padres have the day off tomorrow...then friday, saturday, sunday...back home from the road to play the Washington Nationals. its an inaugural series cuz the Nationals have never been to San Diego...AS the nationals.

Who here knows about the goat curse thing thats supposed to be on Wrigley Field? :lol: :lol: :lol: If you've ever been here (Chicago) you've probably heard about it...

 

I've heard of the Billy Goat curse, in which a guy wanted to take his goat in Wrigley Field during the 1945 World Series. He was ejected from the stadium, and he cursed the Cubs, saying they will never get back to the World Series. I have a few questions though? One, who did the black cat run in front of in the on deck circle in '69; and two, who do you blame more for Game 6 of the '03 NLCS, Bernie Mac, Steve Bartman, or Alex Gonzalez?

I live near Philadelphia, and it is not just one team that is cursed there, it is all the teams that are cursed. The Curse of Billy Penn.
