Yelina Salas #2: 'Get Back To Where You Once Belonged'

^ ahh one day i`ll change my single status - but for now i enjoy it a lot ;) also the male part of my ages (and town) are so boyish.. so uninteresting like peoples... maybe one day i'll put my standards down and try to work something out (we won`t play chess all the time, right ?! :lol:), u never know what will come

aww my post have to be on topic ... well sometimes i think that my reasons to not be in relationship is similar like H one... in meaning he still is not ready for responsibility to be with Yelina like couple - can he make her happy and can he change so to make her happy?! - for the one from S 4-5 i don`t think so - too big selfish person... can H take the risk and face not only the good, but and the 'bad' part of eventual relationship ?! hummm the way he marry Aerosol still make me think that he go back in his teen ages and don`t deserve Yelina to be part of his life

In a sense I agree with you Pusher but I think H is mature enough to handle a relationship. But perhaps she's been so "off limits" for so long he's having trouble adjusting to the idea that she's now "within limits". And H does deserve a strong woman like Y not those who'll go crying to him for every little thing.

I loooove Yelina! and of course being as helpless romantic as I am I'm also a fan of H/Y relationship.

I didn't have time to go through the entire thread but it seems like some really interesting conversation are being held here

SM is 42? :eek: seriously do CSI Miami girls drink some kind of magic potion or something? she looks ABSOLUTLY amazing! I particularly love the intense look of her eyes!!
I'm really hoping to se her A LOT more of her in s6!
We as fans deserve it right?

By the way, we get the season kinda deleted here and I saw "Burned" for the first time, today. What a great episode, I couldn't believe it, there was more than one H/Y scene!!! yay! :lol:

Yelina: Ray was killed while breaking the law. I was denied his pension. I have to work.

Yelina: I understand, really. But I have Ray Junior to think about.
Horatio: My point exactly.
Yelina: Always looking out for me, huh?

Yes, I think we more than deserve it. I'm keeping everything crossed that we get to see plenty of Yelina in S6. She is a real asset to the show and makes H's character so much more likeable too, in my eyes. ;) I guess I like to see him a little vulnerable and 'wriggly' as we like to put it.

What about if someone kidnapped her?

Horatio would freak!! And may be it could help him realize HOW MUCH he really needs her (hard to think he haven't realize yet....) and lead him to finally make his move...if that doesn’t make him feel vulnerable I don't know what would!

i do hope that we will see more H/Y development then only this season premiere spoiler ;)

hummm... someone kidnapped Yelina, awwwww after this we can see she to kick some bad guys ass :D great isn`t it ? maybe H too need someone to kick him in the right direction :rolleyes: but i also would love to see one hot elevator scene between H and Yelina . :devil: heheh to early in the morning for such naughty thoughts :p
 
Oh...haven't thought about that, an elevator scene would be veeeery good too!!..there's no place to escape !! :devil:

And I agree Pusher H needs someone to kick him a little bit too! (and I say a little because I'm nice...)

I also wish she had a more important role in the show, she shouldn't be presented as a back up actress, she's better than that...I'd love to see her interviewing a big suspect because she's the only one that can speak german/italian for example, wouldn't it be cool?
 
Maybe turning her into a private eye will give the writers more freedom to do things with her characters. I would think that she would be very popular with the viewers from ohter parts of the world. She looks very sophisticated. I think she would play well in europe and south america. The writers would probably keep this in mind.
 
yeah her PI role gives her more freedom to do more stuff and I hope tptb explore that. There's alot of potential there for interesting sotrylines and conflicts even with H.

I think that's very true. Sofia has a universal appeal and I remember reading about that in various articles in the past. There is something very cosmopolitan about her, and I think the writers are aware of that. :)

That's true. I wouldn't want that either. It's like she'll become H's errand girl or something. Not something I wanna see, too demeaning.

But still PI work has lots of potential in the series as long as she doesn't become that.
