He scratches his head," well you can't wear that outfit to the concert. How about after work you go home to change and I'll meet you there. If we don't have time to eat before maybe we can just grab something afterwards."
He looks up and down the hall,” hey if you see Delko could you let him know I’m looking for him?” He adds as they reach her lab.
 
They get to Natalia's lab and she sits down. "Alright. Good idea. I can't believe I wore this today." She laughed at herself and rolled her eyes. So much for trying to impress him.

"Speaking of Delko..." She pointed at him and Ryan turned his head to see him walking down the hall. He left the lab and told her he would see her later. "See You, Ryan." She said in her flirty tone.
 
Eric was walking down the hall. Suddenly he hears someone calling out his name, it was Ryan. That was great 'cause he needed to talk to him too. He had been checking the information and proofs Ryan had given him about Josh case. In fact he had searched for more info, and the things he found weren't too good.
 
Ryan went out the door chasing Delko down, yelling is name. He finally catches up to him," hey Delko I need to talk to you about the case and some info that isn't written down. Can we go somewhere more private?"
 
"Yeah Wolfe. Let's go to H's office. It seems he's nowhere in the lab. I have some things to tell you too"

They walked into H's office, and closed the door behind them.
 
Ryan crosses his arms," just about everything I found out about the case is in the file. My information that Marc gave me isn't in there. I was trying to keep anyone from finding out he was....snitching on fellow bad cops, but someone found out. I found out through Valera’s DNA match a name, one that I remembered from patrol. His name is Shawn Manning and he was Josh's partner in patrol until he was kicked out for popping positive for drugs. Do you think that’s a coincidence? I don’t. Before I could warn Marc about Shawn he was murdered. I think you can link Josh and Shawn together for these murders.” He raises his brow,” have you found anymore?” He asks knowing that Delko doesn’t have to tell him anything and probably shouldn't tell him anything.
 
"Well, in fact I did. I found some things about Josh's past. I know I shouldn't tell you, but in some way I understand your feelings. Nobody tells you anything 'cause you're related to the victim. I know that feeling".

"This isn't the first time Josh is involved in such bad things. He used to work in New York, where he had some problems with the justice, but the whole situation was hidden because of his undercover work with the drug dealers. They needed him, so they just destroyed the proofs against him"

Ryan's face was priceless, he looked happy but worried at the same time, he asked Delko, what kind of problems were those he was talking about.

"That's the worst part". He sighed, it was very hard for him to say the following words but he had too.

"His problems also include murder and... abuse. He was a suspect in a rape case. They say it happened during one of his undercover works."

Ryan was shocked. He asked Delko how he had found out about that.

"I have some friends too. The thing is we can't use those info against his, unless we have a witness. So I think we should pay Shawn Manning a visit."
 
Ryan was in shock. He had no idea how bad this guy was. He just thought he was a bad cop who dealt with drug for some extra cash and maybe the murders were just part of the deal. But now he finds out all this and this is the guy Calleigh is with.

“So he’s not only a murderer but he’s also an abusive rapist. Have you told Calleigh about this? I mean surely if you tell her she’ll believe you. I don’t think she still believes me. She needs to know how bad this guy is and stay away from him.”
Ryan rubs his face as he paces back and forth,” we need…well you need to find this Shawn Manning. So far he’s been able to elude us. I’m pretty sure Tripp has been searching for him but it’s like he’s dropped off the face of the earth. If you find him you can nail Josh.”
Ryan stops in dead in his tracks,” are you going to bring Josh in and question him? I think it’s time he knows he’s a suspect.”
 
"Of course I will. But I needed to talk to you first. And about Calleigh I'll try to talk to her but I don't think she'll believe me either. She's really sad about this."

After the conversation, Delko goes find Calleigh. She has to know about the new proofs too.
 
{okay guys, this doesn't make sense, you're going way too fast. Calleigh wasn't at the lab at all, she was with Josh, crying in his arms. Then suddenly you place her in the lab. :confused: NO. I am playing Calleigh, and I wanted to do a scene with Josh (Nathalie), so please, let me play Calleigh, and don't post anything about her, 'cause now you placed her at the lab, while she is actually with Josh. So I would apreciate it if you wouldn't post anything about Calleigh being at the lab anymore, 'cause she's not. She couldn't have seen Ryan and Natalia in the car, because she was home with Josh. You fast forwarded a day while I was still waiting for Nathalie to post, who had a migraine so couldn't. And now I'm confused, and I'm sure she will be as well. So please, go on with the RP, play your character, but leave the other characters alone, 'cause my idea is now totally ruined. And I'm not mad, I'd just apreciated if you left my character alone, 'cause I wanted to do a totally different thing. Thank you very much.}

Meanwhile at Josh' house:

He just answers the door and Calleigh is falling in his arms crying.
She is telling him how terrible everything goes and that he is being accused of murder.
Inside he gets very angry but he is also happy that she is here. So he doesn't let her feel and know
how angry he is and just closes the door and takes her inside.

