Switched at Birth star Vanessa Marano is heading to CSI.

The actress, who plays artistic teen Bay Kennish on the ABC Family drama, will guest star in an upcoming episode of CBS’ CSI: Crime Scene Investigation as Samantha, The Hollywood Reporter has learned exclusively.

In the harrowing role, Marano will play the estranged daughter of an ex-con named Frank, who will be played by The O.C.’s Johnny Messner.
In the episode, Frank is an ex-con who lost touch with Samantha and learns she was a street gang groupie and goes on a one-man war to get his little girl back.

Cool I love Switched at Birth and I think she's great. It makes me giddy when I see people from one show I watch do a guest spot in another show I enjoy .

Alright, when I saw this one the news page and saw Johnny Messner, I thought 'wth, they're doing another cross-over and Danny Messner is come to LV' :lol::lol:

I won't say how many seconds/minutes it took me to realize that was an actor and not the character. :shifty:

That's what I do every time I see something about the NY ptb lady Pam Veasey. If I just see her last name, I go "Yay! Liz Vassey (Wendy) is coming back to CSI" lol. So I can definitely understand the Johnny Messner/Danny Messer thing lol.

But, some Sara spoilers/news/pics/videos would most definitely be appreciated. What we have gotten so far has been pretty sparse.

I know what you mean about the actors. I think some people here must watch every TV show out there! I have a few basics and then I just know the major players. :lol:

Ecklie's evolved into a fairly decent human being. He hasn't really been in full jackass mode for awhile.

I actually like Ecklie quite a bit now! I liked the scenes that he and Nick shared this season, and hope they get some good ones for S12. I also really like it when Nick and Brass are off on their own, they play well off of each other. :lol:
