Re: Supernatural #2 -Saving People, Hunting Things, the Family Busines

Something Wicked is pretty... wicked, actually! And it will match your funky cool avatar- that thing cracks me up!

I'm psyched about this week. This show is reaching the status of "can do no wrong" for me this season. WooHoo! And I'm actually looking forward to the big Teddy Bear. His manly voice sounds hilarious!

Yeah  When I heard him talking when I saw the video I almost choked on my water. I can't wait to see the rest of the episode and to see what else they put in to crack us up.

which is titled Hell's Angels according to a site, this is when the Secret he has been keeping comes out

Re: Supernatural #2 -Saving People, Hunting Things, the Family Busines

 I didn't know whether to bust out laughing at the end, or cry. It's sad to know that Dean lied about Hell to Sammy, and won't talk about it, and is drinking like a fish to ease the pain and suffering of hell.

With that being said:

RUN FOREST RUN!!

LMFAO. Oh, and the suicidal teddy bear? HILARIOUS!

Tonight was awesome.

oh, and I finally saw Ten Inch Hero! Worth the wait, awesome movie.

Re: Supernatural #2 -Saving People, Hunting Things, the Family Busines

Alright so first of all I haven't been having the best of days, so let's see if watching this episode will help, and maybe just maye it can make up for missing most of Smallville (darn my upset stomach) A little off topic but I loved the line, "Hallmark didn't have any welcome back to earth cards," from what little I did see ... :O so anyways ...

After awhile do you get a little tired of the flashbacks, I mean is it necessary to do them on every episode? I know I'm weird and probably the only one who thinks this.

The opening shower scene creeped me out, it reminded me of the movie The Grudge

lol "Umm, hello Mrs. Armstrong,"

Oh come on Dean, what happened to the Purple Nurples?

lol who says radical and awesome in the same sentence these days :wtf:

good to see Dean still checks out ladies as they walk past him lol

 "Women, showers, we've got to save these people,"

Anyone notice the laptop was on Dean's side ... when did he suddenly become a laptop wiz?

"I can sense that about you Candice, that whole senstive thing,"
"so what did you say you were calling your book,"
"the working title is Supernatural,"

I was for some reason chuckling because of "Please don't tell my mom," then the look on Sam's face when he said, "Yeah that's weird,"

"You wanted to save naked women,"
"Damn right I wanted to save some naked women,"

Hmm the yoga sign reminded me of The Kids Are Alright

:guffaw: "Run Forrest Run,"

"It was bigfoot, the big foot. Theirs a big foot out there," lol something about the way the guy said that made me giggle.

"Okay, what do you suppose made that?"
"Uhh ... that is a big foot,"

"I got nothing,"
"Some big as mother in a gorilla suit,"
"Or it's a big foot, and he's some kind of a alcoholo-porno addict. Kind of like a deep woods Duchovny,"

"A little young for Busty Asian Beauties,"

"What's this like a Harry and the Henderson deal?"

"Wow ... uh ... amazing cause we are ... uh ... teddy bear doctors,"

"Close the friggin door," I don't know who's face was funnier Sam or Dean's

"It is a terrible world. Why am I here?"
"For tea parties,"
"Tea parties, is that all their is?"

:guffaw: "Are you gonna kill this teddy bear?" Did you ever think you'd hear that on tv?

"Your bear is sick, he's got ..."
"Lollipop disease," :guffaw:

I'm surprised Dean didn't wish for a woman.

"Put on some pants,"

"You got a problem, mister?"
"What? No."

Poor Dean :( I know how he feels * rubs upset stomach *

Suicidal teddy bear ... "Why,"

When Sam could tell Dean wasn't alright, it reminded me of Sam in the first season.

"Aren't you the guys from the health department?"
"Yeah,"
"And florists on the side,"
"Plus FBI,"
"And on Thursdays, we're teddy bear doctors,"

 at Dean's face when they were kissing.

 they ran over the naked ghost

Dean getting knocked around by a kid ... priceless

"I wouldn't mess with this kid anymore if I were you,"

The whole scene between Dean and Sam at the end :(

Yep, I feel a little better :)

Re: Supernatural #2 -Saving People, Hunting Things, the Family Busines

That waiter is annoying. I wanted to hit him.

 at Dean's spit take when Sam mentioned women's showers. "Women? Showers? We've gotta save those people."

"The working title is Supernatural." bwahhhhaaaa.

