I loved that scene as well. I particularly like Mac asking her "Are you alright?" :adore: In that context, it was adorable. But about 20 episodes before when she'd thought she might've died and all he said was "Are you alright?" Not cool. Anyway, I totally agree that he didn't have to hold on as long as he did, but he did and it made all the difference :adore:
yep, it was a lovely scene, and for me even more because it wasn't one sided - he was hanging on to her but she was positively clinging onto his arm! it was cute tho.

Season 5 hasn't exactly been the best ever. Stella and Mac were completely OOC when the nits were around. I re-watched 5.24 yesterday. Not my favorite episode, but I was feeling fluffy and I needed my Smacked fix. It was a great scene, but also yet another brick in the wall. I just started watching CSI: NY Season 2 yesterday. So far, I've reach Zoo York. Summer In The City is a great episode, ahh... when they met in the hallway, it was one great moment, some of their acts were apparent enough to display that there was something in between! Apart from that, although we have Frankie in episode two, there's a long-lasting moment which tugs at my heartstrings at the end of the episode. I was astonished by the way they look at each other. It's always in their eyes that tells something which is so delicate as to be difficult to analyse or describe.
Summer In The City :adore: I think I have expressed my love of that episode before. That hallway scene is so cute with the talks of mosquitoes and torturing Hawkes :lol: And I really, really need to see Grand Murder at Central Station. I've seen that scene at the end in screencap form and I've seen the clip in fan vids. It looks amazing and Stella's wearing the green shirt. :adore: Yeah, I'm still clinging to the green theory. In GFD, every outfit she wore had green in it so I think it still lives. Anyway, from what you've just said Asprine, that scene is amazing and I know must see it more :luvlove:
I have not doubt Stella figures out his feelings but love make people unsecure on your SO's feelings so it doesn't matter how strong she feels his own feelings are, she is still looking for the words (like when in 5.16 she said he cared for Ella. She wasn't thrilled, she had fears what that fact could mean to them but she was at ease when she heard from him he needed to have those words coming from Stella. That made her very happy

I have watched Yarzheit again this last Thursday and my heart started jumping all over my chest (even tough i had already watched Yarzheit before) when Mac watched her so upset and told her "I don't like that look" probably because i can't remember a time where he had watched her so deeply before (except in 1.02 when she was upset by the case and he noticed it

From what I read, it sound amazing. I'm just happy 'cause we're learning more about Mac's family. GFD was all about Stella, it's Mac's time now :adore: I love learning about characters pasts. It's so...I don't know. Either way, I read things said by STELLA so we know if she is the one injured, she's okay, so no death theories can now creep in my mind Oh and the Voice was just creepy. Awesome, but creepy.

Debbie (at first hug and love from Sasha, dear) You know, I read a wondeful russian ff about one crazy girl, which falls in love with Mac, kidnapps him and tries to kill Stella.
