I think it's pretty cool too. I'm assuming that's one of those character aspects they added to reflect some of the actor's personality. Did that make sense? :confused:

and yeah, that did make sense...and Rory rode a bike in Empire Records too! but it wasn't a Ducati if my memory serves me right, but who cares? It's Friggin Rory Cochrane!, and he looked really good in that leather jacket! :D

hehe, one of my brothers friends rides a bike too...next time he comes over, i'm gonna inspect his bike to see what kind it is...

I'll just explain everything on how to get there from the beginning. :)

You go to http://wip.warnerbros.com/. Then you go to A Scanner Darkly, on the right hand side of the page. It should bring you to the main page, and you click on enter site.

Then you get to the intro page, and it then loads the main page. At the top of the screen there are 5 places to click. Surveillance, Substance D, New Path, Room 203, and Recovery. Click on Recovery. It should bring you to a screen that asks you for your name and location. Type in your name and location. As soon as you type that in, a page containing information about 'New Path' should come on, where you can scroll or read or whatever you want. Down below that, there is a clickable link that reads 'Find Out More'. When you click on that, there is a clip from the movie between Freck and Barris. :)

That 'A Scanner Darkly' site does not like me for some reason, I think. :(

*sigh* Ah well...hopefully I'll be able to see it in a theater somewhere.

If not, I shall own the dvd...well, I'll own the dvd regardless, lol. I'd just prefer to see it when it's released instead of having to wait for the dvd.
 
do ASD or RAYD have US release dates yet, because if i can figure out when they're coming out in the US, i can probably figure out when they should (if they do :rolleyes:) come out here...
 
'A Scanner Darkly' is set for a July 7th release date here in the US. I haven't read anything about a theatrical release date for 'Right At Your Door' yet.

Hopefully that'll change soon, because I really want to see that one too.
 
well, it appears that ASD will come out sometime, but i can't seem to find a Australian release date...

and i can't find any information for RAYD at all :(
 
I'm wondering if RAYD might be a straight to video release?

Oh, and scratch what I said about the ASD site not working for me. :lol: I forgot I had it trying to open in a different window, and when it finally started to work it totally scared the beejeebers out of me. My heart is still beating fast, lol. I heard talking and strange noises coming from my computer suddenly. :p

Ok...now to find all the stuff Geni mentioned. :D
 
well, i found a site that said that the Australian release date of ASD is July 6/7, and it's on limited release...if thats true, then im so excited!!!! :D

but RAYD may just go straight to video, but it will probably be on limited release for a bit first, at least here it probably will be, because it won't come straight out on video here, so i hope it comes out in cinemas...


and i really really wanna know, What does a scanner see? :lol:

Oh my word...this site is a trip! :eek:

There's an instant messenger type thing, and a thing where you can put your name and loctaion in, and answer a few questions and it diagnoses you...plus it put your results on the site! :lol: If you see Jennifer from the USA, that's be me, lol.

I'm about to try to locate the video & interview now, lol...even though I should be in bed.
