Conquences: The Trial

"Remember our first time together at the convention?" She smiles at him slightly, "That's when.....when I got pregnant, Danny...I didn't know then, but I do now..."

She already feels sick and shes not liking it one little bit. She leans her head against the headrest so te air conditioner blows directly onto her face.
 
Delko knew that this was going to be a special evening. "Babe I can tell you that this is going to be a little different than the rest of your meals with clients." Delko then smiled at Alyssa unlike he had smiled at anyone else before. The only thing on his mind was now getting off of the murder charges so he could be with the woman he felt so strongly about.
They approached this beautiful little Italian cafe over looking the shore. They sat down and the sky was a beautiful shade of every color imaginable as the sun began to set.
Delko looked into Alyssa's beautiful eyes.
She began talking about the trial and he couldn't concentrate on what she was saying. He interrupted her by kissing her right on the lips.
He then pulled away wondering if what he had done was smart.
 
Alyssa started talking about the case at hand, and her tactics for discrediting the rest of the CSI's. She was in the middle of talking when Delko cut her off with his lips. She couldn't help but feel her heart skip a beat. She wished that she hadn't pulled away, but she guessed she couldn't complain. She looked at him with a blank face as he pulled away, and then leaned in and kissed him again, wanting to feel that skipping beat of her heart again.
 
"Yeah, pretty much. Just totally unable to understand what could make a good CSI and cop go bad. I know it's happened plenty before, but it's always a bit of a shock. And you just missed Lindsay, she and Danny were going for lunch. Which makes me feel good, I get the impression he'd die before letting any harm come to her." Mac said.
"You want to get some lunch with me?" he asked.
 
Delko felt her warm imbrace again. He knew that she felt the same why for him as he did for her. He knew that at this point his only choice was to get off. He couldn't spend his life without Alyssa. For once in a very long time Eric Delko was happy.
" Alyssa I didn't know you felt this way about me. I love you Alyssa. You make me happy."
They imbraced again. As the night progressed on they talked until well after the sun had finally set. They then got into Alyssa's car. "Where to now Babe?"
 
Danny turned the A/C on and said, "You know I would die for both you and our child."

He stopped at a light and said, "You haven't lost your figure in the six months since the convention."

They pulled up to the restruant and said, "Do you know the sex yet?"
 
Alyssa talked the night away in his arms, feeling his soft embrace as the hours got later. Finally, it was time for them to leave, not that she wanted to. They got to her car, but Alyssa had a diffrent idea. "Follow me," she said with a smile as she grabbed his hand and led him onto the beach to watch the sun set over the ocean. She sat down on the beach with him, and leaned into him. They sat in silence for a long while before she finally spoke up. "I love you too Eric."
 
She sticks her tongue out slightly as the cold air hits her face. Shes all hot and sweaty all of a sudden and it feels like heaven to her as it cascades over her skin, blowing a few hairs out of place, but she doesn't care..
She looks at him and says, "I knwo you would, Danny, I just hope it doesn't come to that.
The drive was reasonably silent, then Dany stopped at a stop light and compliments her on her figure. She blushes and says, "Thankyou Danny."

The finally make it to the resuraunt and he asks about if she knows the sex. She amazingly didn't even know that she was pregnant for six months, she doesn't knwo how, but it happened. So how would she know what the sex of the baby is. She smiles at him again and says, "I don't know.....what if theres more than one?" She asks as she looks down at her stomach, suddenly she feels like a whale.
 
sofia stepped with flack out of the court room. 'you wanna go to the same restaurant as almost every body else is going?', she asked flack, feeling the cold from outside. 'brrr, it's cold, but with you around, it's already a few degrees warmer..', she smiled.

Calleigh sat in his car, on the way to the restaurant, staring out the window.

"This better not have cost you a fortune."

She smiled lightly and then yawned slightly.
 
"You've gotta be kidding me" Catherine answered, smiling broadly "You MUST come wioth me. You can not leave me all alone, in New York City. You are gonna be mine, till the trial is over. Hope you don't have anything against it"
 
By the time Catherine said that, Lindsay and Danny were already out in the car, at the reasutaunt in fact (!)
Lindsays starting to feel guilt about leaving her friend all alone in the big city. And now she had news to tell, she wanted to tel Catherine first, "Danny? Would you mind gooing and picking up Catherine? I feel really guitly for leaving her alone in NY tonight..." She holds her stomach softly, smiling.
 
Flack grinned boyishly and tucked his arm around her.
"Better?" He asked and then shook his head.
"I know of a great ocean view plave, you'll love it there!" He smiled and kissed her quickly and then got his keys out of his pocket.
 
Danny looked at her and said, "Of course I will." He kissed Montana and said, "Don't push yourself. Your expecting and I don't want to risk my child's life." He left to go get Warrick and Catherine.

Warrick looked at Catherine and said, "Relax Cat. If I have a good feeling, like I know my middle name, someone from the NYPD CSI will come."
 
She smiles and says as he drives off, "I won't!"

She finds a seat and sits down, admiring the pretty lights from the skyscrapers.

She gently holds her stomach, it already feels nautral to do so.