"You wanted to save naked women."
"You're damn right I wanted to save the naked women."

"Run, Forrest, run!" :guffaw:

"There's a bigfoot out there and he's a son of a bitch!" :guffaw:

"Maybe someone's pumping LSD into the town water supply." Well, there's a theory. hehe.

"That is a BIG foot." haha.

Harry and the Hendersons.

Teddy bear doctors. haha.

"Close the freakin' door!" ROTFLMAO!

"Ouch in the head sad." kids have a funny way of putting things, don't they? "He smells like the bus."

Her parents wished they were in Bali? Nice! Couldn't you have wished for your kid to stay somewhere safe? Yeesh!

Lollipop disease? LMFAO!

 at Dean's wish. I was thinking he'd wish for a woman. But, they already had one guy on the ep do that, so I guess that wish was taken already.

Dean and Sam came up with those health codes pretty quickly.

"Is that little mother welded on there?" haha.

LOL at Sam and invisiboy. "Put on some pants." haha.

Uh-oh Dean's sandwich made him sick.

God of chaos. Oh brother. Remember how much trouble Chaos god Janus caused on that Buffy Halloween eppy? haha.

Bi polar nutjob.

 at the Teddy bear screaming "why?"

Couples therapy.

That's a snack? Big snack.

 at Sam and Dean's faces when Hope and Wes were kissing.

That little boy is a tad creepy.

"With great power comes great responsibility."

 at the kid's grin when those boys ran away from him.

The last scene with Dean and Sam. Aw, Poor Dean. :hugs him:

Cas is on next week. Yay!

Re: Supernatural #2 -Saving People, Hunting Things, the Family Busines

Yes, can't wait to see Castiel next week. But I swear I felt like throwing something at the tv last week, Uriel seems like he's a pain in the butt :shifty:

Uriel is ... well, I guess it would be "specist" ... not sure on the spelling, but he doesn't like humans at all. I can't stand him. I hope Lilth kills him personally.

Re: Supernatural #2 -Saving People, Hunting Things, the Family Busines

Man I've been neglecting this thread. :( *slaps self*

Thursday's episode was hilarious. Oh my.

Big highlights for me:

-The working title of Sam's book is 'Supernatural'.
-On Thursdays, the boys are teddy bear doctors.
-Dean wishing for a sandwhich only to get E-coli the next day.
-Talking suicidal teddy. Oh man when he was about to blow his fluffy brains out, I almost cried.
-Dean being 'scared' for the kid so the bullies would leave him alone. :adore:
-The whole conversation with the guy in the back seat of the Impala.
-Big foot.

There were so many great moments. But I also liked that Sam finally confronted Dean about the Hell business--I started noticing him drinking a lot too. :shifty: I hope that stops or at least slows down because I wouldn't want Dean going down the same path that Bobby was with the alkeehol.

Anyhow, it was a great little fun episode and the end moved the plot forward so not much to complain about here. :)

As for next week, I saw the promo on The CW but I didn't really get a clear picture of what anything was about (I've seen spoilers for it anyway) but I'll have to watch Space for the extended promos because they're so much more detailed. :p

Gah, I'm not a big fan of Uriel either. I suppose it's a good foil for Castiel who seems to think humans have a lot of potential. I kind of hope Castiel beats some sense into him. :p

Re: Supernatural #2 -Saving People, Hunting Things, the Family Busines

Yeah, Space has great promos, huh? I'm impressed with our good old Canadian Sci fi channel. We may have a crappier leader than the US now, but at least we have that!

That was another fun episode... so something tells me we're going to be seriousing up a bit from here on in. Then again, I've been wrong before. ;)

Anyway, poor Teddy! :( I felt so bad for the dude. It was also a highlight a) to see Ted Raimi; and b)to see they were filming in Squamish, a little town about halfway between Vancouver and Whistler. Lots of movies filmed around there, and LOTS of X-Files episodes. It was cool to see the Snohomish Chief in the background- a big rock- that's the largest monolith in North America. OK, I'm finished being a local tourist guide! Heh heh. But on a side note, we locals often refer to Squamish as "Squompton" as in Compton.

OK, so in closing, another great episode. Very entertaining.

