CSI books.

I dropped into Borders yesterday to see if it had appeared here in Aus, but it was special order only. I know that another store in Melbourne is definately getting it, so I'll be dropping in there next week in hope that it has arrived.

Thanks for the info, VManso. Greg working with Warrick... should be interesting. :)

By the way, Katherine Ramsland has written a sequel to "The Forensic Science of C.S.I." entitled "The C.S.I. Effect". Should be interesting!

I just wanted to ask, which has been your favourite book from all those published? Which books would you recommend from any of the 3 shows? :)

My personal favorite is "Cold Burn" from the original series. It takes some CSIs out of their familiar territory and gives them a different way to solve a case.

I like that one as well, not only are they way outta their element, but it has subtle GSR as well hehe.

I have these books:
CSI: Double Dealer, Sin City, Cold Burn, Body of Evidence, Grave Matters, Binding Ties, Killing Game (almost owned a Snake Eyes but I had no money went I went to Barnes...)
CSI:NY Dead of Winter, Blood on the Sun

I collect CSI and CSI:NY books. am I missing something?

I like the character Gordon Maher, the forensics expert from
Saskatchewan. It was he who showed Grisson and Sara how to work a winter crime scene.

I also thought that was really interesting. Especially just the little detail of Sara and Grissom witholding info from the other CSI... I liked the secrecy and sort of the danger and adventure of it.

I just finished Snake Eyes last week and found I enjoyed it tremendously. We had a lot of Brass/Warrick/Greg action on the cases they worked in a 24 hour shift (nonstop) due to Nick, Sofia, Catherine, Grissom, and Sara being in Boot Hill working on the murders in the Casino. One of the better books with Cat in charge and Grissom having some fun and making friends with a local Sheriff.

I haven't had the chance to order Snake eyes yet. I'm still trying to get through Cult Following (CSI Miami).

Snake Eyes finally came out in Australia, and I have my copy. I must say I really loved it - especially the Brass/Warrick/Greg storyline. I actually found it more interesting than the supposed A storyline with the others. Besides - Greg with a gun. Need I say more?
