Question: I’m still not clear on how exactly Castiel fits into Supernatural‘s new monster-heavy theme this season.
Ausiello: I’ll let EP Sera Gamble take this one. “Castiel is a full-powered angel,” she explains. “He was restored at the end of last season. He went back up to Heaven, and Heaven is kind of a mess. Dark angels are locked in the basement. It’s kind of chaotic. He has what he feels is a mission to clean things up. That’s where we start him off. He also has a very personal relationship with the boys. That also continues. That’s where we start him this season. He’s in a very interesting position. He’s sort of caught between the problems of Heaven and the problems of Sam and Dean on Earth.”
 
There's a Supernatural Soundtrack coming out next month. Some of those titles are crazy and some are just um... yeah... anyway... It sounds like its all just instrumental music, so I probably won't buy it myself. I'd rather have some of the road music that Dean listens to. :lol:
 
I can't see the titles of the songs? As they used titles from a lot of classic rock songs, it could just be a classic rock compilation...?

I actually haven't seen that video before LOL. But LOL at the reluctant look on Jensen's face when Jason handed him the guitar. Jason said in an interview that he practically had to twist Jensen's arm to get him to sing with him on "Crazy Love" (I love that song by the way). :) LOL Jensen acts shy and cute about it "this was so not supposed to happen...wow there's so many people here" LOL. I love him. He's got such a great voice.
 
Yes, I agree that Jensen's voice is :drool: :lol: I think I would melt into a puddle if I ever heard Jensen and Christian Kane doing a duet together :eek: I still laugh that Eric Kripke had to tell Jensen to sing off key during the "Wanted Dead or Alive" part in "No Rest For the Wicked" :lol: cause apparently, Jared "sucks out loud" :guffaw:
 
Great video! What makes a man hotter who is hot? His sense of humour and his music talent! Am i the only one who thinks Jensen sings better? :D I also heard Crazy Love but i think Jensen's naked voice sounds better than the studio version.

there are actually youtube videos of Christian and Jensen singing on a stage together. You can't really hear them that well cause of the screaming fans. :lol:

A little tidbit nothing we don't already know. But I will still use the box.

Supernatural
Premieres: Friday, Sept. 24 at 9/8c

Where We Left Off: The apocalypse was avoided as Lucifer, locked in Sam’s body, was trapped once again in hell. In the aftermath, Dean went off to live a normal life with Lisa and Ben, though he was spied upon by a seemingly alive Sam.

What's Next: The show will return to its roots — specifically Season 1, when Sam and Dean hunted someone or something new every week.
 
Man, I better get my cable hooked up before then... and I guess actually buy a TV to hook it up to! :lol:

Thanks, D. Still feeling some trepidation about this season (sort of thought it should end last season). That doesn't mean I won't be watching though! :lol:

Well, now that's confusing cause they said before that Cas doesn't appear until episode 3. And they left off cousin Christian (Campbell) played by Corin Nemec as well. I thought Gwen was supposed to be Christian's wife, so not a cousin by blood, but maybe it's his sister instead. Christian was also said to have a son named Mark, but its possible that they changed the character name to Johnny. And I just saw a spoiler pic from episode 1 at a LJ community and it showed Samuel Campbell (Mary's father) with Dean and Sam, so he got left out of the cast list too. Weird. And confusing lol. That's a different Ben than before though, right? I don't recognize the name of the actor lol.
