Sam gave him the necklace? Hmm... I wonder where he got it. I wish Season 4 would go down in price so I could buy it. I have 1-3.

Yeah, it as the gift that Sam gave Dean when they were younger. In the episode he was going to give it to John but he never showed up for Christmas, so Sam gave it to Dean instead :)

First of all the opening song :shifty: so true for this season

"it was my destiny
it's what we needed to do
they were telling me
i'm telling you
i was inside looking outside
the millions of faces
but still I'm alone
waiting, hours of waiting
paying a penance
i was longing for home
i'm looking out for the two of us
i hope we'll be here when they're through with us"

the lyrics go both for Sam and Dean, love when they play songs like that :)

Aww Poor Bobby :(

"We need to cheer him up. I think I'm going to give him a back rub," :guffaw: I can imagine that now, "Boy you better get your hands off of me!"

 that's some major markings on Dean's ribs.

 Castiel using a cell phone "since when do angels need to reach out and touch someone?"

"enough foreplay," lmao at Bobby.

The look on Castiel's face :guffaw: "he's not on any flatbread" :guffaw:

"listen chuckles," :guffaw:

"drinking booze out of a coconut,"

I always thought Dean's amulet was going to end up being special.

"god emf,"

"great now I feel naked"

I don't know what it is with Rufus, but he's always made me laugh

Alright, so maybe I watch tv too much, seeing the broken bridge and a lat 1960's muscle car ... for some reason I thought of the Dukes of Hazzard :shifty:

Seriously, I had listened to Spirit in the Sky right before this episode :guffaw: It's on my Rockband game

:guffaw: what is it with people splashing holy water at Dean

:guffaw: Ellen! "I got a can of whoop ass I gotta open on you! You can't pick up a phone, what are you allergic to giving me piece of mind," Loved the looks on Sam and Dean's faces.

I was shocked when Ellen said she was hunting with Jo.

"What are you going to arm up baby bump over here?" :guffaw:

"shotgun 101"

Was I the only one who actually wondered why the knife didn't do that weird flashing light effect? I had a feeling that they weren't dealing with real demons from that part alone.

"Where'd you serve?"
"Hell,"
"Seriously,"
"Hell," :(

Feeling sorry for Sammy this season :( but yeah I agree with him. If I was in his position I would much more like the fact of exorcising the demons (in any way) then killing both the demon and the person that they're possessing.

"this isn't x-files, pal"

Didn't really trust 'Roger' from the moment I saw him :shifty: but I don't really understand how he got in and out of the church if they're was things that were supposed to keep Demons out :shifty:

I wonder if they're going to have the other Four Horsemen represented (Conquest, War, Famine and Death)

"i'm jello shots at a party, i just remove ambitions

"showtime for the meatsuits," for some reason that cracked me up

Can get used to seeing Sam with black eyes ... but just weird seeing Dean

:( the ending scene really really had me on the verge of tears ... poor Sammy. Really felt sorry for Sam and Dean :( Especially since Dean asked Sam if he wanted to take the Impala.

Next week looks awesome Dean and Cas :D
wtf? Was that Jessica in the bed with Sam?! if so ... hmm Jo got a little prettier and Jess looks really weird, she was pretty in the first season :shifty:

If it matters to anyone it was Bobby who gave the amulet to sam to give to John, Claiming it was "very special" but how did Bobby know the amulet was special???

I was also wondering if it was Jess, it doesn't look exactly like her. i was confused because to me she looked like the body lilth was possessing when Chuck has "visions" of Sam having sex with Lilth. But i know i'm totally wrong.

It the preview for the next episode Sam says that he finally figures out what/who he is, does anyone have any theories to what he may be? I was dicussing this with my Dad last night and we think that Sam is the anti-christ.

My brother and I both noticed that too.

Are the four horsemen really considered demons though?

I wonder if they're going to have the other Four Horsemen represented (Conquest, War, Famine and Death)

I'm not exactly sure how they could use Conquest, but Death I think will be...
in that ep about the town with a virus turning the people into zombies
.

Holy crap holy crap holy crap! They're filming Supernatural at the motel next to my office!!! I just stood literally next to Jared Padalecki and almost didn't notice! Boy is he tall, and just as good looking as on TV. My god. Anyway, no Jensen, but I just watched an emotional scene with Bobby and Sam and some other grey haired guy... Gotta go- they're setting up for another one! I don't have my camera and my cell phone doesn't zoom that far, so I don't think I can send shots, sadly... I'll see if someone else has one! Stay tuned!!!

OK editing... we asked some crew people and apparently this was the final shooting for episode 7.

That's so cool that they're filming where you are and that you got to see Jared and Jim. I would love it if any of my favorite shows filmed where I live.

I loved the latest episode and this is sure turning out to be a great season so far.

