot of Miami at night.

Cue opening music of "Wrap My Words Around You".)

Cut to:
(Wide shot of a house, panning in,
and fading inside to a bedroom.

Horatio is sitting at a desk,
writing a letter.

A red rose lies on the desk to his left,
and every few seconds he stops and looks
at the rose.)

Is it fair to write a song to a woman
Is it fair to play to try to win her heart
Is it right to bring her sonnets in the morning-time
To express the first few longings when they start
To express the first few longings when they start

(He folds the letter, and writes a name on it.

He ties a red ribbon around the rose.

Camera moves to the letter.

'Calleigh' is written on it.

Close-up of his face as he smiles,
stroking the petals.

His eyes shut.)

Is it right to let her feelings rise to catch you
Is it ok when her heart begins to fall
Would you blame me if I wrap my words around you girl
Would I wrong you to say anything at all
Would I wrong you to say anything at all

White flash to:
(Horatio sitting in a chair,
as a pair of hands move across his shoulders.

His eyes close as Calleigh leans into him,
her lips brushing his ear.)

But if I wrap my words around you
Wrap my words around you
If I wrap my words around you
Would you stay, would you stay, would you

(Horatio gets up, and faces Calleigh,
gently holding her hands. She smiles at him
tenderly.

They lean into towards each other.)

Wrap my words around you
Wrap my words around you
If I wrap my words around you
Would you stay, would it play with your heart

White flash to:
(Horatio as he opens his eyes,
taking a deep breath, before nodding,
picking up the rose and letter and
walking out the door.)

Fade out to:
(Shot of Calleigh sitting on a sofa,
sipping her tea.

She twirls a lock of her hair absently,
her eyes distant.

She looks to her door suddenly,
hearing a knock.

She walks to the door and answers it,
but no one's there.

She looks down, and sees a folded note
with a red rose.)

Am I a hunter if I send poems to please you
Am I a cad if I mean everything I say
Should I even let you know this song’s about you girl
Just because I want to see you smile today

(She picks them up, heading inside.

She unfolds the letter, reading it.
As she reads, she giggles,
her eyes sparkling.

She puts the letter down, before inhaling
the scent of the rose deeply, brushing
the petals against her mouth.)

And my words may bind you to me much too tightly
And you may choke upon them if we fall apart
It’s not fair to write a song to a woman, no
Because a woman takes a song into her heart
Because a woman takes a song into her heart

White flash to:
(Calleigh standing alone, before a pair
of arms wrap around her waist, and Horatio
kisses her neck.)

So let me wrap my words around you
Wrap my words around you
Wrap my words around you
Till you stay, till you stay, let me

(Calleigh turns around, running her hands
through his hair.

They lean in and...)

White flash to:
(Calleigh falling on her sofa,
sighing blissfully.)

Wrap my words around you
Wrap my words around you
Darling, wrap my words around you
Till you stay, would it play with your heart

Fade in:
(Shot of the ballistics lab.

Calleigh goes in and sees another rose.

She is pleasantly surprised, and then
she turns to see Horatio step out of
the shadows.

She raises an eyebrow, smiling.

He shrugs, smiling playfully.

They stare at each other,
before Calleigh looks down shyly.

Horatio grasps her chin, raising
her eyes to him.

They share a long look, as the music
fades away.)

CALLEIGH: A red rose... are you trying to
tell me something?

(Horatio chuckles, his hand moving to her hair.)

HORATIO: Mmhmm...

(He moves closer, Calleigh backs up
against the table.)

CALLEIGH: Horatio... not here...

HORATIO: I'm not waiting anymore...
too long...

(Calleigh takes a deep breath, as Horatio
leans in to her ear, his hands on her waist.)

CALLEIGH: Ohh... Horatioo... we're at work...
anyone could...

(Horatio kisses her neck, ignoring her.)

HORATIO: (between kisses) I... can't...
resisist you... anymore... I... want... you...

Cut to:
(Side shot as Calleigh grips his shoulders,
and he leans her back, moving up her neck.
He lingers at the pulse in her neck, before
Calleigh yanks his head up and kisses him.

