TPTB= The Powers That Be. (We pray to them :lol and of course, but I prefer to not use ships here. Yet. And here is the infamous Alexx! (she is popular around here!) Dr. Jennings sits in her swivel chair in a light colored suit with a pen and pad of paper. She sits across from the fourth CSI patient of the third week, who wears a suit as well. She looks anxious to leave. Dr. Jennings begins the session. Dr. Jennings: Hi Alexx. Alexx: Hi doctor. Dr. J: How do you think the group session went? Alexx: Fine. Dr. J: That's it? A:...yeah. Dr. J: The team is worried about you. A: Well they have no reason to be worried. Dr. J: They're afraid you're hiding something from them. A: Well I'm not. Dr. J:...Alexx you can talk to me. A: Not really. It seems one thing I say to you will be public information. Dr. J: I am obligated to speak to the team about things that concern the team, as a group therapist. A: Well I don't have anything to hide anyway. Dr. J: Okay, then can we talk about Tim Speedle? A: *flinches* Why? Dr. J: Because in the end, at least, if you're not hiding something, it'll make you feel better. Life some of the extra weight you're lugging around- not literally- off your shoulders. A: Well, I...not about Tim. We're not supposed to talk about him. Dr. J: According to who, Alexx? A:...the...feds. Dr. J: What do you mean? A: Nothing. Dr. J:... A:... Dr. J: Alexx, your whole team is worried about you. A: Let them worry then. Dr. J: This isn't you. I know you're hiding something, Alexx. This is not you. A: It's just me. Dr. J: What can I do to make you talk to me? A: I have been talking to you. Dr. J: *narrows eyes* You know what I mean. A: I have nothing to say. Dr. J: How has work been. A: Fine. Dr. J: Have you been stressed out at all? A: I've been fine. Dr. J: What about home? How are your kids? A: Fine. Dr. J:...your husband? A: Just. Fine. Dr. J: Please, Alexx. A: *crosses arms* Sorry doctor. Dr. J: Then what's the point of you coming to therapy? A: What is the point? Dr. J: To talk about what you're feeling and what's bothering you so we can fix the problems you have and make you a happier person. And overall, to mend the team. But for you- A: Mend the team? You can't bring Tim back. Dr. J: No. But we can resolve his death so that everyone can remember the good things about him and you all can miss him together. A: Why can't we just leave it alone? Dr. J: Why can't you tell your team, the team that loves you, what's going on? They deserve to know- especially Horatio. Tim Speedle died in his arms. Horatio's partner and friend died. He held him as he died, he watched as he slipped away. Why can't you bring him peace? Whatever it is that you're hiding is bringing this back up for him, is hurting him. A: *sniffles* I don't want to hurt anyone... Dr. J: Then tell me. Give your team peace. A: I don't know what they'll do to me... Dr. J: Who? A: The...they'll...Horatio can't even protect me from them, they're that bad. Dr. J: Who? The Feds? A: *sniffles, cries* ... *nods* Dr. J: *sighs* Alexx...I am sworn to protect anything you say to me and keep it inside this office- with the exception of the team, because you were signed up as a team, by law. A:...Tim, he's...um...we're out of time, you know. Dr. J: Well I can spare a few minutes. Please, *takes Alexx's hand* tell me. A: Tim. He's...*gets up* I...can't. *walks to door* Dr. J: Alexx, do it for Horatio. A: *takes deep breath* Tim...he's...alive. Dr. J:... A: *leaves crying* Dr. J: *looks at recorder, realizes it's not on* Oh my gosh. Dr. Jennings makes some notes and leaves, distressed, worried about how she'll tell the team, who are trying to get over the loss of a dear friend, that he's still alive Next session: Ryan. (Maybe) Yeppers. Speed fans get over here. Ok, I was planning this the whole time. I was going to wait, but I had another idea for a storyline...MacsGirlMel inspired it, but on accident. Oh my. The doctor forgot the tape, that's not a good thing. Well perhaps it is good for the time being. Great update! I've been waiting for someone to say that Tim's alive. About damn time. Great job with all of the emotions present, they're very believable. I can't wait to see what you come up with next. Keep up the great work!

[Note: The following is a recorded phone call between Horatio Caine and Dr. Jennings.] Dr. Jennings: Hello, is Horatio Caine there? Horatio: Speaking. Dr. J: Horatio, um, I have some things we need to discuss as a group. Some things I've discovered...about Alexx's secret. About Tim. H: Me too. H had been in touch with the feds multiple times before his death. I'm looking into it. Dr. J: Um, this is...more serious than that. H: What do you mean? Dr. J: I'd prefer to tell you and the group...face to face. H: Um, alright. All of us? Dr. J: Yes. And I need to cancel Ryan's session. This is urgent. H:...what is it? Dr. J: It's really not something I can tell you over the phone. H:...um, Ok. Do you want me to tell them or are you going to call them? Dr. J: Just have the team meet at my office at the usual time. H: I can hardly stand this. I really have to know. Dr. J: It's not appropriate. So I'll see you tomorrow? H:... Dr. J:...Horatio? H: Sorry. Yes, see you tomorrow. Dr. Jennings hangs up.
