I'm looking forward to Lady Heather coming back, but I can't say I'm too thrilled about Langston working the 'fetish' case. Since he's been a CSI he's worked the panty sniffing world, the vampire/werewolf convention, dinosaur geeks, and the "Wild Life" case. And his personality just clashes with those kind of cases. The thing that was so interesting about Grissom delving into these cases was the fact that he was quirky and intrigued by all the different life styles. Langston's monotonous demeanor doesn't particularly add anything.
Apparently you've forgotten that in "Wild Life" he wasn't exactly shy about inviting his female boss up onto his lap to re-enact the balcony sex scene and then mentioning the Kama Sutra once she got up there. This of course after he told Catherine to check out his ass. The rest of the team has been finding out that Ray is full of surprises, and Ray is as equally intrigued by the different lifestyles, maybe even more so, than Grissom was. Ray is no shrinking violet and is far from monotonous.

Aslo Melinda Clarke, stated on her Twitter page "how excited she was to meet him". I think this will be a exceptional ep. with him and Sara at the helm. There's always a reason I presume to bring back Heather, in whatever capacity. I think this will be an exciting episode all the way around:bolian:

Exactly Robinjn He is a "man of mystery" as we keep finding more and more about him and his past life before coming on board as a CSI. He's in his 3rd season, and some fans keep saying "too much Ray" he was chosen as the replacement for Grissom, and is the lead of the show. It makes total sense that he'd be part of this episode. I am talking about the character Dr. Raymond Langston, but Laurence Fishburne is playing this character. He is an exciting man the CHARACTER. He's one of the best characters on the show..ever.. is some don't agree, that's their perogative. Everyone sees different CSI's in a different light. Whoever doesn't agree, that's their choice, but some think he's stunning and a great CSI. To each ones own.. Agree to disagree
I'm just glad there are two cases! To me, without Grissom there, Lady Heather isn't that interesting of a character. But we'll see how she's changed. I might like it.
I'm waiting for the Nick and Doc storyline. It should be pretty emotional.
"After all these years of dealing with death, I actually got to deliver a baby," Hall says. But, this being "CSI," you know it's not going to be a balloons-in-the-maternity-ward kind of occasion. In fact, the young mother has just committed suicide.
"Dr. Robbins acts very quickly to deliver the baby right there ... It's based on something that really happened with Daniel Holstein, a pathologist who is an adviser and sometimes writer on the show. There was a situation just like this in Los Angeles," says Hall, who shares the segment with George Eads