I doubt that Bobby knew how "special" it was, because when questioned about it he claimed not to know what Castiel was talking about. If he had knew he would have most likely said something. I'm not trying to go against your theory/question, but my parents used to tell me things were 'very special' when I was younger to get me to like the item that they had bought for birthdays and such. Maybe Bobby just wanted Sam to think that the item was special so he would feel good in giving it to John. However I doubt he knew exactly how special it was :)

Episode 4:
supernatural2_l.jpg

In this exclusive First Look from the Oct. 1 episode of The CW’s Supernatural, Dean (Jensen Ackles) finds himself thrust five years into the future, only to discover the world has been ravaged by a disease and inhabited by its zombie-esque victims. But the big revelation is that Dean runs into his future self, now the leader of a resistance camp, which required Ackles to do double the work. Says the star, who’s used to working opposite co-star Jared Padalecki, “The old saying is ‘Acting is reacting.’ I never realized how true it was until I didn’t have anything to react to. I actually ended up using my stunt double just to be the shoulder and the back of the head and he’s not an actor. Poor guy—he gave it his best shot. After every take, he was like, ‘Man, I’m so sorry.’”

Fans will even get a glimpse of the future-version of the much-beloved Chevy Impala, but time has not been kind to Winchester brothers’ ride. “He finds his Impala, which is on cinder blocks and it’s all rusted and it’s been gutted,” explains Ackles. “I’m like, ‘Oh baby what did they do to you?’”

Episode 5:
PARIS HILTON GUEST STARS — Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) decide to start hunting together again and their first case leads them to a small town whose inhabitants are being killed by famous dead icons like Abraham Lincoln and James Dean’s car. However, after two teenage girls come forward and claim their friend was kidnapped by Paris Hilton (in a cameo role as herself), the brothers aren’t sure what they are hunting anymore. Jim Conway directed the episode written by Julie Siege

Baba you are so lucky!! i am very jealous, i have always wanted to see them but live on the other side of canada so.... why cant they ever film in toronto!!

i too thought something was up last night when the flashes didnt go off when sam killed the "demon" teenagers. plus, most demons dont go walking around with their black eyes on. but i guess if everyone knew they were, they may not bother. couldnt figure out exactly what was going on until the middle, but knew something was up.

i really like the episode. but dean and sam breaking up again? how many times are they going to do this? we know they will end up back together again, there are 20 more episodes of the season. potentially the series... :( i wonder what would have happened if sam actually took the impala, couldnt believe dean offered it!

You have no idea how long I've been wondering if I'd even ever see them! Aside from that one glimpse of Jensen in season 1, I never see them and it was getting a bit frustrating. Anyway, now I feel complete!

It's funny you mention it because when Sam was looking at the blood on the blade after he killed those two kids in the store, I thought he was doing it because he thought it was weird that there was no smoke when he killed them. And then it turned out to be his blood craving, so I was like, "Oh, nevermind." I still thought something was off though, and as soon as "demon" Jo said that line to her mother, I totally realized it was all an illusion. Didn't have a clue who was doing it though.

I love the red Mustang as the red horse of the Four Horseman though. Kripke is so cool! Great idea. :)

Baba, not fair! I so need to move somewhere more exciting

Anyway, just watched the episode. It was good, of course. Lot's of good little bits that have mostly been covered already. I'll just add that it was great to see Ellen and Jo again, and I loved Ellen giving the boys heck for not keeping in touch

I hope we get to learn more about the amulet soon. I want to know where it came from! (originally, I mean. I know how Dean got it ;))

^^^ I always laugh at this one episode of Stargate when they have to face this sort of electronic dragon, and they need to figure out it's name to get rid of it, and someone says, "Darryl?" I know, I know... I'm a bit cheesey that way when it comes to comedy sometimes!

OK, I pulled 3 absolute crap pictures off my phone that I tried to take of them filming that scene from episode 7 the other day. They weren't really that far away, but we were a) looking down from above, and b) like I said, this is my phone's camera so...?

Here's some tidbits. Jim Beaver wandered around chatting to everyone between takes; seems like a real personable guy. Jared had this sucker in his mouth constantly between takes. During the final take, when they finished, he honked the Impala's horn as if to celebrate. A few people laughed, myself included. Then, he jumped in Bobby's wheelchair and rode it down the driveway out of the parking lot... which is on an incline. I was watching to see if he could handle doing it just with his hands on the wheels, but then he totally cheated and stuck his foot out! (Later when we were talking to some trailer people loading up in front of my office, they mentioned that Jim apparently ROCKS the wheelchair. Hilarious). My colleague and I were trying to decide whether to applaud or not when they finished, but we didn't in the end because we didn't want to bother them. We're Canadian after all! ;)

The one of Bobby is best because he came closer to our side of the parking lot. The one's of Sam are the big blob wearing a brown jacket. You can sort of see the Impala parked in one too! It was very cool to see the car, man. VERY cool! :D

Anyway... (Mods please feel free to adjust- I haven't posted pics on here in forever, and it's all different from what I remember... Sorry if I did it wrong!)
