^ We are bad. The man delivered a fantastic performance last night and all we're talking about is whether we might be able to glimpse his manhood in a brief clip of a movie filmed long ago. Perhaps that discussion is best left for your sweet porn site ( :D) and here we could discuss last night ... meaning his performance on the show, not how many hours you all stared at that screen cap.

I, for one, loved seeing good old Danny back last night. He had some good lines, he passionately defended a friend -- even going so far as to tread into ethically gray area to question the eyewitness off the record. It was very true to the character we've seen in seasons past and Carmine played it very convincingly.

*skips off to the Apartment for teh pr0n discussion*

But yes, I suppose you're right. We should force our minds away from the screencaps and discuss last night's episode.

Danny. Was. Phenomenal. last night. :D That is Danny, thank you very much. I don't know where he's been this season, but his doppelganger needs to stay away.

My only problem is that we'll probably get Danny-on-Prozac back again in the next episode. I'm sorry, but if you have him act like the good old S1 Danny, then I know you still think that's part of who he is, and I'm not going to believe that he'll suddenly be a totally different person the next week. The writers need to come to a balance with his character. They shouldn't have him be a shadowy barely-there person until they decide to use him for the full effect--they are professional writers, and I expect them to be able to downplay the character without drugging him most of the time.

Carmine did such a good job in that episode. He was so believable in all of his scenes. I'm still just bouncing around over here because it was such a fantastic episode, and Danny had a lot to do with it. Excellent job, Carmine! :D

I think the thing is; however much we lust over his handsome face, his chest, his arse or whatever, the fact remains that Carmine Giovinazzo is a fantastic actor. To the extent that sometimes, when watching him, I forget to drool - I'm so caught up in his character. He has an amazing talent and Faylinn and Mrs G you're both right to urge us to remember that :D

I find it frustrating the way the writers choose to turn Danny on and off, as it suits their needs. But when Danny is "on", oh boy is he on!

And, yes, it's so easy to just drool over him all day and forget the real reason he gets us so worked up. A nice face and a sweet ass truly aren't enough to do it for me. It's the passion he puts into his work that has me swooning and nothing makes me happier than when the writers give him something to be passionate about.

Not to change the subject or anything, but *sigh* Danny Messer, you little stinker. I knew you would eventually revolt against the Prozac. He was all, "Let's step outside Grandpa and I'll show you what kind of a geek I am." That was one of the best lines all night. God damn, Carmine was fanfuckingtastic last night. (I've seen a lot of the f-bomb today!) I hope the next new episode is just as good. I may be forgetting one that I liked more, but I think this is the best episode that's ever been aired.

I too have seen an aweful lot of the f-bomb used on this site today. I haven't said anything since none of the usages have occurred in a sexual context. They've all been used in praise of actor's performances from last night and last night everyone was amazing. So I'm going easy on you all, but maybe we could see less f-bomb. ;) [OMG! Did I actually just write that? We all know it's my favorite word, but it's not PG-13 friendly.]

I also loved the line where he calls the old dude out. So Danny. That was great.

kasmith - I PM'd you the pic. Not sure if anyone else had responded or not.

Ladies who believe that is 'the goods,' lemme just throw a thought out there for you -- note that the woman's thumb obstructs whatever we are viewing. If that were 'the goods,' what would the relative diameter of her thumb and 'the goods' say about him? Not much. Therefore, I maintain it is not what you think.
 ditto on what Mrs G said. I swear to you that I could not find the goods either

but on another note, wasn't that man just 'on' last night!? It was amazing that our boy was back in action, just a phenomenal performance by Carmine.

^ Anytime. No fangirl should ever be deprived of the pleasure of naked Carmine, especially when the rest of the board is having an extended discussion of the contents of the photo.

Danny was fantastic last night. Pushing boundaries, getting lippy, getting into a dangerous situation--it really was like old times! :D I loved how far Danny was willing to go for Hawkes, and I thought he was great in the end--scared but brave enough to go into the bar and face Shane Casey.

Danny ready to throw down with "Grandpa." Priceless.
Danny and Montana working together again. Pricelss.
Carmine having a breakout performance. Priceless.
In-depth film analysis of one screen cap potentially showcasing Carmine Jr.  Priceless.

Ah, yes. You make a sick PrettyEyes proud, and a little healthier with all the laughing.

PrettyEyes - one screen cap of nekkid Carmine can do anyone the world of good  especially when Carmine junior might be making an appearance in the cap

I swear, I must be in the minority when I say that I hope there's more to the man than Carmine Jr. Yeah, sex would be hot, but come on. If the guy can't put a sentence together without the help of writers, what good is he? There's got to be more to life. I'd like to think he's more than that. I hope to God he's more than that.

Oh, you're certainly not in the minority, PrettyEyes. I'm sure we're all hoping for more than that. ;) And I think it's safe to say that Carmine is, indeed, more than just a hottie with a body. From the interviews I've read, etc, he seems like a smart guy with a lot to say and a lot of creativity. :) Rarely do I find a guy hot just from appearance, and it doesn't take much to turn me off of an attractive guy if he's a jackass or anything like that.

The naughty screencaps are just for fun. ;)

PrettyEyes - You're not in the minority. No one finds a pretty face who is nothing more than that hot.

I agree with Fay. Carmine has proven himself through interviews to be intelligent, creative, passionate and serious about what he does. That's hot. Sure, he's pleasing to the eye, but I doubt that's what really sucks anyone in.