"Calleigh what did they say about me and the murder?" he asked her nicely. "And are they after me,
I need to know. You know what, I make you something to drink and then we will talk about something
nice instead of this, it's not true Calleigh, I have nothing to do with that murder you do believe me don't you?
He asked that because he wants her on his side she can not know that he did it.

So he is walking into the kitchen and hears Calleigh still crying asking him of he really loves her.
"Yes of course I love you calleigh, you know that, don't forget it, I love you so much."
After talking for a while and holding her until she is calm, he takes her upstairs to the bedroom
and tells her that he is going to make her a hot bath so she can relax. She is ok with it.

When she is in the bathtub, he is calling some "friends" and lets them know that they are already
after him and that he is afreid for what is going to happen. "I need to do something." And then he
gets an idea and talks all the details over with his friend.

After the call he goes upstairs to Calleigh and watches her laying in the bath. She doesnt knows his
plans and is so happy that he is here and he is happy as well that she is here but he knows it will be
a hard fight, doing what he has to do...
 
That day...

Calleigh doesn't know why she's doing this, why she's here, but she is and right now, she doesn't care. All she knows is that she's feeling more calmly now than she's been feeling in a week. This whole fight with Ryan, the snapping at Boa, her talk with Horatio and not to mention Stetler...But right now she is calm and happy.

Present time...

Calleigh hides in the ballistics lab. The sight of Natalia in Ryan's car was too much for her. She could only think of one reason why Natalia was in that car and it was just too much for her to think about.
 
After Ryan is finished with Delko he starts walking around the lab with nothing to do. The other day he was so busy with cases and now he has none. As he's walking he keeps looking around making sure Calleigh isn't near him. He's avoiding her. He knows right now the last thing she wants is to see him and he kind of feels the same way. He goes up into an office for some quiet time, knowing no one will bother him there. But he's wrong. He walks in and finds Calleigh sitting all alone with just her thoughts.
“Hey Calleigh, um how are you doing?" How are you doing? Are you stupid? He thinks to himself. Look at her she's not doing too good.
 
She looks up at him. "I'm doing okay." She knows that sounds rediculous. "I mean...under the circumstances." She just wants to be able to talk to him normally, like they used to, but seeing him arrive with Boa this morning was just... "So you're going to the concert with Natalia? Well have fun I guess." She stands up. "I...I don't have a case to work on anyway. Can't we just...is it possible for us to go back to normal? Can we just be friends again? I understand now you were only trying to do your job...and I was being a total bitch." She takes a deep breath in. "I'm sorry." He looks at her, shocked. "But I meant what I said about Natalia though."

{now i'm off and I'll be back tomorrow evening (maybe early morning) but see where you want to go.}
 
Ryan couldn’t believe his ears. She was apologizing to him and saying she wanted things back to normal, to be friends again. He had never stopped being her friend and he wanted nothing more for them to be like they were before. He needed her in his life, her friendship. Before he had wanted more from her but now he was happy with them just being friends, good friends.

He walks over to her,” yes, yes I want things back to normal. I want us to be friends, I need it. I’m sorry too Cal.” He takes a step closer to her,” I’m sorry Calleigh, you know I’d never hurt you. I was just doing my job and I hope you believe me.”

He looks down at the floor shaking his head,” you weren’t being a bitch. I know it’s just…. things are really bad right now. But we’re both off this case we can put this behind us. I promise I’ll stay out of your private life from now on.”

They are only a foot away from each other and he so badly wants to just hug her, but he doesn’t. He extends his hand,” friend’s right?” She gives him a puzzled look then shakes his hand agreeing with him. He feels like a tremendous weight has just fallen off him. He still wasn’t sure what she meant about Natalia, but he wasn’t about to open that up with her. They were friends and he didn’t want to compromise that by bringing her up.
He bobs his head around smiling,” I’ll see you later. I’m going to go see if anyone needs any help in the lab. I’m feeling pretty useless right now. Thanks Cal.” He heads back down to the labs.
