I noticed that David has been looking thinner and healthier lately.

However, in that second photo with the boys, do those look like dark circles under his eyes to you?

Maybe he just came out of a hospital-scene. I mean, after been shot and through surgery - I say pale skin and dark eyes would be a sure thing

I can't imagine why anyone would have the slightest sympathy for Randy North. That's what Natalia did, and that ended up with her walking into a trap that put the boss in hospital.

Melxxwholuvsya: If they did put dark circles under his eyes, score one for the writers! After having a bullet fragment pass through him, losing blood, and having surgery, I would be disappointed to see him looking rested and perky.

daisymay: I don't think the team will take any semblance of pity on Randy, especially after what he did to Horatio. The kids, however, are a different story. They can't help it their father is a criminal and a psycho.

Spoilers for 10.02

Episode 10.02 of CSI: Miami will be titled "Stiff" . Filming of the episode begins the 28th of July 2011.

• A body was found in one of the expensive cabanas of a plosh hotel. He was later identified as Derek Weston, a stunningly handsome guy- a gigolo who was a hit with women.
• It is later revealed that he was operating his male escort business off this cabana.
• He was killed by gas inhalation.
• I’d say it’s not Natalia’s day- after having car trouble will she be having guy trouble as well?
• It turned out that Natalia’s prospective date a guy named “Joe” was the last person seen arguing with the murder victim.
• Scenes with Natalia, Tripp and this guy Joe are hilarious. Joe had a “huge” problem- (something to do with a certain blue pill).
• Lots of Natalia and I’d say more Calleigh scenes now. Horatio, Delko, Ryan Walter and Frank are all mentioned except for Loman.
• For those E/C Fans out there, Yes, there are two scenes of them together as of now.

I know, but half the people they put away must have kids. If someone - Calleigh or whoever - feels called upon to go 'above and beyond', why choose these kids?? We should just be thankful their father was as bad a shot as he was a father. I mean, paying his kids special attention is sort of being 'kind' to Randy, isn't it? The man who used Horatio as target practice... Let Randy rot, and let the 'system' take the kids, I say.

I see what you're saying, and many times I've felt the same way when I see Horatio take pity on a suspect or a criminal's family/children. Manhunt was an excellent example - IMO, he should have allowed Eric to shoot Memmo right then. Sure, it would be a horrible thing for his daughter to witness, but Memmo was a dangerous fugitive and more people would be put at risk by letting him go.

maybe since Kyle was raised in foster care they don't want Randy's kids ending up there? just a random thought..epi 2 looks fun and male escorts I guess don't get much sympathy as female ones do..both wind up dead in Miami anyway-rich or poor, good looking or ugly..so I guess having them as 'crime/murder victims' isn't a stretch..love the scenes in Hotels though..good background.

OH. MY.GOD.
I SERIOUSLY HOPE IT'S NOT TRUE! More spoilers from Mayra, this time strictly about the EC.:
First of all if you are an EC fan and faint of heart --this spoiler is not for you. So please consider this a warning. This scene reminds me so much of that infamous Episode 9.02 scene.
In the Locker Room ( again??!!) , Calleigh and Eric are packing at the end of another tiring day. Eric asked Calleigh if she wants to go for drinks but Calleigh told him that she has a dinner date with somebody that she met in DC when she went there for a conference or something. The guy is an explosives expert working for the FEDS. Calleigh asked Eric if he wants to go with her and meet him. She thinks that Eric will like the guy. Eric said that he would not mind meeting him but he definitely will not like him. Calleigh replied back that they both know that nothing will ever match what they had. So Delko told her to tell that to the guy. Calleigh said that she guessed it’s too early for introductions. They said their goodbyes and just like that 9.02 scene Calleigh left and shows Eric looking sadly at her retreating figure.
Again this is just a spoiler so it is subject to change. God! I hope they do change it. So what do you think?

