Greg stood there for a second, completely stunned. Did he hear Grissom corectly?

Did you just say you'd help us keep it a secret from Ecklie? When Grissom nodded, Greg turned to Nick and smiled. Then he turned to Grissom and gave him a hug and said thank you. :) When he pulled back he felt a bit embarrased for hugging Grissom. And after taking a deep breath he told Grissom that he promised as well not to let something like Brass witnessed happen again!
 
"I really appreciate this Grissom. I can't believe you are okay with this, but I'm glad you are. I don't like to disappoint you."

Grissom shook his head, "You don't need to prove anything to me. I just know what you're both going through and it's not easy, keeping secrets."

Nick and Greg both nodded and smiled. They had Grissom on their side.

Of course i meant exactly what i said. Yep, and i meant it all too...

I know my downfalls, i know i write ok stories, which is good enough for me. I appreciate greateness in all walks of life, yeah Queen you and Maggs rock in your stories, also Geekwritter, Mickeylover, just to name a few.

Regarding the episode hmmm it was a good one. I enjoyed it, and no way is Veronica if thats her name will stay lol, shes just from the traning school or something? right?. Ah poor Sara getting the bum end of the deal.... LOL.... Laughing at ones own joke is bad for business....


But hell's bells with Nicky's new hairstyle and that top ugh... it soo didnt do anything for me lol... When i can i will display that offending top, sighs its like pornstach all over again.

I like that Nick is changing his hairstyles more often now. Originally he was supposed to have the same hairstyle all the way through, but after that little contract misunderstanding George prety much said "screw it" and shaved his hair off. XP

I am hoping to never see a return of the pornstache. However, if we do I'd love for us to have our very own "intimately" scene, without being as corny and nauseating of course.

And my favourite Greg hairstyle... I have two, really. The 'I just put my finger in the power point' cut from season four, and the blond and straight cut from toward the end of season 5.
 
OK, I just saved all of Book 1 "Where Are You", I'm really anxious to start reading, I love long stories, and it's hard to find long great stories, and I like when they involve other characters, makes them fun to read when you get to picture everyone in there.... And Maggs, did you know that in a text file it's 266 pages long. Yeah I'm anal like that, I like to put them all into one long doc. and then print them off usually, and I'll have plenty to read, I really can't wait to start.

I have my "Shacky's Rec List" at my LJ, which I've had up for about a year and a half now, I just keep adding to it, and I'd love to add this just after all the wonderful stuff I've read about it, but if anyone else would like to give me some stories to add to it, I'll post all the links and author's, just like now but add, then I'll put it back up. It's always been kind of nice to have all the stories and links in one place, well like I said, my rec list... so my opinion really....

I've always been so jealous of the writers that could write long in depth fics, I've just done with shorter stories, with a couple of exceptions, but nothing close to this, so yeah, can't wait to read. And Maggs, I can always load things up for you, part of the job, it's really easy to open an account.... believe me, I was so computer illiterate when I took over the site, I wondered just what the hell I got myself into, thank God for Matt.....

Maggs, "Sliping into Love" is the first of your fics I've read and I can assure you that it isn't going to be the last!. Amazing fic. Shacky is so right when she says that the Nick/Greg fandom has the greatest writers. The boys, under the rain, in their underwear and "pitching a tent" :devil: :devil: Loved the banter between them , I couldn't stop smiling while I was reading it. Also loved the "Brokeback Mountain" moment in the tent *sigh* Can't wait for reading more!



Grissom and his team examining the circumstances surrounding the death of Brandon Towne. The young man is found hanging from a tree next to a reservoir, whose body looks like that of a woman. Was this some sort hate crime?


Oh, please, let the boys work together this case!. We've been reading so many fics where Nick and Greg work together in a case like that and they end revealing their feelings to each other...


It seems that Greg is writing a book about the mob in old Las Vegas so he asks Lily,( Cath's mother) out , just to help him in his research, of course, lol. OMG, this is going to be hilarious! Reminds me of Catlover's "Greg Sander Private Dick" series, where Greg and Lily have a great interaction, she always knowing and supporting Greg's relationship with Nick, Mr Big.

Thank you for the spoilers, seabird . I hope our boys are working that case too. Given how well "A La Cart" worked and how much the fans liked it, TPTB may put together more Nick/Greg cases before the season ends. And that case would be great for them.

Candy- Awww shucks! I have to say it's nice writing in a fandom where I'm not the only one.

Maggs- You've UPDATED!!!! SQUEEEEEEE!!!!!! lol... that's my incentive to get cracking on my own work. Once this chapter is done then I can read yours! (And sucker's DD and DHME as well!)

Ah sweet! This weekend might turn out really well in the end what with several awesome updates to read and one of my own on the way.... oooohhhhhh! I wish I didn't have to go to class shortly so that I could get writing already...
 
I must agree, Maggs, you're a great writer. I haven't read your books yet, mainly because they're so long and I'm afraid that I might not be able to stop. But I will, soon, when the holidays are up.

I have so many stories saved on my computer, like Live and Love but I just can't seem to find the time and meanwhile they grow longer and longer...

Absolutely L.O.V.E. the spoiler! Can't wait to hear about the episode as soon as you've all seen it.

Oh, yes and I'm thrilled about the Bug Man, can't wait til it continues!!
 
Well love_fan, her stories are addictive, it has taken me two days and a bit (from Thursday 6 pm to Saturday 11.30 pm) to read her two books. Fantasic!! Although its a shame i couldn't have the book in my hands, sitting at the pc for hours and hours on end reading her stories i got a sore ass lol..

Love fan I wanna read them, so display them somewhere. I'm a love fanfiction junkie.

That's how I started, I was a complete junkie... Before I had my laptop, I would print off my fic, I literally had 76 binders full of fic, first X-Files fic, then CSI, and also Buffy/Angel.. I couldn't even tell you how many CSI Stories, short and long I have printed off, probably at least 200... That's why I took Book 1 and put it into a work doc. so I could print it off as one long story. I could never sit at my desktop that long, well I could, but then no one else could use the computer, plus I traveled a lot back and forth to Charleston SC and would read them in the car that way, also in bed or whatever. I print them off, it really isn't that expensive, I buy ink refills, and just print them off, get a hole puncher, then make my own book by putting them in a binder, a story this long would take an inch and a half binder, but it's so nice to just be able to take it with you wherever you want, I take mine sometimes while I'm sitting in the car line at my son's school to read while I wait......

FYI - I added the latest chapter of The Day Before You to my website and re-wrote it with an extended love scene. :) So it's a different version from the FF.net one now (unlike what I said when I first posted it) After reading some feedback, it seemed that the 1st version was too much for some readers who usual read the watered down FF.net version but not enough for people who really like love scenes, hence the re-write :)

Thanks to anyone here who voted for Where You Are in the fanfiction awards! The story won :D
 
Maggs, I just added your site/fiction to the CSI: Wiki Nick/Greg page. Since you have an entire site, I linked it to the main page, and again on the fiction page. :)

Also, I'm working on a surprise for Candy and QOTU.

While I'm at that, I'm making some "A La Cart" avatars that I'll share here. Non-GIF. I'm sick of those, I'm only do them on special occasions now.

Nick was sitting at a lab table looking over the pieces the broken glass that he and Greg had collected from the old woman's house. He was trying to place them back together, like a giant puzzle.

He smirked when Greg walked into the room carrying another box of evidence.

"Hey sexy," Nick called out to him.

Greg looked back at him with a playful look.

Oh, and Clarrisani - I'm watching Torchwood.
