Season 11 "Spoiler Lab" Discussion Part 4

I guess it could have been Johnson...at least making some of the bombs. But the way he let Jason push him around made me think he wasn't a major player. Time will tell, I guess, although I'm fearful of another finale that centers around Haskell and Ray.

Didn't TPTB learn last season that it wasn't much of a cliffhanger if no one really cares about the character in peril? Sorry to say, but I think most viewers aren't invested in Ray like they are the rest of the team.

Wasn't there a spoiler sometime back saying that Squeegel was going to be in the finale?

Yeah, but it wouldn't surprise me if they split the episode between that and Haskell like they did "Targets of Obsession" which really worked against any suspense at all that was being built up by either story.

Lord, I hope not. Although... Wouldn't it be awesome if Squeegel killed Haskell? Yeah. I'd watch that. A serial killer version of the Thunderdome! Two psychos enter, one psycho leaves!! :rommie:

A wild finale thought...

The CSI's are working hard on breaking the Squeegel case wide open. The police are pursuing Haskell, then, when we least expect it, the bomber sets one off at the LVPD/Crime Lab, leaving us all to wonder, all summer, if any survived.

My word, why do I think up such bizarre theories. I don't think I would be able to handle that...

Now I could handle watching that. But didn't Squeegel go after people with hidden secrets?? Correct me if I am wrong.

He did go after people with hidden secrets, who I doubt Haskell would be a target, but it would be a cool story if he did kill him.

No I'd say you are right, not on this board or many other boards I visit here and there, and a month before the season finale they said that Fish had renewed his contract so that pretty much gave it away

:) That be awesome!!!!:) If Sqweegel killed Haskell he'll be my favorite serial killer, it's a fun thought but Sqweegel is after heros who have dirty laundry and Haskell isn't a hero of any sort

How about this scenario?

Ray finds Haskell and quietly eliminates him. Then Sqweegel goes after Ray, the hero with the secret? How's that for a season finale?

That would be pretty sweet. Imagine that final conversation between Ray and Haskell. Haskell: "And here you said you could fight genetics." Ray: "Eh, it's a war with a few lost battles." Yeah. I like it.

That actually would be pretty darn good. But I could only see it happening if Laurence was leaving the show.

I'm tending to agree that this Police bombing this isn't over yet either.

Again it could be a vehicle for Catherine's exit, especially if *gasp* Vartann does die! Not like that would happen.

Or that Haskell could come back after Ray or that Haskell is Sqweegel. :guffaw:

I like the idea that Ray kills Haskell and Sqweegel goes after Ray.

The bomber not over is a good idea too.

I realize Vegas has a lot to cover this season. In NY we don't have any idea or news yet about the season finale which might turn out to be the series finale if CBS decides to cancel it, which I doubt.

I know Marg has said she doesn't want Catherine to leave in a body-bag, but... *sigh* we could see the end of Catherine at the hands of Haskell or Sqweegal :(

While I, too, want Cath to walk off into the sunset of casino management, if she was blown up real good she technically wouldn't have to leave in a body bag.