I just hate it. I'm pretty positive that this situation is not an attractive scenario for both EC-fans and non-fans alike.I suerely hate it. If that means that Cal has moved on, then that's it for me, I'm moving on from this show too, but if it's just adding unnecessary drama, then,...I'll be very irritated.
Many of you may dislike an EC thing but you have to admit that we've had our share of stress and uncertainty regarding this topic and deserve some happy news finally.

Deserve? Many fans think they deserve something ,either a good(long awaited) storyarc for our favorites, more of our favorite charactors, etc. Sometimes we just aren't going to get what we think we deserve.
I have no doubt that this is just more of the same bad drama and wish the whole thing dropped since the writers can't seem to do better. I think some of us deserve that.

I was never an E/C fan, but if getting them back together would keep fans from abandoning CSI Miami, then I wouldn't mind dealing with a little of their drama and romantic schmooze, as long as it is in small doses and doesn't overtake the central focus of the show, like in season 7.

I can't say with any degree of certainty whether the spoilers you're reading are true or not, but it seems to me that CBS just wants to get E/C fans in a huff and keep them hanging on as long as possible, because more viewers equals more time on the air for CSI Mi, right?

And I also think that all fans deserve to get what they ask for - I was always hoping that fans of Ryan will find out more about his family and personal life;Nat fans will see her more often on the screen(what happened), Horatio fans will see him happy and smiling - because I think that we've been fans of the show for that long that we deserve to get what we want(at least, what majority wants).
This spoiler is not welcomed by anyone; And yes, I think us EC fans deserve our happy ending - after this two crappy seasons of ambiguity. Of course, you may not agree. If there will be a happily ever after then it will be the end of the topic(I hope), no more stupid drama like this one in the spoiler and we will all move on, focus on some Ryan or Nat drama.

If, in this episode, they are broken up for good, would you be willing to move on to other storylines?

I would.

I've said this before, I'll say it again: the E/C nomance ended during "Sudden Death" and has been over ever since. With these new spoilers announced through Mayra, it looks like TPTB are reinforcing that... as some have just refused to believe it and apparently need to be told a second time. Maybe it'll finally sink in now.

I'm fine with romances on the show as long as they are NOT between the team and are maybe mentioned once every ten episodes. CSI is about crime scene investigating, not crime scene loving. More forensics and friendly team bonding, plz.

I so agree with you kala79. As an EC fan, I am getting tired of waiting for a definite resolution for them. I was the one who wrote and posted those spoilers (periwinkle88) and I was so frustrated reading it. I definitely think they will get them back together otherwise there is no point in bringing back this storyline. I was hoping though that the reconciliation would be drama free.

On the other hand, I think there will be a lot of memorable and hilarious scenes in this episode mainly involving Natalia and Ryan. The scenes are well divided. Is it just me who thinks that the title "Stiff" is kinda hmmmm?

Aside from that EC scene, I think this will be a good episode.

If, in this episode, they are broken up for good, would you be willing to move on to other storylines?

Honest opinion? I'm hoping they don't bring it back. Maybe this scene will be a final goodbye to EC.

I understand that some people disliked season 9 - however, I found it to be Miami's best. Sure, Eric and Calleigh were separated, but they worked and worked well with the rest of the team. I mean, before this season, when was the last Calleigh/Walter scene? Cal/Ryan scene? Cal/Nat? Eric/Nat? etc..

And Eric and Calleigh had scene/moments that weren't just about romance - they bonded with victims and kids and interogated people like real cops should!

Honestly, I hope EC fans can accept if the relationship has finished. I mean, why did you watch Miami before the EC drama began? Calleigh's still gonna be here, so is Eric - they aren't leaving, why should you?

ANYWAYS

I'm liking the spoilers for 10.2 :) Other than the EC moment, it seems like a good, balanced episode! :) Ryan has his major-part, Nat has an interesting storyline and Frank returns!!! TPTB are doing well in my books!!
