The next challenge will be up later today can I ask for everyone's opinions, if you recall for the last lims, I had a challenge where you worked with a premade base (an icon that was already cropped) all you had to do was color it etc. Do you think that would be a good challenge for this one, because I do recall I got mixed reactions with that challenge.

Yeah those kind of challenges are awesome. It's meant to be a challenge to us and bases are definitely a challenge, so I think it's a great idea. :D

I think it's a good idea too. I tried it in the CSI LIMS and got a pretty positive reaction, so I say go for it :D

TalkCSI Misc LIMS 2: Challenge 4 -Supernatural Quotes

Restrictions: We'll be doing one regular icon, what you wish to do to this icon is up to you. And then for the second icon, where you can use any Supernatural quote you wish from any source and make a text icon out of it, for this icon you can use only texture/brushes/text no cap. Any questions feel free to ask.

Rules:
~ This is an anonymous challenge do not post your icon anywhere else until the challenge is over.
~ Your icon must not exceed 100x100px. It should be in .jpg, .png or .gif format.
~ You must use only the images provided
~ Please keep the icon clean :)
~ No animations will be permitted.
~ Submit your icon by sending me (Teddy Bear Dr.) a PM with the subject line Misc Supernatural or similar.
~ If you are unable to send PM's, you may use the hotmail address in my profile. Just include TalkCSI in the subject so it doesn't go in the junk folder
~ You must include both icons.
~ If you wish to use your free pass for this round, you MUST send me a PM to let me know. Otherwise it won't count, and you will be disqualified.
~ The deadline for submissions will be Monday May 24, 2010. No extensions will be given. (But as you all know when I ran the last LIMS, if something comes up and you give me a heads up, I'll work something out. I'll also give midweek reminders for those who have let sent in an entry)

This sounds interesting. Not big on having to make two, but text icons are easy so it should be fine. :)

Well, mine are in. It was fun making a text icon as they aren't something I do very often. Not sure how I feel about it, but it's done and in... :lol:

My icons are in. It was nice being part of this LIMS, but that's it! No next round for me I'm afraid...not with those icons :lol:

Reminder!

You have until Monday, May 24 to enter your icon! So far I've only received 4 icons! Please try to get something in :) You have had a week to get an icon in, I feel that over a week (9 days actually :p) is pushing it so if you do not get an icon in this round I will not extend it and you will be disqualified.
