Your more than welcome! I just hope I hear something from CSI, I'm sure I will. I just know it might take a good few weeks for a reply. I'll be keeping you all updated. :)

OK, here's the scoop. The song is called 'Corazon' on 'Acapulco 70' album. The artist is Luis Pousa. He is Argentine-French. I found the album on the French Amazon site and some other French music sites. This info is courtesy of Sean Tompkins of CSI Post Production. Thanks, Sean!!

Thank you salsagirl and thank you Sean. At last the song has been found.

I'm still awaiting a letter back, so it will probably just confirm what we know, but maybe if I'm lucky they will send me a CSI picture or something.

More heartfelt thanks for providing the long sought title of our beloved "mystery song". My wife and I attended a Juanes concert in hopes of finding this song. The entire concert was in spanish and we got the last two seats which were a hundred yards apart. What a memory! Thanks again salsagirl! What a pal!

Well, like everybody else who posted in this thread I loved this song after hearing just a few seconds' worth. Funny thing, after all the effort to find the damn song, now that I have the CD, I actually like the 2 Juanes tunes that were mentioned in this thread better. Go figure...

    Here are the lyrics:

Salgo de mi casa, me meto en el bar
    hoy no bajo mi cabeza

no me dejo golpear ni me haran sufrir
    today no more hastio

    hoy me dijo basta

hoy yo me voy, today i go
    no more corazon herido

voy a correr, voy a delirar
    tomar otro camino
quema los signos de nuestra historia
    pasado y cenizas

    hoy me dijo basta

The song used in Snakes is defiantly Luis Pousa, I've heard the song. :)
