Well, I've seen things that suggest that the next canon couple would be Wendy/Hodges, so... still wondering if that's gonna happen. I think Langston is married though because there's what looks like a wedding band on his left ring finger.

Good point on the Cath and her many "romances" is that what they were called? and the characters are TV personailites, but not robots or zombies, on the show they're real life people! and I love the show with the crime drama but a little love spices up the show just a tinsy-weensy bit, It would be a blast if one of our older characters had a personal life, so we don't always just see them having drinks together as a group, they could bring their boyfriends or girlfriends along for the ride. and how about our newbies Langston and Riley what's their backgrounds?
And on Wendy/Hodges, for me what I've observed, she can't stand the site of him, and he would go for any girl that would give him the time of day!
Interesting....I thought Nick's birthday was in August though?Question: Got anything on CSI: Mothership? --Claire
Ausiello: You already know that Taylor Swift plays the D.G.T.W. (dead girl of the week) on March 5, but we also learn in the episode that Nick suffers from the Buffy Birthday Curse. The ep starts on his b-day with the discovery of Swift's corpse, and a good part of the hour is comprised of flashbacks to previous cases (including another one on his birthday) that involved Swift. Poor guy breaks down at the end, thinking he could have prevented her death if only he had tried harder on those other cases.

We are never sure of anything on this show anymore?:guffaw:

Blech. I really hope there aren't anymore canon romances. I liked GSR until it became canon. It's fun to find the subtext for couples, but I think it's best left as subtext. It certainly works out better for shippers, IMO. Inevitably, TPTB can't please everyone, but they can piss a lot more fans off by committing characters to relationships, because it basically kills a lot for other potential ships involving the characters. I'd rather leave it all in subtext so that different fans can see and interpret what they want. I think that's the best way to keep everyone happy. Just look at the reaction GSR elicited. Seriously, it's up there with Gossip Girl and the weird Grey's Anatomy sex-with-dead-fiancé's-ghost stories.
So it looks like you Nick fans will finally get a really good emotional episode for him that you have been asking for.

Meh, I'll believe it when I see it.
