The clock will also go forward in the Netherlands this weekend. It sucks, 'cause I have a party saturday night, and I have to study next sunday. Yay!

I'm glad I've seen this topic.

I was watching CNN the other day and it was a 'Live' Broadcast from American CNN and EST was only 4 hours behind us and I was like 'Uh? I don't get it', I figured the US had put their clocks forward earlier.

I'm not a big fan of losing the hour, but I have to say that I am glad that the clocks go forward in the early hours of Sunday morning and not Monday morning.....then I would be in an even grumpier mood on a Monday :wtf:

^I think they do that to prevent riots of groggy people.

Is Namibia the only random country who's putting our clocks back instead of forward? Then again, we are in the Southern Hemisphere so it does make sense.

Hehe I'll be in the disco anyway so I'll just be home at 6am instead of 5am  but yeah it sucks when it's still dark in the morning... hate it. But still it's a sign that summer's comin nearer! So yeah!

Here in the UK, we're putting the clocks forward an hour on Sunday morning, which really sucks, cause it means, I'm going to get an hour less in bed...

Unfortunately, I still haven't gotten used to the time change over here. I'm always tired and going to school in the morning is a pain up the rear. It would be nice to keep things consistent, but noooo, things have to be complicated.:p

I could live without this happening tonight as I'm in work all day tomorrow. I don't want the dark mornings back :(

Okay, I'm majorly confused. Why do I have to go away when all this is happening?

I'm in NY now, right. So times will change here.

Then early monday morning, I go to Britain (maybe stop off in France for day or two) but they're changing times too?

So, what the hell time is it?

No, New York changed time three weeks ago, along with most of the United States and Canada. Some other countries are changing time tonight.

    Re: Time Change This Weekend

Normally it doesn't really bother me, but last night I had to bring my mom to work. She started at 11 and it was 15 minutes driving. But I also had to pick her up at 7 this morning, so with that hour taken away my night was really, really short (since I've never been able to fall sleep immedately as I go to bed, it takes at least 20-25 for me to fall asleep).
I want my hour back!!! :wtf:
