I'll be happy when the playoffs are over because nothing else airs on Fox during them. *misses Bones* Mom's kinda hoping the Cardinals win...I'm just sad the Sox didn't make a chance at a repeat this year.

I'm hoping that the Tigers win aswell...but I kind of want them the face the Cards, but I don't really know why.

And apparently Australian TV can't really keep up, because one of my friends came up to me and asked if I'd watched the World Series, but I told her that it hadn't been on yet, and she told me that she'd seen something on TV that said that the Tigers had already won the World Series, and that just made me laugh...of course, my friend may have just misunderstood and the TV might've said that the Tigers made it INTO the World Series, but if not, then our TV is stupid

Sweet Lou Pinella is now at the helm of the Cubbies. He says he intends to win. :D

Cardinals one game away from the WS.

Carpenter on the mound tonight. This could be the end of the Mets.

this was the end for the mets...guess i'm not watching the series this year! :( go at'em tigers, cards..

yup oceanbirch...buh-bye to the A's manager...and there is no chance he'll be coming back either!

Wow what a game. After Andy, I mean Endy Chavez (DAMN YOU MCCARVER!) made that catch in the 6th, I thought the Mets were destined to win. I'm in for a long day at work tomorrow, as many of my friends there are Mets fans.

Molina's hit was awesome. He was so happy rounding the bases.

Cards took the first one from the Tigers in mighty fashion. Rogers and Weaver on the mound tonight.

Well, the 2006 season is now ovah! :( The Evil Cardinal Empire rules the baseball world.

Ah, they deserved it really. They played the best series and that is what counts in the end.

Congrats to the Tigers on a great season.

Looking forward to next season. There could be some interesting trades made.

yes, baseball season is over :(

i too am looking forward to the new season...though we still don't have a manager for the A's! and i hope zito stays..but probably not... :(
