*shouts back* Okay, I'm gone. I'm half asleep because yours truly went to sleep after three and her father called her at 8:38 their time and she wasn't able to go back asleep until just a few hours ago. (Teehee, Twiz is going to have a To Go- ToGo experience just reading my post!!)
 
:lol: You guys crack me up! But um.. I'm exactly the same way! I always have pictures of Togo or CaRWash as my background and my mom always sees it. Just cause if I have to get off she'll be there when I'm turning it off so of course I close all the windows. So I'm always like :eek: Another time, I had some friends over and they wanted to use the laptop as well as the computer downstairs. (pfftt :rolleyes:) So I was like.. Um... It's being really slow.. Cause I had Irma's manip of Ryan and Greg laying ontop of eachother as my wallpaper!! :lol: My friends would have been like :eek: Ohh then anothherrr time, I let my friend use my cellphone and it had Ryan as the background and they were like omg :rolleyes: *blushes* At school we were going to have a project when you needed a laptop.. So of course I'd bring this one. But then I was freaking out thinking I might forget to change the background, or "My Pictures" might open up infront of my whole class, exposing my many pictures of Ryan. :devil: :p Thankfully we don't need a laptop anymore. :lol:

Irma, if I was at your lecture it would have been like:
Katie: GUN!PORN!
Sil: *being professional* Katie, shut up. :p
Katie: *drooling* *Gets escorted out of lecture*
Sil: *starts drooling* ;)

:p But that's just me. :rolleyes: I agree. Your lecturer needs to be Togofied. That shouldn't be hard. :devil:

I hope the break is over soon. I so want to know what the writers plan this season for Ryan. maybe nothing. :rolleyes:
 
I no longer watch CSI/Miami as avidly as I did before the appearance of that little, backstabbing, sneak Wolf. Hopefully, the day will come when the producers tell Togo to go.

Thanks Ali for tellin us the where abouts of SHadowfax, I've been missing her. Ali I hope that step son of yours doesn't hate ryan as much as my son does or other peeps seem to.

I haven't made the santa ryan my background but when I go into my stuff I see it and almost faint everytime. If we ever do get a shirtless pic of togo you know my family will probably leave me cause I'll be staring at my puter 24/7. J/P
Irma I know the feeling kind of. My in laws came to visit and they look at our puter screen with a look of shock, but luckily my mom in law is a fan of csim and knows who ryan is and agrees he's a hottie.


HEY I had to edit this, sry in advance Thumpy and Speedy but I can't let it go. We're not suppose to come into a thread and bash the actor, fine if you don't like Ryan but don't bash Togo, please..

I see you are new to this board, so a short explanation:
This is the "we LOVE Jon/Ryan" -thread, if you don't like him, open (if there's not already one ??) a "I can't stand Ryan/Jon" - thread, alright? Please don't visit the threads about someone you don't like and grumble about him/her, you have to accept the others sentiments who love Jon/Ryan, and of course we accept your opinion, that you don't like him, but every thread has its own theme, if you understand ;)
 
mesa, this thread is for people who love Jon/Ryan, as Vera said. ;) It's an appreciation thread. So this is not the place to bash him. And his last name is Wolfe, not Wolf.

My mom saw my shirtless Togo background. :lol: I had to tell her it was fake. :p
 
katie that's so funny. I read Nikki told her sister it was real. I might send it to my sister and tell her it's real, she'll die.

I'm pretty sure it's in the rules that we can give our opinions of the characters but NOT the actors. Man I feel like I'm talking to my 8 year old son who doesn't like him.
 
Guys...I know it's hard to hear negative things about your favorite character, but please do not tell anyone where they can and cannot post at. Everyone has the right to post in any thread in this forum.

The character/actor threads are for discussion period, both positive and negative opinions are allowed here. All we ask is that you respect each others opinions and that you back up your opinions no matter if they're positive or negative. Tell us why you think Ryan is a backstabber or why you love him. Please see the Board Rules for more informantion:

Also...saying you wished an actor would leave the show is not bashing the actor any more than someone saying they wished Eva La Rue or Adam Rodriguez or any other cast member would leave the show.

There is no reason why those that love Ryan and those that don't can't debate their opinons in a civilized manner--a spirited debate can make for exciting discussion. Just keep in mind not to attack anyone for their opinions, please.

Again, let's refer to the Board Rules:

Obviously, you cannot insult other people. You may disagree with someone's opinion, but you may not attack the person themselves for posting that opinion. Don't respond to a flame with a flame. sry Thumpy but you know I'm protective. I'll post why I think Togo rocks because I'm very intereted how anyone could think that Togo is a bad actor, I'd like to hear that. I mean he has to play ryan making mistakes and being an ass all the time, he has to be doing something right to get peeps to hate him. Now I've seen just about every interview with Togo and he seems like a very likeable person and I just can't see anyone not liking him. He's completely opposite of Ryan so portraying someone like Ryan to me shows he's an amazing actor. He's shown us his great acting abilities I think in COTC, Nailed, OOOO,and many more. I've seen everything he's acting in and I think he's earned his right to be called a good actor.


OK let me add this...I can see why someone would not like Ryan...yes he seemed to have backstabbed Delko, and he sneaked around but he was trying to catch the mole, not really a bad thing, but he's made a lot of stupid mistakes he shouldn't have and he's a bit bitchie/cocky at times with peeps. SO I can see why someone would hate him, say a Delko fan.

mesa why do you not like Ryan? I mean, I know you say he's a backstabber and a sneak, but why do you think that? Just curious. I'm not saying he's perfect - he's done some extremely stupid things, and I've been very annoyed with him on more than one occasion.

Anyway, inge, like I said, I don't know if that story will ever get written. I hope I do end up writing it, because I've got lots of stuff I can use for it, but I'm bogged down right now. *pout*

Hm... There was something I was going to post, and now I have no clue what it was... *wanders off trying to figure it out*

ETA: I agree with Twiz. Togo is an amazing actor. He seems like a good-natured, funny guy, and Ryan isn't like that. Ryan's serious and focused. I would think it would be difficult to portray someone different than your own personality. (Plus he's a hottie!)

Yeah, I can understand how some people get annoyed with Ryan because he speaks what's on his mind, but why don't you like Jon? I think he's an awesome actor and he plays Ryan perfectly. He seems like a sweetheart, too.

A story about Ryan having a kid? *heart melts* Awww! :D
 
Also from me: "Sorry, Jen!", think I remembered wrong, I always thought it the way I told mesa above - yeah, the blonde factor :rolleyes: (so mesa, please don't feel hated, I apologize ;) )

Why Ryan need to be a everyone-love-him character? He has his own style.Maybe some people like maybe some others don't.I don't care.I still love him.Anyway,I don't think he is a backstabber or sneak at all,coz Calleigh or Alexx is not a dumbhead.I think they all like Rayn as a little brother or sweetheart.haha
Speaking of the relashionship between Ryan and Eric,I don'think they need to be "good friends".Sometimes the tension between them is more interestin than best friends style.(IMO)

And I know what you mean about Eric and Ryan. Sometimes I miss when they used to argue all the time, it made things very interesting. The tension was great, and the actors made it SO believable. I loved it, despite the fact that my two favorites hated each other at first. And I don't think Ryan is one of those people that everybody can like. He's got such a strong personality that you either like him or you hate him - or, that's how it is for most people.
