^^Or at least use Spoiler Code if you think you may post something that could be spoilerish. There's supposed to be a big twist at the end of that movie that 'you never see coming', and I know I'm not the only one who doesn't want to know what it is ahead of time. :lol:

^^That's still quite a few ThisIsMe, and basically you haven't seen the same ones I haven't seen. But YAY you're going to go see A Scanner Darkly, I'm excited for you! It's a really great movie. :)

The Prime Gig
Hart's War
Flawless
A Scanner Darkly
Sunset Strip

I believe that's all of them. :)

My favorites of course being 'Sunset Strip' and 'Black and White'. :D

I know, I must track them all down eventually!! Took me a bit to find Southlander and The Low Life, but I think my local video store probably has all the others.
I'm excited about seeing A Scanner Darkly too! I'm glad to hear that it's really good. The only theatre playing it is downtown and I just happened to have a job interview at a place that's, like, a block away, so, it works out perfectly :D

I love Felix! All of his characters are so fantastic!! My favorites would probably be The Low Life and Empire Records....and D&C....and.... :lol: see, I'm indecisive.... ;)

Oh...Felix rocks! :lol: 'Sunset Strip' is a great movie. I'd have to say my favorite Rory character is still Slater, though. 'Dazed & Confused' is the movie that started it all for me...Rory-wise, that is.

That's what I've been doing too. It's actually kinda fun in a way, almost like a scavenger hunt or something. :lol:

Oh I loved Sunset Strip so much. Felix was like an alcoholic Speedle. It was great. :p

And it's going to take me forever to track down all the movies, but the hunt is half the fun right? ;)

my favourite movies are Empire Records and Black and White...and my favourite characters are Lucas, Chris O'Brien and Joel (Whoa, hamburger helper! :lol:)

a lot of Rory's movies never made it out here, so I can't see them all. However, B&W never came out so I ordered it from America, but I can't do that with the others, so I'll have to stick with what I've got :p

"A Scanner Darkly" is a magnificent film. Honestly, it's amazing. I already wrote about it some in the replies to the Rory interview in the news section. He's one of the highlights of the film. Oh, and he's naked. Bonus!

That is an excellent Rory picture Chez, thanks for sharing. :)

Although, I'm not sure what's going on with the dress shirt, but it looks very good on him. :devil:

As for Rory movies, I'd like to go rent the ones I haven't seen which would include 'Dogtown', 'Fathers and Sons', 'The Low Life', 'Southlander' and so on but the only problem is I'm not allowed to order off the internet, and the movie stores here don't exactly order movies that are more than five years old. That being said, 'Southlander' was released in 2001 so I might be able to find it. Either that, or I'll have to check out different movie places. (I did find the others right? :p )

So I guess I'll have to go on a little hunting trip. The one movie I'd really like to see is 'Dogtown'. For some reason it seems very interesting to me even if I don't know the plot, the characters, or what happens at all. :lol:

Well, that explains it then. ;)

I was watching those interviews with Rory about 'A Scanner Darkly' and it seemed a little funny to me that he was wearing (what looked to be) a black dress shirt/dark blue dress shirt. I think maybe since he was on Miami, he's grown particularily fond of dress shirts. :lol: :p Unless, he already liked them before which is why he wanted to wear them on the show. (And he mentioned something about CSIs should wear collard shirts to look more professional)

I'm not sure why I mentioned that, but I love it when he wears dress shirts, and he seems to be wearing them in public now. :lol: (Unless he always did and I didn't notice)

And since I'm on POTD duty this week, I thought I'd post one this lovely afternoon. :)

My favorite's out of the ones I saw would have to be....Empire Records. The Lucas chartacter was just all around an awesome character. His intentions on doing what he did were good. He was sarcastic, and hilarious and just...fantastically awesome.

My second choice would have to be Hart's War. Don't get me wrong Slater and Joel rock! But I loved the whole POW sceniro for Rory in Hart's War and besides how cute did he look in with that little kitty *says in baby voice* I mean seriously I would take that cats place anyday!

Just popping in to say that I saw 'A Scanner Darkly' today- very cool movie! I absolutely loved the way it was done. Rory (and Robert and Woody) was hillarious!! :D
