12-the background is a bit overpowering, and distracts from katie
10-i like the crop, but the contrast is dark and over a bit sharpened, kind of blending it with the background a little too much

Best-
7- the coloring is gorgeous and the rounding of the edges is great, plus i like that the brush is subtle and goes well with the coloring
2-coloring is stunning, and the side with the black and white works well.

Great job, everyone. They are all good. Voting gets more and more difficult every single challenge.


Least:

10- I like the idea, but the overall icon is a bit too dark and the font is blurry. If you're using Photoshop, you might want to try using the sharpen tool on the text.
12 - Background is a little distracting.

Best:

05- Beautiful coloring.
11- Very pretty.

10: She looks oversharped, you can tell the background was cut around her head, and the text is very blurry.
12: She's a little too yellow and the bottom around her neck isn't blended as well as the rest. I do like the shadow idea though.

Best:

08: Love the colouring and the simple text.
02: I like the colouring and the split screen idea.

10 - seems oversharpened and the cut of her face looks off.
07 - The background looks washed out and a little too dark so Katie doesn't come out well.

02 - Love the colouring and the colour/black&white thing you did there :)
05 - Nice and clear icon, sharp. good job.

12 - The background, or better the text, doesn't add anything appealing to the icon.
02 - If the black stripes had been white, they would have fit better. Furthermore, the b&w part could have been sharpened a little.

09 - Just GREAT! Overall a perfect icon.
07 - I really like the old paper-y effect. Nicely done.

12 - Thre blended effect fits not good with the face of her and the background.
11 - Katie looks a little too dark.

Best:

05 - Love the nature colouring and the brush on the icon.
07 - Wonderful cropping idea, great colouring and like the butterfly on it.
