Its a very good idea, But I have to learn to put my banners in the advanced category sometime....I'm a bit of a sooky :lol:

I like having two categories - it's a little less intimidating for those of us who are not as experienced. I vote yes!

And I have an idea for the next challenge...who should I tell about it?

I'd also like to stick with the two categories - though I'd like to add s/th concerning advanced and beginners later ;)

I know I said that I would post challenge #8 during the weekend, but unfortunately I just haven't had the time. :(

Please bear with me for a couple more days at the most! I hope to have the challenge up by Tuesday night at the latest, and I promise it'll be worth waiting for... ;)

Ready for the new challenge? Here we go...

Challenge #8 is simply titled Shipper Central . I would like to see banners of shippy couples. :)

Please fully read and comprehend the amended rules for this challenge.

Important! For this challenge only, in addition to your usual 3 banners you may also enter 1 animated banner.

1. 220x75 size please! I check the size of each entry and will resize them if they are not (which is annoying)
2. You can submit 1-3 normal banners plus 1 animation if you would like
3. Any CSI shows and CSI ships are OK by me!
4. Don't post them here, pm me Elsie with both the image and the link if possible (for those with less than 100 posts, only the URL)
5. Please title your pm as SBC #8 or similar and state clearly which category you wish to enter, beginners, advanced or animation
6. All animations will be in one category regardless of your beginner/advanced status, but you need to decide which category you would like you normal banners to be in, I will not decide for you
7. Please submit by 9pm GMT on Sunday 4th March
8. No vulgar language allowed and no bashing of other ships either, therefore please keep any banner text relevant to the ship you are showcasing!
9. Please don't post your banners anywhere else until the challenge is complete :)

Wow, too much information! Any questions please ask.

One question I envisage and I will answer now...You may enter an animated banner only, you don't have to enter normal ones if you don't want to, but really this is an 'extra' for banner makers who might wish to showcase their animations too. So please still enter in the normal way. ;)
