A:«I felt so bad. When they told me it I was in Italy to stay with my father who was living his last days. At the beginning I was very angry, but then the gratitude to the producers prevailed. Thanks to them, I've been part of the cast of the most watched show of the world for three years. This is a rare chance that happens to few actresses. Because once you are in the family of “CSI”, you won't exit really. Scott Lautanen, one of the producers, told me so».

thanks god that she agree again to play in CSI Miami, after this so quick and rough way that TPTB make ride off her character in the end of S3. hope they never ever to make this so fatal mistake...
 
Thank you so much Florry. That was a wonderful job you did to convey the meaning of the interview. Now I have to google the name of her fiance to see who he is! I notice again she just mentions the first episode of S6. Again I am afraid!

You are so right, Pusher. That part was sad. Her Daddy dying, and then getting dumped by tptb. I still say she is too good for them.

I agree that she could have chosen someone better looking (maybe he's really talented in other areas?), but I DON'T agree that DC is better looking. He's kind of dorky, if you ask me. . .

Thanks for the translation. It's great to know that she really enjoyed her time on csi miami. If the writers finally get it to there thick skull that they need her and they offer her a regular spot again , i'm pretty sure she'll accept it :D
 
Well, I feel sort of like her mother - not just anyone is good enough! :lol: According to one site I read, he is several years younger than she, altho' he certainly doesn't look it, does he? At least we know he can keep her in beautiful clothes! :D
 
Until I read these posts, I had thought Sofia wanted out of CSI Miami to do other things....God knows, they never gave her much to do on the show, so who could blame her?

Finding that tptb just dropped her (to pursue another storyline, no doubt) is unsettling. To see her come back this year is a credit to her, both as an actress and as a person.

We can only hope tptb take note of her many fans and keep her again as a regular. She was and is such a huge part of CSI Miami.

I still cannot really forgive tptb for how they treated Sofia. I know it's a tough business, but their actions were truly shameful. Also, they have never given the fans a proper reason for their decision. It was so disrespectful to all concerned.