Re: Supernatural #2 -Saving People, Hunting Things, the Family Busines

Question: Supernatural has been off the charts amazing this season! But, you've been very general with your spoilers. Any chance you can give your favorite readers some concrete stuff? -- Dianne

Ausiello: One of the of the Winchester brothers will partake in a shirtless (and presumably pantsless) sex scene before the end of November sweeps. Even more shocking than that? The deed is done at a location Supe fans hold sacred. Concrete enough for you?

So umm ... Sam/Ruby :| let's honestly hope not * gross * I sure hope it's Dean ... after all he hasn't really partaking in his favorite past time since he's been back  so is their any other explanitions? Since the episode is coming up where they go back to one of the towns where they were in high school ... old high school fling ... maybe one of them hooks up with Anna ... I mean just not Ruby! * shudders at the thought * and I wish it's Dean ...
Erm ... so what do we hold sacred? :shifty: The Impala ... is the only concrete thing in the show ... Is confused and intrigued at the same time

Re: Supernatural #2 -Saving People, Hunting Things, the Family Busines

I was thinking the Impala too and it will probably be Sam, cause that would be the most unexpected. Dean would be too predictable because he's... well, Dean. And it has been said that while Dean was in hell, Sam took on some of his characteristics ... like he was trying to be himself and Dean at the same time or something. But, if it is Dean, I'd say it'd either be with Jo or that chick with the kid who is too much like Dean. She had a type. And I believe she's the one that Dean kept fantasizing was telling him she loved him and stuff that time.

Who is Anna? The girl in this week's ep?

Re: Supernatural #2 -Saving People, Hunting Things, the Family Busines

I'm also wondering if this is going to happen on the same episode where Dean's secret comes out ... maybe this is part of his secret. For some reason I pictured his secret being that he got a girl pregnant when they were younger and no one knows about it  but I also have an over reactive mind.

I'd much rather see Dean in his birthday suit over Sam ... though they are both hot in their own rights ;) and as I've said before we have yet to see Dean get any action except for a kiss  I do think it would be neat to see Dean and Anna kind of bond, since she can hear the Angels and all and in a twist have her and Dean get together and then have something happen to her :(

Episode 4.12: Criss Angel Is A Douchebag :guffaw:
Airdate: January 2009

Glad someone else thinks that, I think he's a fraud ... but quite frankly he creeps me out!

Re: Supernatural #2 -Saving People, Hunting Things, the Family Busines

I almost spit my water when I read that  I guess
Cris Croker Is a Douchebag
was a bit harsh :guffaw:

And I just found a video on youtube, I'm sure it's been seen plenty of times :p :) * No Spoilers for upcoming episodes * Click the Misha Link...

I just love how he puts things

;)

Pamela's character returns in Hell's Angels which airs next week ... so umm ... Dean and Pamela * ponders * Sam and Pamela * ponders * Sam, Dean and Pamela :wtf: but wait Sam wasn't invited ...

See how Dean’s love life might just get in the way of hot lead for the brothers Winchester on their road to banishing Demons back to the afterlife, or find out just why Dean and Sam are more popular in Heaven than Cain and Abel (aside from the fact that they didn’t betray and murder one another… yet) let's seriously hope that doesn't happen!

man I'm such a sucker I don't know which I'm looking for more Dean's secret coming out or him borderline PG-13 ... all I can say "If the Impala's Rockin' Don't Go a Knockin'"

and of course the links will show clips, so only click if you want to be really teased :)

Okay so I saw the wishing well episode and about crapped myself. The teddy bear and the astronaut kid. Just too many funny parts to write about now, but definately a funny episode that I watch 3 times in a row! :) Tomorrow's looks pretty good. But, I mean, every episode has been awesome so far!

Re: Supernatural #2 -Saving People, Hunting Things, the Family Busines

Another Dutch Supernatural fan introduces herself *waves hi* :) I watched an episode on Dutch t.v. and I immediately got hooked (watched three and a quarter season in little over three weeks); this show has all the stuff I like: ghosts; demons; angels; witches; urban legends; hot guys  ; etc...

But the best part is how they manage to combine angst, gore and humor in all of their episodes - every episode has moments that make me look at my diner twice or make me laugh so hard it comes out of my nose.:scream:

I've skipped through the last couple of pages in this thread and I've seen some comments on Uriel; I think he's supposed to be a kind of counterpart for Ruby; she's a not so evil demon and he's a not so nice angel - I actually liked the bad-ass angel
angel1.gif

Season 4 has been great thus far and I've an idea of where they're heading so I cannot wait to see the next eps to see if I'm right. :)
