Jess smiled and did her dance moves. She did her dances with energy, and sharpness. She didn't want to brag, but she thought she was one of the best dancers around. She had one many competitions, but she wasn't anything too special.

Flack also did his sequence of moves, refreshing his memory on some of the more coordinated ones. He paused to watch her for a moment, his mouth falling open a bit. "Remind me to never dance against you but instead with you," he commented.

Jess laughed a bit. "You know how to really get a judges attention? Don't do it now, but right about ......here." she said after she did a little twirl. "Lift me up by one leg, I'm flexible, I can do a split. Judges are always suckers for that kind of thing." she said with a grin.

Flack nodded. "All right, boss, understood," he replied with a grin. "I can do that. Though, I'm wondering.. How's your leg doing from the other day when we were in the park? Hurting at all?"

Jess totally forgot about that. "It's funny what a woman will do to get attention from a man she likes." she said with a grin, hoping he wouldn't get angry.

Flack raised a brow. "And I really thought you were hurt," he replied, leaning into her a bit to whisper. "Or did you just want to get into bed with me already because I was being too slow?"

Jess' quirky smile faded when he said that to her, she thought that things had taken a turn for the worse, and he was angry with her. "I'm sorry, I just.......I wanted to be closer to you." she told him with a sad puppy dog face.

Flack smiled softly to her, raising his hands a bit. "Don't worry, I'm not mad.." he assured her. "And don't give me that face.. You're going to kill me with it," he added.

Jess smiled a bit, releived that he wasn't angry. She bit her bottom lip and gazed up at him. "It just comes naturally to me." she said as she imitated the face she had just made.

"Stoooooop iiiiiiiiit," Flack whines, covering his eyes for a moment. "Or do you want me to kiss you sensless?" he then asked, looking to her once more.

Jess smiled again. "That wouldn't be so bad." she said with a shrug. All the dancers were then called off the stage so that they could start the competition. "Alright, couple number one is starting, we're couple number three." she said.

Flack nodded, following Jess off. He looked back towards the stage to watch the first couple, wondering how good everyone was that was participating. "Did you see how many couples have entered?" he asked quietly.

Nick grinned then shrugged. "Work's too demanding... I can't really," he replied, taking a sip of the coke.

"Wow, that is werid. Did you say yes?" she asked him out of curiousity.

"Five." she told him. "Why, are you worried?" she asked with a smirk. The first couple she could tell, was just starting off. For one, they were young, and two, they weren't getting their moves down right, the girl wasn't snapping her hips like she should. Jess just shook her head. "They won't win, good effort though."
