Liverpool v Chelsea or The Return of the Grissom!! Argh! What a dilemma! What's a girl to do??? Thank the lord for recordable DVD!

I'd choose footie. I'm gonna get punched for this but i'd rather watch my boys (Rovers woo woo) live in action that CSI. I have reasons. You can record and watch Gman over and over, have an oogle fest, where as watching footie after its been played sucks.

Im torn, I CANNOT WAIIIIT until Grissoms back tonight because it hasn't been the same without him but I don't wanna see Keppler baby leave. :( Still, Gbabys home tonight! lol.

Can't wait for 9 o clock to roll around although like you BF i'm tempted to watch Liverpool quash Chelsea.

Can't wait for tonights epsiode especially after the ending of meet market, WHAT WAS WITH THAT? Who's Amy? Feal that I have missed something fundimental plotwise concerning Keppler. I have to admitt I kinda like Keppler now I don't want him to go :( but I want Grissom back more :D

Hummmm, Liverpool v Chelsea or CSI and the return of the bearded leader ???? Defiinatley CSI no offense footie fans its just that we welsh gals prefer our rygbi anyway (not that we can play either DONT HIT ME FELLOW WELSHYS )

rugb y rox - a lot better than footie!!!!

I am happy that Grissom is back but to be honest I really like Kepplar and dont want him to go. He has added a lot to the show and it would be nice if he could stay. However I am looking farward to finding out a bit more about Amy and the voice t the end of the last episode. Oh well just over an hour to go then it is back!!

Ooo gawd yeah I just remembered the end of MM. Creepy as. 3 mins until Grissom comes home! Yey, i'm excited for how this eps gonna play out.

--ETA--
I'm gutted, I mean really guttedly upset. Cried my lil eyes out. Keppler's gone, I loved that guy. Pfft.

At least Grissom's back, was nice to hear him say 'I missed Las Vegas' Not feeling the beard though.

Nick had a lil tummy goin on didn't he?! Bless 'im. So adorable with the baby. I liked how he was defending Kepp in Grissom's office after finding the gun.

Was an excelent episode overall, thought it was very Sin City esc for anyone whos seen that flick.

I still can't believe Kepps gone. I'm so upset. :( :( :(

'Ahhh, so YOU'RE Spanky!' Surely, the line of the series so far! I love the way they are sparring King Geek and King Labrat off against each other. Both alpha males fighting for their territory! ;)

Loved this ep. I was jumping up and down because Lou Cariou who played the baddie was in Sweeney Todd! That's exciting to a theatre fan like me! :p

So, Keppler was well dodgy, but came good in the end. It was a nice end to his storyline now the boss is back. I'm glad he saw the light about Frank and the implications the flashbacks offered. Creepy little man...

Good to see Griss back, with his little satchel - literally coming back home from school. But I may have to ask Sheffield Council to come out with the strimmers to deal with that weasel of a beard!

And was it me or was his tongue hanging out when he saw Sara in the corridor?! Loved that interplay, and that with Cath on the phone about getting her priorities right. By her own devices or by the desires of others, she made a lot of mistakes in Griss' absence. I liked the little nudge to get her back on track - help the victim first rather than worry about Keppler's motives.

And Liverpool won!! A perfect evening!! Athens, here we come! Pepe Reina is my new love God!

Law of Gravity

I was dying for Grissom to open the package, I was on the edge on my seat. I should have known he wasn't going to open it. You know Grissom, anything to avoid the paperwork!

It was great to have him back, although I was not digging the beard. He seemed in high spirits and has clearly come back refreshed. I loved his spanky comment!

Everything in this episode was completely centered on Keppler, which was great for me. I've been completely spoiler free this year, so I was completely surprised by Kepplers back story and the conclusion of it. I started off thinking that Keppler was the good guy and that it will all work out okay in the end, I tried to remain positive, due to my love of him. I was really taken aback by Keppler in the interrogation with Nick, I jumped in my seat when he slammed that dudes head on to the table!

So, about halfway through I figured that I was going to have to admit defeat with Keppler, as it proved harder and harder to justify his actions, from lying about what he had found in the dump to Catherine to holding a gun to the pimps face, I could see no way out his situation other than prison. It was at this point that started to feel really gutted as I really liked his character, and was hoping he was going to stick around after Grissom returned. When all the other CSI's cottoned on to what was going on, I knew it was all over. I was pleased that Catherine was very effected by all this, in fact I thought Catherine was awesome in this episode. It was obvious she was very taken with him and I loved the moment she and Keppler had in the locker room (Keppler in the shower  ). For some reason the possibility of Keppler dying really didn't cross my mind, so when he was shot I was quite horrified, and was even more horrified, if possible, when it looked like Catherine was about to take a bullet too. I can't believe he died, I'm so upset, but looking back I can't really see how it would've of ended. Honestly, I could have given Catherine a run for her money with how upset I was when the paramedics said he'd gone.

