Ridiculous, I've come to the conclusion that she's not to bright  why on gods green earth, is she driving at 1:30 am after drinking again? & drugs too! what does it take? I still say, STAY HOME AND DRINK, if you must do that!!

Lindsay will go to court on Aug. 5th. for the car crash back in March, when she was injured and her other three friends wasn't and she switch car and she surrendered herself to the police.

What is wrong with her? She has on drinking ankle bracelet on her ankle. If she keep this up, she will lose her acting job.

I think Lindsay acting career should be over. NOt only because I'm completely against drinking and driving, but also it's clear the girl needs help and her continuing to do movies is not helping her. I think until she's gone many years alcohol and drug free that no one should offer this girl an acting job of any sort, for her own good and the safely of others on the road. I feel the same way about Brittney Spears, she needs help. I think she needs commited some place that will keep her away from the outside world for a while. I'm just wondering if Linsay is going to do a Paris Hilton. I mean the charges against her are pretty serious. Does anyone know what kind of time she's looking at here? I think for possession of Coke is quite a few yrs that just alone, not to mention the other charges that not child play either. I hope the court system doesn't let her slide easy, she deserves what anyone else would get.

i heard on the radio i think that some new movie that is going to be filming soon they considered Lindsey for the leading role but then they said the reviews and people coming to see the movie would not be good because of her reputaion... haha sucks for her!! actually she deserves it! she is being ridiculous!!

Roberts will be having surgery shortly and warns viewers that they will "probably notice that I will have my good days and bad days," ABC reports. Star Jones Reynolds Confesses to Weight-loss Surgery
The worst-kept secret in TV is finally out: Star Jones Reynolds has at long last confessed that she had gastric bypass surgery. In the September issue of Glamour, on sale Aug. 7, former View cohost Star Reynolds breaks her silence in a revealing article about how she gained weight — and then struggled with the pressure to reveal how she lost it.

"I admit that when asked about my obvious weight loss, I was intentionally evasive," she says. For the past four years, Reynolds — who weighed over 300 pounds at the time of her surgery in 2003 — would only admit that "medical intervention" helped her shed 160 pounds.

"First, I didn't know if the surgery would work," she explains. "I had never stuck to a diet or committed to exercise for more than a month, and I had spent my entire adult life telling everyone that I was fine with the way I looked.... I was also terrified someone would have a tragic result after emulating me."

"But the complete truth is, I was scared of what people might think of me," Reynolds continues. "I was afraid to be vulnerable and [was] ashamed at not being able to get myself under control without this procedure." - TVGuide

Nicole Richie Announces She's Pregnant

In an exclusive sit-down with Diane Sawyer, the celebutante talks for the first time about the impending birth of her child with Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden.

ABC says in the interview, which airs on "Good Morning America" Thursday and Friday and on "20/20" Friday night, Richie "speaks candidly about why this particular constellation of young female stars -- Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears, among others -- have behaved badly so publicly." She should know!

As for her upcoming stint in the slammer, Richie told Sawyer, "I have a responsibility and it's something that I did wrong, and if I could personally apologize to every single person that has lost a loved one from drunk driving I would," she said of her recent guilty plea. "And unfortunately I can't, but this is my way of paying my dues and taking responsibility and being an adult."

I don't know how she'll be able to carry a baby when she only weighs about 50 lbs but whatever. And I kind of feel bad for the kid already, they seem like a rebound relationship & he kind of creeps me out. LOL.

Deadly Attack Takes Place at Ving Rhames' Home
A 40-year-old caretaker was found mauled to death early Friday morning at the Los Angeles home of actor Ving Rhames. According to authorities, the victim had been attacked on the lawn of Rhames' Brentwood home by as many as four mastiffs, the actor's favorite breed. The dogs, which weighed close to 200 lbs. and were known to roam free on the property, were seen being taken away by Los Angeles animal services. The victim had been caring for the dogs for the past two years, and has yet to be identified. Rhames was not at home at the time of the attack — he's currently on location in Europe shooting a movie.

He was quoted in a 1999 interview with the Los Angeles Times as saying the mastiff made an excellent guard dog, and were originally bred to guard slaves. "It could be around you every day, but if you tried to run away, it would deal with you like it never saw you before." - TVGuide

No Jail for Nicole Richie Today
Despite earlier reports that Richie would turn herself in to serve her four-day sentence later today, she will not go to jail tonight, according to TMZ.

The pregnant Simple Life starlet will complete her sentence — resulting from a DUI charge back in December — in Lynwood jail, the same place Paris Hilton paid her consequences. - TVGuide

Re: Ving Rhames incident.

They're reporting that deceased may have suffered a heart attack while the dog was attacking him. Apparently the bites he sustained weren't fatal. So, the dog didn't kill him; which is good news. Still incredibly sad though.
