Conquences: The Trial

Catherine looked at him, confused.
"We've been here for like what...two days? And you're already making predictions?"
She had perfectly understood why Lindsay and Danny wanted to be alone: it wa sperfectly natural, and she didn't feel ignored at all.
But when she saw Danny she feared something could have happende to Lindsay.
She didn't even let him talk, when he was near enough to hear her:" Danny? What's wrong? Lindsay? Where is she?"
 
Lindsays sitting down still, enjoying herself.

Shes taken off her jacket and nearly gasps. How could she be so blind? she not only feels like a whale, she now thinks she looks like one too. 'How could I've been so stupid as to not notice this?' She thinks as she stares at her baby bump through her sky blue tshirt.

(ok, the story line regarding the baby was highly AU, so I fixed it. enjoy!)
 
He felt like he was in paradise with Alyssa. Sitting next to her on the beach was the most amazing thing. She was becoming Delko's everything. He knew he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Alyssa. He leaned into her and whispered in her ear
"You are the most amazing girl I've ever met. I love you so much. I want to spend the rest of my life with you."
And with that he leaned in for a kiss."

Alyssa talked the night away in his arms, feeling his soft embrace as the hours got later. Finally, it was time for them to leave, not that she wanted to. They got to her car, but Alyssa had a diffrent idea. "Follow me," she said with a smile as she grabbed his hand and led him onto the beach to watch the sun set over the ocean. She sat down on the beach with him, and leaned into him. They sat in silence for a long while before she finally spoke up. "I love you too Eric."

sofia laughs at flack. 'it's much better this way... ocean.. mm, i'm so sure i would love it.. you know, i love to swim also, the cold water, the splash it gives when you dive in.. i thought about being a proffessional diver for a few years.. i trained for it, but i had more with catching bad guys. but, i still love to swim. if we have time, i'll take you to my absolute favorite swimming spot...', she said, while she steps into his car.

Alyssa smiled and melted into the kiss. She wrapped her arms around him and fell back onto the sand with him. She used one elbow to prop herself up while she hovered over him and kissed him. She let him take the lead in the kiss, not sure of how far he wanted to take it.
 
The two dropped down into the sand. Melting in each other's warm imbrace. This was the best night of Delko's life. The hours to follow would be the best of his entire life. He was so madly in love with Alyssa Curmir. His mind was so jumbled with everything and how he had fallen for Alyssa. The night at the beach was a beautiful one.
 
Alyssa soon pulled away and looked into his eyes. "Let's run away," she said with a smile. "We'll leave Miami, and leave Florida, and we can put everything behind us. No one will know we left," she proposed, though she wasn't sure it was the right thing to do. "Well, no one important anyway," she told him with a smirk. "What do you think? Would you rather stay here and battle it out?" she asked, wanting his honest opinion. Either way, she was going to get to be with him in the end.
 
"Nothing wrong with Linds? She asked me to pick you two up." Danny said as he escorted them to his car. "I'm a dad." He said to them when they were in the car.

Warrick was taken a little by susprise and said, "Congrats Danny. I mean it, you two look so happy together."

When they got to the restruant, Danny escorted Catherine and Warrick to the table. His eyes go to Montana's tummy and said, "You look amazing Montana."
 
She looks at him, her tummy and back to him. then blushes.

"I look and feel like a whale, Danny..." She grumbles but cannot keep the obvious joy from her voice.

She slings the jacket she was holding in her hands over the back of er chair and says to Catherine, "I made Danny come and get you."
 
" Babe are you willing to risk that much for us? I hope you understand what you will be getting yourself into." Delko wanted more than anything else to run away with his love but he also knew the risk he was putting her in.

Stella nodded, "Yeah Danny won't let anything happen to her, don't worry" she winked at him, She then heard his invitation and just starred at him, did he just invite her. of course he did. Come Stella answer him. "I'd love to" She said, and smiled, He didn't know how close she came to saying I love you. "As for Delko, I really couldn't tell you what would make him do that"
 
Alyssa knew that she was risking a lot. She looked up into his eyes and knew right then and there that she would risk anything for him. She could be sent to jail or worse, but she was too deeply in love with him to give it up. She'd been his lawyer for months now, and she'd never felt this way about anyone. She wanted to risk it all. "Yeah, I want to be with you Eric," she said as her crystal blue eyes looked up into his soft brown ones.
 
Whenever Delko looked into her beautiful blue eyes, it seemed like he saw into forever. It seemed at though this was right. He needed one more thing he remembered who he could turn to to set everything up perfectly.
"Alyssa I love you Babe. I would love to run and spend the rest of my life with you. That is my idea of perfection. However we need to go tonight. We can't waste time. Let me make a quick phone call Babe and I'll be back in a flash."
Delko went and grabbed his cellphone from the car. He called the one man that he never thought he could run to.
The phone was answered by a very confused Haratio. " Haratio I will cut this short. I told you that if I get off and I am able to spend the rest of my life with Alyssa then you will never hear from me again. I will completely leave your life. You get to have the happy ending with Calleigh. Besides if you do this, you may have some kind of closure about the sorrow you've caused me. Haratio I need you to supply the story for our escape. I know that you are a dedicated CSI but you also are someone who respects the situation. Haratio you and I have a very deep past. You have caused me a lot of sorrow, now's your chance to make up for that. Haratio I will put everything behind us if you will do this." Delko knew that Haratio was taking everything in by the way he responded. He could also tell Haratio knew how much he loved Alyssa.
