And oh oh oh oh! oh! My sister took me shopping today and we went into the dollar store. And I was looking for this thinger for my niece but anyway! And down the aisle we were in there were some movies and I was lookin through it and I found one of RORY'S MOVIES! *squeals* I found Flawless and the lady at the counter was like "Getting a movie for a dollar isn't to bad." and I was like "No its not." and my sister was like "Well let's hope it works." and i was like "Well as long as I see Mr. Rory i'll be fine." and the lady was like "Who?" and I was like "Rory Cochrane." and she was like "....oh." and I just sighed and left the store with my sister. lol. But I'm going to go watch it in a little bit and I'll let y'all know what I think of it tomorrow!

I had the hardest time getting into that movie. Don't get me wrong, Rory's excellent in it, as is Jon Favreau (another actor I like), but...I don't know, it just moved to slowly for me. That being said, don't let my opinion influence your decision to watch or not, Geni. ;)

You got a great deal on 'Flawless' there Katie. :D I can't wait to hear your thoughts on Rory's performance. *thumbs up*

Oh you don't have to worry about that. (Not that you would) ;) I like to keep an open mind when selecting any movie. :)

And I'm also excited to hear Katie's thoughts on the movie as well! Have fun watching the movie!

That's the best way to be, I think. I've had people tell me a certain movie is bad or stupid or whatever, and I watch it and end up loving it, lol.

As I've said, I'm trying for 'The Low Life' next. But..I have to end up buying all these movies, if I can't catch them on tv. I live in such a 'small town' area that the movie rental places only have the newest releases and the all time classics. They don't even have D&C or 'Empire Records' for rental, if you can believe that...and D&C is pretty much a cult classic.

Living in a small town does have it's downsides. :p

But yes, I've had a lot of people tell me which movies are bad, and then I watch it and end up never letting it go. :lol: But, then of course there are people who tell me a movie is great and I should watch it, only to find out that it's not quite my cup of tea. ;)

I've found that with most Rory movies, you have to keep a pretty open mind because the movies themselves so diverse, and the roles he plays are just so varied. As a very wise, wise man once said "I try never to have expectations" . :D

Ok, I didn't get to watch all of Flawless last night because I got tired and fell asleep. But I will say what I thought of Rory's performance so far. And I'll use that little spoiler thingie in case no one in here has seen it before. And just because I think its cool. lol.


Haha ok Rory cracked me up in what I saw of the movie. His whole little song stuff. "Yeah I was gonna take you to France, yeah I was gonna take you to France." and then when he got beat up I was like "HEY YOU CAN'T DO THAT TO HIM!" and then when the other girl left him and he goes to sing the other song and he was like "Kick me while I was down" and I was like "Literally" and I also found out that the man that played Angel from the movie Rent was in that movie and I LOVE rent! But anyways as soon as the homeworks done i'll finish it.

:lol: Well I'm glad you enjoyed the movie so far. I really did love that one part you mentioned about his girlfriends. Hee. :D

EDIT: Now, I'm not sure when my POTD honour is up, I am assuming someone takes that task on Monday, but it's pretty late in the night this Sunday, so anyone who would like the honour this week may take it. ;)

HAHA Yes! The part that got me was the "Yeah I was gonna take you to France." Teehee. So cute. lol. And at the end of the movie at the party that shirt he was wearing. Oh lord. lol.

But oh oh oh *raises hand* Can I do the POTD?
