Thanks Sofiafan8. I was thinking of "Dog Eat Dog" cause Sofia escorted Nick and Sara to the crime scene that involved the dog killing. Got that confused.

I know exactly the scene you are talking about in "Room Service". Here is the exact quote from that eppy concerning the word you were talking about that started with P.

BLINKY (GERALD ALLISON): I, uh, took a Prevalis on the plane over. I been
pitching a tent for, like, eight hours. Yeah, I-I think I need to consult a
    physician.

SOFIA CURTIS: It's called a priapism. Just in case you were wondering.

Matter of fact here is the picture of the lovely smirk this dilema brought to her face. It had to be extremely hard not to crack up in that situation.

That is such a cute smirk. I loved the Sofia scenes in that episode. Just fantastic.

Wow. I didn't realize how highly orderly Sofia is until I read the posts above!

    Q - Quick

Q's hard. I thought of queen, queer and quintessential but that doesn't fit Sofia. So Quick it is. Sofia's quick in practically everything she does. She's quick-thinking, she acts fast and she wastes no time questioning and capturing suspects.

    I like queer ;)

    But quick is very fitting.

    R - Rough
At least with suspects she can be. She gets what she wants, one way or the other. She has a soft side but when she has to she can be very hard on people. I think that makes her a good cop. The doesn't budge, she doesn't take anyone's shit.

For your viewing pleasure, a pic of 'don't-mess-with-me'-Sofia:

You're right, she's shown that trait in a number of episodes, thanks.

S stands for smart. You can't fool her. And you gotta be smart if you can do both CSI and detective work. She could solve those cases on her own. Who needs the CSIs, really? *dodges tomatoes* Okay, I'm kidding, we need the CSIs. ;)

Sofia has never really taken down a "suspect" persay but she did get hands on with Kelly in "Daddy's Little Girl." Near the end of that eppy she goes with Nick to arrest Kelly for murder. I love her pounding on the door before she makes her grand entracne weilding that gun. We got to see her pat down and cuff Kelly. She even used a forceful voice. There is no doubt Sofia has a very powerful side.

On the other hand in that same eppy we see she is "Quick" because when Kelly starts dying from the overdose, Sofia immediately starts the CPR procedure.

Her British accent came through when she told her to stand up. The first time she said it in a rather normal loudness but when she raised her voice, it was "Stand OP!" and it cracked me up. ;)

    S- SMEXY.

Normally, I don't like british accents. But with Sofia's low alto voice, it's SMEXY. She's hot, she dangerous, she's rough and gruff and we love her!

    SMEXY!

Agreed, love British accents in general and hers, too - when you do hear it.

T has gotta be tough. There's simply no better way to describe Ms. Curtis. The no-nonsense attitude? The way to talk to suspects? That shotgun? Yeah.

There is another moment in the episode "Kiss Kiss, Bye Bye" when Sofia is in the interrogation room. She totally pronounces the work "handkerchief". I am wondering if it was a slip or if she just could not pronounce it any other way.

Here is a pic from "Daddy's Little Girl".

Sofia + gun and the whole thing from behind...*thud*

As for handkerchief, haven't seen it but I'd go for slip. Which is cute. But I said that before...Sorry, can't think when I have that picture in front of me.

I'll have to check that out. I'm not a native speaker, so I don't always notice different ways of pronouncing words. But whenever she asks "Am I interrupting?" (which happens like three times in various episodes), you clearly hear the British accent, or maybe it's the intonation.