Horatio responds, lifting her up to sit on
the table, fiddling with her lab-coat.

Calleigh pulls at his jacket, continuing to
kiss him passionately.

Camera moves around them as both the
lab-coat and suit-coat lay on the ground.

Horatio runs his fingers through her hair,
and Calleigh's hands wander across his back.

After a full minute, Horatio breaks the kiss,
pulling back a little.

Calleigh leans with him, whimpering.

Horatio takes a deep breath, as
Calleigh opens her eyes.)

CALLEIGH: Why'd you stop?

(Horatio gives her a wry grin.)

HORATIO: Can you believe... to tell you
'Happy Valentine's Day'?

(Calleigh laughs, her head dropping to
his shoulder.)

CALLEIGH: Well! You gave me that anyway...

(She winks. Horatio blushes.)

CALLEIGH: I got lipstick all over you...

(She rubs her thumb over his lips, squealing
as Horatio licks her thumb.)

HORATIO: (purring) I don't mind... yum...

(Calleigh laughs again, wrapping her arms
around his neck.

Horatio rests his hands on her hips.)

CALLEIGH: Did you plan on making out
on the work-top, or did you come here
for something?

HORATIO: Making out isn't something?

(They laugh.)

Well... I just wanted to invite you to dinner...

CALLEIGH: I'd love to!!

(Horatio smiles, ducking his head,
before pecking her lightly.)

HORATIO: Is 8:30 okay?

CALLEIGH: Perfect!

HORATIO: I'll pick you up then, okay?

CALLEIGH: Okay!

(A beat.

Horatio sighs softly.)

HORATIO: Guess I'd better let you down.

CALLEIGH: No, no... not yet...
(She hugs him gently.)
It's so rare that we have so much privacy.
I, for one, am going to take advantage of it...

(She kisses his neck, gripping his shirt.

Horatio lets out a hiss, his fingers in her hair.)

HORATIO: Cal... what you do to me...

(Calleigh kisses his ear, before kissing his mouth,
holding him tight.

Horatio kisses her back, pressing into her.)

But if I wrap my words around you
Wrap my words around you
If I wrap my words around you
Would you stay, would you stay, would you
Wrap my words around you
Wrap my words around you
If I wrap my words around you
Would you stay, would it play with your heart

(They part finally, breathing heavily.

Horatio traces her lips softly with his thumb,
licking his lips.)

HORATIO: Tonight, sweetheart... I promise,
no interruptions, no deadlines, no anything.
Just me...
(He kisses her softly.)
And you...

(Calleigh sighs happily.)

CALLEIGH: You and me... I love it.

(They share a smile, and one last kiss,
before Horatio lifts her down off the table.

They pick up their respecive coats,
putting them back on.

They hug.

Horatio kisses her forehead, and
Calleigh kisses his cheek.)

CALLEIGH: Thank you for the rose...
it's beautiful...

HORATIO: You're welcome...
(He picks it up, and with a flourish,
hands it to her.)
A rose for a rose.

(Calleigh giggles, blushing.)

CALLEIGH: You're such a romantic, Horatio...
I always knew you were...

HORATIO: If you thought this was romantic...
(He kisses her again.)
You ain't seen nothing yet...

(He winks, before turning and leaving.

Calleigh smiles a huge smile, stroking
the rose lovingly, looking towards the door
longingly with a gentle sigh, before getting
back to work with a smile on her face.)

Cut to:
(Horatio walking, his head held high,
smiling.)

Cut to:
(Split-screen of Horatio and Calleigh smiling.)

So let me wrap my words around you
Wrap my words around you
Wrap my words around you
Till you stay, till you stay, let me
Wrap my words around you
Wrap my words around you
Darling, wrap my words around you
Till you stay, would it play with your heart

(White flashes accompany the
final shot of them both.)

HORATIO and CALLEIGH: (whispered) Tonight...

(FADE TO BLACK.)

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY EVERYONE!!!

(I'm saying that now, 'cos I'll be in Dublin all day tomorrow for a school tour, so have a good one!! And enjoy the DuCaine love!!)

:D :)