Is it me or is Greg nearly non-existent now? I swear with every episode he gets less and less screen time.

I enjoyed Sara and Grissoms moment together. I thought it was quite funny that Sara was edging away from Grissom, whilst Grissom was edging nearer and nearer to her. I like the way they handle GSR, it's done quite well and doesn't override everything else.

Nick had a great episode, I loved his 'I'm an ass guy' comment to Dr Robbins. Nick = <3. :D

Overall it was a good episode and I enjoyed the plot line, so I would give it 9/10 for quality. It missed the 10/10 because they killed of Keppler! Grrrr.

I had a late one last night, I had to tape LV as I watched the Champions League match and it ran on into a Penalty Shoot so it was gone midnight til I finally got round to watching it.

I cried when Keppler died, I was right there with Catherine :(
I would have liked for him to have stayed on but it was only ever a temp thing, and it certainly was a big exit.

I didnt expect Kepplar to be killed at the end and so when he was I cried but I guess he wwas never going to be a constant character. His character was very well portrayed I liked him and bonded with him.

I really wanted Grissom to open the box as we know it is a minature and I would like to see what it is of. But as usual they will keep this one going for a while.

Amazing episode (except that they killed Keppler).

Just found this thread! :)
I was really shocked when Keppler was shot and died last night  :(; I admit I cried a little but it seems I was not the only one so I don't really feel too bad!
I really liked his character, he really fitted in quite well I thought and had a certain enigmatic quality about him that Grissom also has. Obviously it is great to have Grissom back and he seemed very excited to see Sara! Almost a show of emotion!!!!
I suppose the character of Keppler couldn't really stay when he was only there to fill in for Grissom but he was a quality replacement and it was really nice to see how affected Catherine was when he died.
A great episode!!!

I loved this episode, was a bit unsure about the dodgy flashbacks at first whether they were all memories or just imagination but thankfully it all became clear in the end. Glad to know that he was a good guy in the end tho.

Nick was great in this ep, the whole butt thing was well funny, and him with a baby was just too cute for words. And his comment to Keppler about his "whole suit thing" made me laugh.

The GSR scene was great, Grissom was like a little puppy chasing after her, it was nice to see him really into her for a change. Beard is a no-no for me tho, he looks like Father Christmas!

Hodges was excellent, he is fast becoming one of my fav characters! Spanky743 what a great name!

Catherine was so upset about Keppler, she seemed to get very involved with him very quickly.

I dont know why but I picked up on some weird things in this ep - why did Catherine have Eric Hong's name on her phone? She didnt interview him so why would she have his number programmed in her cell? And why didnt Keppler or Nick have any kit with them when they went to the hotel rooms? (picky picky picky I know! just an observation!)

Glad Grissom back, I missed him. Agree with you too Tinkerbell I am starting to miss Greg too.

Spanky743 what a great name!
I wonder how long until someone either signs up here, or changes their name to that.

I really didn't expect Keppler to die in the way he did, shocked me somewhat.
Awesome ep, Grissom's beard...dreadful. But hey, what can you do, he still looked hot?

You guys are up to date with the names of eps in the first post of this thread.

^Thanks Destiny :)

Law of Gravity

I liked this episode quite a lot. It was lovely to see Grissom back and his interaction with Hodges was funny. Grissom's beard? Personally, I loved it! I was wondering how they were going to explain him not opening the package on his desk, and I did spend much of the episode willing him to get back to his office and open it! With Hodges I liked that he said he wanted to hear about what happened whilst he was gone, but that he wanted to hear it from his guys, and I thought it was telling that he went to Warrick to get the information. I've always thought that Grissom and Warrick have a good relationship and this cemented that for me.

Anyway, Mike Keppler! How disappointed I was that they killed you off, although finding out that he had murdered someone, there really was no other course of action. Shame really, he would have made a great occassional guest star and I think would have really given them potential options for next season. It was great how they portrayed Keppler though. He obviously has some appeal for the women of CSI, I liked Wendy's approach in particular, and I definately think he and Catherine had a spark which would have really worked. And he also impressed Nick with his style, but not his clothing. How Nick can talk when he was wearing that jumper I will never know, not flattering....although my fangirlish self was extremely happy to see him talking and holding the cute little baby. :D

It was a sad episode, and I cried too at the end, I think my tears were for Catherine, and I think Marg did a great job of portraying Catherine's genuine grief at his death.

It was a tragedy, and despite Keppler's obvious guilt from years earlier you can't help but feel desperately sorry for him as the episode progresses and he has no way out. I did like that he was still thinking about catching a murderer and did want justice to be served, his trick with the cooler, the hand and his cellphone was good and made for a nice scene after his death.

I look forward to next week's episode, me thinks there must be another mini killer one coming up soon. :)
