Oh I love the song..just find it funny I had an idea and woosh..it floated away like a cloud..:guffaw:
 
Rough draft done...word count over...need to edit. I found a great way to write this story was by listening to the song as I typed...then it just made sense....it flowed.

Edited to say..done,finished and sent to the Great Smokey's email!

I haven't even gotten started on mine yet. Of course it doesn't help that I've been distracted by reading some "Supernatural" fanfics. :lol:
 
We shouldn't change the song... we should stay with this one. I really like it but my problem is that when I read the lyrics I think about two stories I already wrote to songs with a similar subject like this one.

It doesn't mean I can't write one but I defintitly need some time to think about it... and time to write it too. My concentration still sucks :( Damn pneumonia... but I'll try :)

Okay so I wrote something but I have a feeling it might be too long....I'll know once I type it up

If it is too long how do I edit it just right to still get the story I want?

So I finally started working on my story... I think I choose a hard theme for this round and I don't know how to really deal with it.

It's weird... I have the idea but it won't really match the song idea, at least not till the point I am now :shifty:
 
I'm having trouble with it. I thought I had an idea, but it's not really coming together because I keep getting distracted. When I think of this song, I think of another show altogether. I can't seem to take this song and apply it to Nick. :lol:

Sorry I've been out of touch! I was in Vegas for a few days and didn't have access to the boards.

Princess, I'm assuming you figured it out since you've sent yours in. :) But I don't really know the answer. I hate it when mine turns out to be too long. I go back and try to edit it down, but I keep thinking, "I don't want to take that part out!" :)

Yeah, it turned out to be shorter once I typed it up. I write them out long hand in a notebook so I always think it'll be too long.

Trying to figure out the ending was tough for me.....I may have to turn it into a full blown story after the challenge is over
